The disclosure relates to a pulsating heat pipe including channel plate. The channel plate includes first surface, second surface, first channels, second channels, first passages, second passages, at least one chamber, and at least one third passage. The first channels and the chamber are formed on the first surface, the channels are formed on the second surface, and the first passages, the second passages, and the third passage penetrate through the first and second surfaces. The chamber has a closed end located opposite to the third passage and connected to at least one of the second channels via the third passage. The first and second channels are connected via the first and second passages. The chamber has a hydraulic diameter of Dwhich satisfies the following condition: wherein &#x3c3; is surface tension, &#x394;&#x3c1; is difference in density between liquid and vapor, and g is gravitational acceleration.

Pulsating heat pipe

A three-dimensional pulsating heat pipe includes a pipe member and a connecting member. The pipe member is coiled around an axis to form a plurality of loop portions, and the loop portions are arranged in order along the axis so as to form a three-dimensional coiled structure. The three-dimensional coiled structure has a heat receiving section, and the pipe member has different effective pipe cross-sectional areas on two opposite sides adjacent to the heat receiving section. The connecting member is connected to two ends of the pipe member, such that the connecting member and the pipe member together form a closed loop.

A thermoelectric device is provided. The thermoelectric device includes a P-type thermoelectric component, an N-type thermoelectric component, and an electrically conductive layer. Each of the P-type thermoelectric component and the N-type thermoelectric component includes a substrate and a nanowire structure. The conductive layer connects the P-type thermoelectric component set with the N-type thermoelectric component set. The thermoelectric device is adapted for recycling heat generated by the heat source, and for effectively converting the heat into electrical energy.

Nanowire thermoelectric device

A loop type heat dissipating apparatus with a sprayer for transferring heat between a heat source and a heat sink includes an evaporator, a condenser, and a working fluid. The evaporator contacts the heat source and includes a first chamber, a second chamber, and a sprayer disposed between therebetween. The condenser contacts the heat sink and includes a third chamber communicating with the second chamber and a wick structure disposed on one side of the third chamber. The working fluid fills the loop type heat dissipating apparatus and is turned into microdroplets via a sprayer. The sprayer impinges the microdroplets into the second chamber where the microdroplets are then evaporated by the heat source before proceeding to the third chamber for condensation, liquefaction and adhering to the wick structure. Eventually, the working fluid flows back to the first chamber under a pumping force actuated by the sprayer and completes the cycle.

Loop type heat dissipating apparatus with sprayer

A micro-spray cooling system for a plurality of heat sources includes an evaporator contacting the heat sources and comprising a plurality of actuators corresponding to the heat sources, a condenser connected to the evaporator, and at least one driving circuit connected to the actuators to drive some or all of the actuators sequentially according to a predetermined timing to cool the heat sources. The refrigerant in the evaporator is sprayed by the actuators to thermally contact the heat sources, evaporated by heat from the heat sources, condensed in the condenser and re-enters the evaporator.
