A bobbin is provided, which includes a main body, a first block board, a second block board, and at least one guiding member. The main body extends along an axis. The first block board and the second block board circumferentially surround ends of the main body and radially extend from the main body, respectively. The guiding member is formed on the first block board or the second block board and comprises a dummy pin, radially extending from the first block board or the second block board.

Bobbin and method of using the same

A transformer set includes a first bobbin piece, a second bobbin piece, a third bobbin piece, a fourth bobbin piece and a magnetic core assembly. The second bobbin piece has a first pin and a second pin. A first terminal of a first secondary winding coil is fixed on the first pin, then the first secondary winding coil is successively wound on the second bobbin piece and returned back, and a second terminal of the first secondary winding coil is fixed on the second pin. The fourth bobbin piece has a third pin and a fourth pin. A first terminal of a second secondary winding coil is fixed on the third pin, then the second secondary winding coil is successively wound on the fourth bobbin piece and returned back, and a second terminal of the second secondary winding coil is fixed on the fourth pin.

Transformer set

The present invention discloses a transformer, mounted on a circuit board, including a winding set having a bobbin, a primary winding and a secondary winding, wherein the primary and the secondary windings are wound on the bobbin, and the primary winding has at least a first output terminal; a magnetic core set including a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core, wherein the winding set is sandwiched in between the first and the second magnetic cores; and an insulation base including an accommodation space and at least a pin, wherein the winding set and the magnetic core set are accommodated in the accommodation space, and the first output terminal of the primary winding is connected with the pin for further electrically connecting to the circuit board.

Transformer structure

The present invention relates to a circuit carrier and transformer assembly. The circuit carrier and transformer assembly includes a circuit carrier and a transformer. The transformer includes a bobbin with multiple bobbin bases. The circuit carrier includes multiple receiving holes corresponding to respective bobbin bases of the bobbin. The bobbin bases are received in respective bobbin bases when the transformer is mounted on the circuit carrier.
