The present invention provides a gate driver on array circuit. The gate driver on array circuit comprises: multiple gate driver on array units connected in cascade. The n-th gate driver on array unit of the gate driver on array circuit comprises a (n&#x2212;2)-th signal input terminal, a (n+2)-th signal input terminal, a clock signal first input terminal, a clock signal second input terminal, a first low-level input terminal, a second low-level input terminal, a first output terminaland a second output terminal. The n-th gate driver on array unit further comprises: a pulling-up driving unit, a pulling-up unit, a first to a third pulling-down unit. The present invention adds a second low-level signal, which uses the second low-level to decrease the voltage difference (V) between the gate and the source of the thin film transistor of the first output terminal, so that the leakage current of the thin film transistor is less and can be controlled precisely.

Gate driver on array circuit

The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel and the method for manufacturing the same. A transparent electrode layer serving as a pixel electrode is laid out and simultaneously, a transparent electrode layer is laid out on top of a thin-film transistor (TFT) acting as a shift register. The transparent electrode layer can mask the influence of the common voltage of the common voltage electrode layer on the TFT. Therefore, the shift in the I-V characteristics of the TFT can be prevented due to the common voltage of the common voltage electrode layer. In this way, not only power consumption of the TFT in operation can be reduced to increase the life span of the TFT, but also power chips can be prevented from malfunctioning due to an overabundant flow of electric current which causes display abnormality.
