A display panel and a method for fabricating the same are disclosed. The display panel includes a base substrate, a micro-light emitting device layer and a thin film transistor array layer. The micro-light emitting device layer is disposed on one side of the base substrate, a light output side faces to the base substrate, and the thin film transistor array layer is formed on the side of the micro-light emitting device layer facing away from the light output side. LED chips do not need to be bound and connected to the thin film transistor array layer through a conductive adhesive bonding process or a metal bonding process during mass transfer, so that the stability and yield are improved.

Display panel and method for fabricating the same

A micro light emitting diode touch display panel is provided with a pixel driving circuit, a power supply voltage signal line electrically connecting the pixel driving circuit, a first contact electrode electrically connecting the power supply voltage signal line, and a micro light emitting unit bonded to connect the first contact electrode. In a touch driving phase, the first contact electrode is re-used as a touch electrode, and the power supply voltage signal line is re-used as a touch signal line, thereby reducing the production costs, and promoting the production capacity as well as ensuring the touch control and display effects.

Light achieves total reflection after passing through the first light extraction portion and the second light extraction portion and then irradiating a sidewall of the first metal layer, improving the light exit efficiency at a front viewing angle.

A display panel is provided, and includes an array metal layer to form lines for transmitting a display signal to a display region, and a touch metal layer to form lines for transmitting a touch signal to a plurality of touch units. At least one touch signal interconnection region connects the lines of the array metal layer with the lines of the touch metal layer, so that a single touch and drive integrated chip can be used to process the display signal and the touch signal. Display noise caused by separation of a display chip and a touch chip in an original system architecture is thus avoided, and the number of components and the overall cost are reduced.

The invention discloses a display panel including a first section of a first power trace and a second power trace, an active region and a non-display region, a bending region, and a fanout routing region and a component disposing region; the first section of the first power trace connected to a second section of the first power trace disposing within the component disposing region; and the first section of the second power trace connected to a second section of the second power trace disposing within the component placement region by at least one set of second connection sub-traces disposed within the bending region. The invention changes power line structure of the display panel, and utilizes the second connecting sub-lines for, bridging so that part of the traces can be bent to backside of the display panel, thereby achieving the bottom border of the display to have narrow borders.

Display panel

A flexible display panel is disclosed. A novel bending area is designed, and a portion of traces of a non-active area are bent to a back side of the display panel. Main driving power line VDD traces and driving power line VSS traces are designed to be located between the bending area and a distributed circuit area of the non-active area. Therefore, a full screen design with an ultra slim lower border of the flexible display panel may be realized without damaging a thin film package design of the flexible display panel.

An AMOLED doubled-sided display includes an OLED array layer that includes a plurality of top-emitting OLED units and a plurality of bottom-emitting OLED units arranged alternate with each other to form an array. Each of the top-emitting OLD units and the bottom-emitting OLED units has different thickness for respective anodes and cathodes, to realize the top-emitting characteristics of the top-emitting OLED units and the bottom-emitting characteristics of the bottom-emitting OLED units. As such, by designing an algorithm for a single IC to control image displaying, only a display panel and a control IC are sufficient to achieve double-sided displaying, and ensure an observer standing in front of the display panel will not see mirrored image or directional distorted image, as well as achieve low-cost and quality display result.
