A method for programming a robot in a vision base coordinate is provided. The method includes the following steps. A robot is drawn to an operation point. The coordinates of the operation point in a photo operation are set as a new point. A teaching image is captured and a vision base coordinate system is established. A new point is added according to the newly established vision base coordinate system. When the robot is operating, the robot is controlled to capture an image from a photo operation point. A comparison between the captured image and a teaching image is made. The image being the same as the teaching image is searched according to the comparison result. Whether the vision base coordinate system maintains the same corresponding relation as in the teaching process is checked. Thus, the robot can be precisely controlled.

Method for programming robot in vision base coordinate

A programming method for a robot arm includes setting and saving operational configurations of the robot arm, establishing an operation process of the robot arm, selecting the operational position icon for applying to the operation sub-process, displaying a selected operational position icon and an operational configuration sub-icon, modifying an operational configuration displayed on the operational configuration sub-icon for facilitating to execute a programming process of the robot arm.

Programming method of a robot arm

The invention is to provide a recording method of an optical disc drive, which first calibrates the write power with minimum recording speed, adjusts write powers for higher speeds, searches a blank area in a lead-out area of a disc to record with write powers for all speeds, read signals, deletes the speeds with bad recording quality, reserves the speeds with good recording quality as recordable speed, checks the required recording speed for the address of the recording data, searches the recordable speed equal to or smaller than the required recording speed, replaces the required recording speed with the searched recordable speed, records data with the searched recordable speed and corresponding write power to ensure quality.

Recording method of optical disc drive

A reading method and a reading device for an optical disk drive, which reads data on a track of an optical disk, receives a host command to read required data, checks cache data, reads cache required data to respond to the command, sets the required data to a target track of the optical disk if no required data exists, calculates moving time for which an optical head is moved from a current position to the target track by way of track jumping and track skipping, respectively, compares the moving time for the track skipping and the track jumping with each other, selects one of the track jumping and the track skipping corresponding to the shorter one of the moving time, moves the optical head to the target track to read the required data and responds to the host command to enhance the reading efficiency.

A backup method includes reading record information of an optical disc; when the reading operation fails, utilizing an optical disc drive to read backed up record information at a plurality of specified positions in the lead-out area; checking a status of a session as a preparation for following recording; utilizing the optical disc drive to record data into a session on the optical disc; updating record information of the optical disc to generate an updated record information when recording of the session is completed and simultaneously recording the updated record information including a TOC block within the lead-in area of the optical disc to a plurality of specified positions on the optical disc according to different data types of the record information to serve as backed up record information; and ending a recording operation of the session.

Backup method of record information and method for reading backed up record information

A recovery method for recording to a write-once disc. The recovery method includes: sequentially reading data within a plurality of Data Control Blocks corresponding to respective sessions on the write-once disc; utilizing data included in the Data Control Blocks to establish address information corresponding to each closed session; determining whether the write-once disc is finalized or not according to existence of a lead-out zone; reading a TOC (table of content) block of a TOC area; utilizing the address information stored in a memory of an optical disc drive to recover the TOC block and then storing the TOC block into the memory of the optical disc drive as data of the TOC block prepared for the next recording operation when reading the TOC block fails and the write-once disc is not finalized; and completing the loading operation of the write-once disc to make the write-once disc enter a recordable status.
