A cloud agent device including, determines whether the size of the file is less than the size of the remaining capacity of the second cloud storage, validating the verification request information of correctness, sending a affirmative notification to the first cloud storage and transfer the file from the first cloud storage to the second cloud storage when the verification request information is correct. The invention also provides a cloud storage and a file transferring method. The cloud agent device, cloud storage and file transferring method can efficient and accurate transfer of files in a safe condition.

A system for adaptive control of the download of multiple videos includes at least one electronic device, a client coupled to the at least one electronic device, and a displaying device coupled to the client. The electronic device includes a video content divided into a plurality of video chunks. The client downloads each video chunk according to a bandwidth change trend and a displaying of an aspect ratio that is displayed on the displaying device and adjusts instant bandwidth change trend in downloading each video chunk. A method for such adaptive downloading control is also provided.

A method for managing customer premises equipment (CPE) includes the following steps. A management device generates a management request frame according to a name of a CPE and a command for the CPE to execute. The management device broadcasts the management request frame to the CPE. The CPE determines whether the management request frame is correct after the CPE receives the management request frame. The CPE executes the command in the management request frame if the management request frame is correct. The CPE reports a result to the management device. A communication system employing the method is also provided.
