The present application relates to the field of communications, and in particular to a hybrid beam forming architecture-based calibration compensation method and apparatus for improving the accuracy and effectiveness of calibration compensation. The method comprises: a base station determining a preset calibration weight vector matrix W and a preset first calibration signal matrix S, then transmitting N times consecutively calibration signals through analog transmission channels, calculating, according to the calibration weight vector matrix W, the first calibration signal matrix S and a first received data vector matrix Y, a transmission channel error matrix E, and then performing error compensation on the analog transmission channels based on E.

An array antenna calibration method and device, which is used for calibrating an array antenna in real time in an open calibration environment. The method includes: determining, on the basis of a preset direction angle of each preset beam direction, an initial beam weight vector matrix of an array antenna to be calibrated, and emitting, by a test antenna in a standard beam direction, a first calibration signal to the array antenna to be calibrated; determining, on the basis of the first calibration signal received by each channel of the array antenna to be calibrated, a magnitude-phase error between the first calibration signal received by a center channel and the first calibration signal received by each channel; and using the magnitude-phase error to calibrate the initial beam weight vector matrix, so as to obtain a compensation beam weight vector matrix.

The preparation method includes dissolving an aluminum source in ethylene glycol, and stirring to give a solution A; adding a structure-directing agent and a phosphorus source to the solution A, and stirring to give a solution B; adding a silicon source to the solution B, and stirring to give a solution C; transferring the solution C to a supercritical CO2 reactor, and introducing CO2 into the reactor to increase the pressure in the reactor; heating the supercritical CO2 reactor to the reaction temperature for crystallization; and after crystallization, lowering the temperature of the supercritical CO2 reactor, removing the solution from the reactor, separating the product, drying and calcining to obtain the SAPO-11 molecular sieve. A hydrocarbon isomerization catalyst can be obtained by molding the molecular sieve, loading a metal component, drying and calcining.

Disclosed are a method and device for detecting a standing-wave ratio, which are used for realizing quick and accurate detection of the standing-wave ratio by only using a downlink service signal transmitted by a TD-LTE base station system, thereby preventing a special training sequence from causing additional interference to the base station system. The method comprises: capturing output power detection data (OPD) of a service signal transmitted by the base station system and reflection power detection data (RPD) of a device to be detected in a base station; within a first preset bandwidth range, respectively extracting feedback signals of the OPD and feedback signals of the RPD within a plurality of periods of time according to a preset data length; determining spectrum characteristics of the feedback signals of the OPD and spectrum characteristics of the feedback signals of the RPD respectively corresponding to each period of time, and determining the reflection coefficient of the base station system according to the spectrum characteristics of the feedback signals of the OPD and the spectrum characteristics of the feedback signals of the RPD respectively corresponding to each period of time; and determining the standing-wave ratio of the base station system within the first preset bandwidth range according to the reflection coefficient of the base station system.
