The support portion is configured to be received in the void of the housing and, responsive to being pressed from two opposite sides, can retractably extend out of the void of the housing through an opening at the second end of the housing to form a bipod.

The pivot portion is pivotably coupled to the wall to allow the bolt catching portion to pivot between a bolt releasing position and a bolt stopping position. The first paddle is coupled to the first protrusion and the second paddle is coupled to the second protrusion.
