A retaining mechanism for a multi-section slide track assembly includes a stop actuating assembly and a resilient retainer assembly. The stop actuating assembly is provided on an intermediate slide track of the multi-section slide track assembly while the resilient retainer assembly is provided on an outer slide track of the multi-section slide track assembly. To retain a return movement of the intermediate slide track, the stop actuating assembly is directly engaged with the resilient retainer assembly to provide a high-degree effective operation of retaining reliability. The stop actuating assembly includes a stop-engaging member and a resiliently actuating member combined therewith. The resilient retainer assembly correspondingly includes a resilient stop member which can be engaged with the stop-engaging member for positioning the intermediate slide track, and can be actuated by the resiliently actuating member for releasing the intermediate slide track.

Retaining mechanism for a multi-section slide track assembly

A support slide assembly for a cable management arm is coupled with two slide assemblies. Two ends of the cable management arm are connected to one of the two slide assemblies. The support slide assembly includes a sliding member provided between the two ends of the cable management arm and sustained by the support slide assembly to travel in relation to the support slide assembly. Two ends of the support slide assembly respectively connected to the two slide assemblies. The support slide assembly includes a first rod and a second rod sliding into each other to become one retractable piece, allowing change of its total length. The two rods of the support slide assembly each is pivoted to a sliding block.

A fast mounting mechanism for a telescoping slide, the slide includes an inner rail to receive the mounting of a drawer or the like and an outer rail. The inner rail comprises mounting holes. Each mounting hole contains a vertical channel and a horizontal channel connecting through each other. A positioning member and a release member are provided on the inner. side of the inner rail adjacent to one of the mounting holes. The positioning member has a first end locked to the inner side of the inner rail and a second end provided with a protruding bit facing the horizontal channel of the mounting hole. The release member disposed on the inner rail slides in relation with and pushes against the positioning member for its protruding bit to move away in opposite direction relatively to the inner side of the inner rail.

Fast mounting mechanism for a telescoping slide

A cable management arm assembly includes a frame, a support rail, a first and a second sliding members, a first and a second connectors, and an insertion socket operating in conjunction with slides. The frame slides on the support rail with both ends connected to the insertion socket and the first connector. The sliding members are respectively mounted in the connectors. A locking member is disposed on each of the connectors and the insertion socket to secure them to the slides. A limiting member is provided on the first connector connected to the frame to retain and release the first sliding member, and the limiting member is pushed when the first connector is inserted into the rear end of the outer rail to release the first sliding member for the support rail to move when the slides extend and the front and the rear arms of the frame unfold.

Cable management arm assembly

A mount latch structure for a telescoping slide includes mounting holes disposed on an inner rail of the slide. A mounting member is provided adjacent to the mounting holes. Each of the mounting holes includes a vertical channel and a horizontal channel connected to each other. The mounting member is a resilient strap block having a first end locked to the inner rail and a second end facing the horizontal channel of the mounting hole. A hollowed channel is provided between the first and the second ends of the mounting member. Two resilient strap arms are formed on both longer sides of the hollowed channel.

An automatic homing mechanism for a multi-sectional slide includes a sliding block and a hooking member, or further includes a locating member of an inner rail operating in conjunction with an outer rail and a middle rail. The middle rail passes and slides on the outer rail. The sliding block is inserted and slides in a sliding holder disposed at the end of the outer rail. The sliding block is pulled back to the end of the outer rail by way of a first elastic member. A sliding channel of the sliding holder is provided with locating cuts for the sliding block to be relatively secured in position. The hooking member is pivotally connected to the middle rail corresponding in position to the sliding block and includes two hooks to hold against the sliding block by way of a second elastic member. The locating member of the inner rail is pivotally connected to the middle rail to hold against the inner rail by way of a corresponding hook.

Automatic homing mechanism for a multi-sectional slide

A synchronous system for a three-stage ball bearing slide includes a carrier track being inserted into a fixed track to carry a mobile track. Both of the mobile and the carrier tracks engage in reciprocal movement along the same axis direction in relation to the fixed track. A dancer is pivoted to the rear end of the carrier track. The carrier track synchronously slides with the mobile track by a protruding tongue on the mobile track upholding the dancer, and is held in position by having the dancer to uphold a compression bit on the fixed track. A direct push on the extreme where the carrier track is extended releases the dancer from the compression bit to retract once again the carrier track into the fixed track.

Synchronous system for a three-stage ball bearing slide

A bracket positioning structure for a slide includes a bracket having an end plate at one end and a fastening seat close to the end plate. The fastening seat is pivotally connected with a connecting element. The connecting element comprises an arm having at least one tooth and an end piece urged by an elastic element to swing to an angle and to return to its original position. When studs on the end plate of the bracket are inserted into holes of a support, the arm of the connecting element swings to one side with the tooth sliding along the edge of the support. The tooth hooks the support and is secured thereat.

A locating structure for a slide assembly operates in conjunction with a middle, an inner, and an outer rail with the inner rail sliding into the middle rail and the middle rail sliding in the outer rail and includes a linking member, a locating member and an elastic member. Both the linking member and the locating member are pivotally connected to the middle rail. A first protruding wall containing a blocking portion and a slope is disposed on the inner rail. A second protruding wall containing a retaining portion and a slope is disposed on the outer rail. The linking member includes a constraining end and a release end. The locating member includes a release end and a fixation end. The elastic member is fixed to the middle rail to hold against the release end of the linking member and the fixation end of the locating member.

Locating structure for a slide assembly

A safe guard device for the multi-section slide track assembly of drawers includes an inner slide track, an intermediate slide track, a limit member mounted on the intermediate slide track and an outer slide track. The inner slide track and the intermediate slide track are nested in the outer slide track and the limit member is used to engage and to position an end of the inner slide track. The limit member is able to pivot with respect to the intermediate slide track for engaging with or disengaging from the inner slide track. In retracing operation, the engagement of the inner slide track with the limit member provides with a temporary space on the inner slide track for accommodating fingers of an operator.

A locating device for a slide is to install a locator at the rear end of an outer track. The locator is formed by blanking and bending a flexible metal piece, and its main body is to form a U-shaped base in cross-section with two vertical edges extending upwardly from respective sides. The base of the locator is formed with holes and riveted to the outer track. The base further extends a portion upwardly from the rear end to form a vertical plate comprising a pair of hooks extending from the top end of the vertical plate towards the front end. The hooks engaging with a buckle device of an inner track or of a middle track secures the inner track and the outer track together.

Locating device for a slide

A slide assembly includes an outer slide member, an intermediate slide member, and an inner slide member. The outer slide member includes an opening for mounting a locking member. A lug is mounted on an end of the locking member and abuts against a side of a periphery delimiting the opening. A resilient plate includes a first end fixed on the outer slide member and a second end pressing against the lug of the locking member, thereby biasing the other end of the locking member away from an inner face of the outer slide member. An unlatching member includes an end fixed on the intermediate slide member. The unlatching member further includes a substantially U-shaped actuating section extendable through a slot in the intermediate slide member. Two downwardly extending stops are formed on two lateral sides delimiting the slot by pressing.

Slide assembly

A positioning device for a ball bearing slide includes a positioning member and a releasing member and is incorporated with a mobile track and a fixed track. The positioning member is pivoted to the mobile track. The releasing member is inserted into the mobile track. The positioning member includes a resilient lever having a taper block to hold against the fixed track to restrict the mobile track in both directions. The positioning member further includes a protruding post. The releasing member is provided with a hollowed trough to link to the positioning member to release the bi-way restriction.

Positioning device for a ball bearing slide

A positioning device for the multi-section slide track assembly includes an inner slide track, an intermediate slide track, and an outer slide track. The positioning device consists of a positioning member and an actuating member pivot-connected thereto. The positioning member provides with at least one engaging end while the actuating member providing with at least one bent guiding edge and a push button. The engaging end is adapted to engage with an oblique protrusion of the outer slide track for positioning the intermediate slide track. A return movement of the inner slide track can actuate the bent guiding edge for automatically unlocking the engagement of the intermediate slide track with the outer slide track. Alternatively, a user can manually press the push button to unlock the engagement of the intermediate slide track with the outer slide track.
