Systems and methods are provided for suturing tissue. An elongated deployment shaft carries a needle deployment assembly with needles carrying suture material. A needle catcher is disposed over the shaft and configured to engage and retain at least a portion of each of the needles carrying the suture material when the needles are passed through the tissue to be sutured to a proximal position.

Systems and methods for suture delivery

Systems and methods are provided for suturing tissue. An elongated deployment shaft carries a needle deployment assembly with needles carrying suture material and a stabilizer that is reconfigurable between an unexpanded insertion profile and an expanded profile. A catcher tube over the shaft having a catcher at a distal end may retain at least a portion of the needles carrying the suture material when the needles are passed through the tissue to be sutured into engagement with the catcher. A sheath over the catcher tube may sandwich tissue to be sutured against the stabilizer when expanded under control of first actuator. A second actuator may control the needles.

A power amplifier circuit including a power transistor, a variable impedance circuit, first and second envelope detecting circuits is provided. The power transistor receives an input signal and outputs an output signal. The variable impedance circuit includes an impedance control transistor and a first filter capacitor. An equivalent impedance of the variable impedance circuit varies with the input signal. The impedance control transistor is coupled to the power transistor and receives a control voltage. The first filter capacitor is coupled between the impedance control transistor and ground. Both the first and the second envelope detecting circuits detect the input signal to dynamically control the equivalent impedance of the variable impedance circuit.

The present invention relates to an oblique-driven platform having three coplanar driving axes, in which three oblique driving modules are disposed on an identical base, so as to drive a work platform to rotate and carry out 2-dimensional motion by the controlling of the three oblique driving modules. Thus, this design could solve the problems occurring in the conventional stacked machine tools; such as the deformation or the displacement of the sever axis or the rotation axis caused by the upper-layer machine tools. Moreover, by the disposing of the three oblique driving modules, the work platform can be driven to stably rotate and carry out 2-dimensional motion with high precision and high accuracy.

A dual-toggle-type mobile platform structure comprises a base, a motor, a ball screw, a linear slide, a first toggle link rod, a second toggle link rod, a guide rail and a work platform. The second toggle link rod has an end coupled to the first toggle link rod and the other end coupled to the work platform. A connecting position of the second toggle link rod and the first toggle link rod is designed with an optimal configuration to provide a smaller footprint than the conventional dual-toggle-type mobile platform structure, and the advantages of a larger stroke of the work platform and a smaller feed resolution difference, and the structure serves as a reference of an optimal manufacturing area.

A build up edge monitoring method is provided for performing online real-time detection and suppression of abnormal build up edges of cutters occurred in a CNC manufacturing process. Signal variation analysis and fast Fourier transform are used for analyzing signals and establishing an algorithm of diagnosing build up edges to improve the efficiency and reliability of the cutting abnormality diagnostics. A vibration acceleration signal is captured and filtered to a frequency exceeding 1.1 times of a blade passing frequency, and an occurrence of accumulated chips is determined according to a sudden increase of the vibration acceleration and whether the main vibration frequency of the current vibration signal determined by a fast Fourier transform analysis matches with the frequency of the build up edge characteristic, and a shutdown instruction is issued to a CNC controller to shut down a cutting machine.

Build up edge monitoring method

A cutter chatter monitoring method comprises the steps of capturing a cutting vibration acceleration signal; dividing the cutting vibration acceleration signal in each predetermined time period into a plurality of segments; determining whether the vibration acceleration signal of each segment is increased by a multiple greater than a threshold value; performing a Fast Fourier Transform of the cutting vibration acceleration signal in each predetermined time period; calculating a vibration frequency; determining whether the vibration frequency of the cutting vibration acceleration signal is a multiple of a cutter passing frequency; and increasing a main shaft rotating speed of a cutter to avoid cutter chatters if both aforementioned conditions are satisfied.

Cutter chatter monitoring method

An online real-time cutter breakage monitoring method uses a plurality of signals generated in three consecutive time periods by a vibration acceleration during a cutting process conducted by a CNC machine tool, and compares a difference between a maximum value of signals in each time period and an average value of the signals and a difference between the average value of signals thereafter and an idling critical value to output a first cutter breakage signal and a second cutter breakage signal simultaneously and determine the occurrence of a cutter breakage and shut down the CNC machine tool immediately to improve the determination speed and accuracy, so as to avoid unnecessary shutdowns or hindering the manufacturing flow.

Online real-time cutter breakage monitoring method

The present invention discloses a system for positioning micro tool of micro machine is provided in this invention, wherein the system comprises a stereo-photographing device, an image analysis system, a PC-based controller, and a micro machine. The image analysis system can analyze position of the micro tool of the micro machine and work piece by using algorithm, and the micro tool is then positioned to a pre-determined location. A method for positioning micro tool of the micro machine is also provided in this invention.

The present invention relates to an oblique-driven platform structure, comprising: a base, a first rail, a screw, a first sliding block, a second sliding block, an oblique slide rod, at least one second rail, at least one third sliding block, a work platform, and a motor. There is a trigonometric relation between the oblique slide rod, the screw and the second rail, and an oblique drive angle is formed between the oblique slide rod and the screw; Therefore, with the change of the stroke position of the screw, the displacement resolution of the work platform can still kept the same value when the work platform is driven. Moreover, the displacement of the screw stroke can be proportionally transformed to the feed rate of the work platform through the trigonometric relation, such that the driven work platform can get an extremely high displacement resolution without using any high-level servo motor.
