An opening and closing device of rotating cage type jukebox disc tray including a first disc tray carrying discs and an opening and closing mechanism of disc tray including a first linkage mechanism and a first driving device is provided. The first linkage mechanism includes a first linkage bar, a first sliding member and a second linkage bar. The second linkage bar is slidingly disposed on the first sliding member which is slidingly disposed on the first linkage bar. When an end portion of the second linkage bar is connected to a first ear portion on a lateral side of the first disc tray, the first driving device drives the first sliding member to slide on the first linkage bar, leading the second linkage bar to slide on the first sliding member and thereby leading the first disc tray to rotate around a first fixing post.

Opening and closing device of rotating cage type jukebox disc tray

An optical disk drive is provided. The optical disk drive includes a first carrying member disposed on a base, and a second carrying member disposed on an upper cover. The first carrying member has a first optical pick-up head and a spindle motor. The second carrying member has a second optical pick-up head and a clamper rotatably disposed on the second carrying member. The clamper and the spindle motor together clamp an optical disk.

Optical disk drive with multiple optical pick-up heads

An optical disk drive with multiple optical pick-up heads is provided. The optical disk drive includes an upper cover, a base, a first carrier member, a second carrier member, a first limiting member, and a second limiting member. The base is disposed under the upper cover. The first carrier member disposed on the base and has a first optical pick-up head. The second carrier member is disposed on the upper cover and has a second optical pick-up head. The first limiting member is used for disposing the first end of the second carrier member on the upper cover. The second limiting member is used for disposing the second end of the second carrier member on the upper cover. The length of the first limiting member is larger than that of the second limiting member.

A clamping apparatus for being disposed in an optical disk drive and carrying a disk is provided. The clamping apparatus includes a base, a spindle assembly, a pawl and a buffer element. The spindle assembly is disposed on the base and rotating about an axis. The pawl is assembled to the spindle assembly. The disk is configured to be locked to the pawl, such that the spindle assembly drives the pawl and the disk to rotate about the axis. The buffer element is assembled to the spindle assembly, and the buffer element is located above the pawl. The buffer element interferes with the disk when the disk is separated from the pawl.

Clamping apparatus for carrying a disk in an optical disk drive

An optical disk drive including a housing, a top cover, a spindle motor and a supporting element is provided. The housing has an accommodating space. The top cover covers the accommodating space. The spindle motor is disposed within the accommodating space and has a shaft. The supporting element is disposed between an end of the shaft and the top cover. When the top cover is deformed, the shaft props up the top cover through the supporting element.

Optical disk drive

An optical disc drive for marking a label side of a lightscribe disc is provided. The optical disc drive includes a spoke detecting device, a traverse assembly frame, a spindle motor PCB and an insulating base. The spoke detecting device is used for detecting spoke patterns on the lightscribe disc. The spindle motor PCB is communicated with the spoke detecting device through a flexible cable. The insulating base is coupled with the frame for supporting the spoke detecting device such that the spoke detecting device is separated from the lightscribe disc by a specified gap.

Lightscribe optical disc drive

An optical pickup module reading data along a track-seeking path is provided. The optical pickup module comprises a base, a first fastening component, a first shaft and an optical pickup head. The base has a fastening plate and the fastening plate has a sliding hole, wherein an included angle is formed between the extension direction of the sliding hole and the track-seeking path. Since the included angle is formed between the extension direction of the sliding hole and the track-seeking path, one end of the first shaft can be easily inserted into the sliding hole of the fastening plate along the extension direction of the sliding hole. Then, another end of the first shaft is assembled with the first fastening component so that the first shaft is parallel to the track-seeking path. At the same time, one end of the first shaft tightly fits to the fastening plate.

Optical pickup module

A package structure of an OEL panel includes a printed circuit board, at least one OEL panel, and several bumps. Wherein, the OEL panel has several poly solder interconnections arranged in an array structure. The printed circuit board has several solder pads, which are also implemented with bumps. The at least one OEL panel is disposed on the printed circuit board to have the electric connection with the printed circuit board through the poly solder interconnections and the bumps.

A process of packaging an OEL panel is disclosed. A printed circuit board is provided, wherein the printed circuit board comprises a plurality of bonding pads and a plurality of bumps on the bonding pads. Next, at least one OEL panel having a plurality of polysolder interconnections is provided. Next, the OEL panel disposed on the printed circuit board. A reflow process is performed so that the OEL panel can electrically connect with the PCB by the polysolder interconnections. Because of the low-temperature reflow process, the process of packaging an OEL panel can be accomplished by a low temperature process.

Process of packaging organic electroluminescent panel

A structure of an electrostatic resistant hand ring. A buckling component is installed on a conductive belt, the buckling component is formed by an upper cover and a lower cover. One side of the upper cover is connected to the lower cover. While the opposite side is installed with a buckling ring, another two sides are installed with a first hanging ring and a second hanging ring, respectively. A pillar is installed in a proper place within the upper cover, and another pillar is installed in a proper place within the lower cover. The two pillars are not at the same position. A buckling portion is installed in a lower cover in a place with respect to the buckling ring. The conductive belt passes through the first and second hanging rings, then passes around the pin within the body of the conductive belt, and then enters into the buckling component to be connected by the upper cover and the lower cover so as to be clamped by the two pillars and is therefore fixed. The distal end of the conductive belt is hidden within the buckling component, and thus it is not fixed by seaming and the length of the conductive belt can be adjusted as desired.
