A 3D printed product post-processing device includes a main body, a lifting mechanism and a vacuum pipeline. An operating chamber is defined in the main body. A cavity and at least one primary recovery opening disposed adjacent to a side of the cavity are defined on a bottom surface of the operating chamber. At least one access hole is arranged on one side of the operating chamber and an operating window is arranged on the operating chamber. A floating powder recovery opening is arranged on top of the other side of the operating chamber. The lifting mechanism is accommodated in the cavity. The vacuum pipeline is respectively connected to the primary recovery opening and the floating powder recovery opening. The floating powders are removed through the floating powder recovery opening to maintain the operating window clean. Therefore, a post-processing operation can be facilitated.

3D printed product post-processing device

A wire fusing apparatus including a first body having a first surface, a second body having a second surface, and a heating unit is provided. The second body is pivoted to the first body to rotate relatively to the first body enabling the first and second bodies to be in an expanded or a closed state. When the first and second bodies are in the closed state, the first and second surfaces define a closed containing groove for containing two independent wires butt jointed with each other. The first surface, the second surface and the containing groove each has a heat-conducting region, and the heat-conducting regions contact each other when the first and second bodies are in the closed state. The heating unit disposed on the first or second body contacts one of the heat-conducting regions for heat-fusing a butt-jointing point of the wires to form a fused wire.

Wire fusing apparatus

A 3-D printing apparatus includes a base and a printing head disposed above the base. The base includes an adjustment platform having an adjustment side and a top surface, a first-adjustment mechanism, second-adjustment mechanisms and a printing bed. The first-adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment shaft, first and second gears and a linkage rod. The first gear disposed under the adjustment platform is engaged with the adjustment shaft to drive it to move along a normal direction of the top surface. The second gear is engaged with the first gear to drive it to rotate. The linkage rod extended to the adjustment side connects the second gear to drive it to rotate. The second-adjustment mechanisms arranged along the adjustment side are adapted to move along the normal direction. The printing bed disposed on the adjustment platform is engaged with the adjustment shaft and the second adjustment mechanisms to move therewith.

Three-dimensional printing apparatus

A 3-D printing apparatus including a base and a printing head module is provided. The base includes a first supplying platform, a printing bed and a second supplying platform disposed in order along a printing path. The first supplying platform and the second supplying platform carry building powder respectively; the first supplying platform and the second supplying platform are alternately lifted to a printing-reference plane of the base for supplying the building powder to the printing bed. The printing head module is movably disposed above the base and configured to move along a forward direction of the print path to transfer the building powder of the first supplying platform onto the printing bed, and move along a backward direction of the printing path to transfer building powder of the second supplying platform onto the printing bed to form bonded powder layers stacked together to form a 3-D object.

Three dimensional printing apparatus

A 3D printing device, which is adapted to print a second object on a first object. The 3D printing device includes a body, a 3D printing unit, a sensor unit, a storage unit, a control unit and a carrier plate. The control unit is electrically connected to the 3D printing unit, the storage unit and the sensor unit. The storage unit stores initial coordinates, and the initial coordinates correspond to an initial printing position of the 3D printing unit. The carrier plate is located at a bottom of the body and has a ocular mark. The first object is adapted to be placed on the carrier plate. The sensor unit senses a height of the first object relative to the carrier plate, and the control unit drives the 3D printing unit to print the second object on the first object according to the height and the initial coordinates.

Three-dimensional printing method

The invention provides a lead screw guide assembly and a three-dimensional (3D) printing apparatus, wherein the lead screw guide assembly includes a base, a first guiding member, a second guiding member and a lead screw guide. The first guiding member is disposed on the base and has a first channel extending along an axis. The second guiding member is movably coupled to the first guiding member along the axis. The lead screw guide is movably disposed on the base along the axis and located in the first channel. The lead screw guide is coupled to the second guiding member, so as to drive the second guiding member to move along the axis and hide in the first channel or protrude from the first channel.

A three-dimensional (3-D) printer and a method for adjusting a working coordinate of a platform thereof are provided. The 3-D printer includes a platform, a printing head and a control unit. The platform includes a carrying surface and adjustment points located on the carrying surface. The printing head disposed above the platform for moving along a datum plane and a normal direction of the datum plane. The control unit controls the printing head to move from the datum plane toward the platform to contact each of the adjustment points for obtaining a coordinate offset of the carrying surface corresponding to the datum plane, and adjusts a model coordinate of a digital 3-D model information according to the coordinate offset. The control unit moves the printing head according to the adjusted model coordinate to print a 3-D object related to the digital 3-D model information on the carrying surface.

Three dimensional printer and method for adjusting working coordinate of platform thereof

A three-dimensional printing apparatus including a housing, a platform disposed in the housing and having a printing region, a frame disposed on an inner side of the housing and an operating module is provided. At least one cylinder disposed on the frame has a body and a pair of wings extended therefrom. The cylinder is carried on the frame by the wings, and a first gap is provided below each of the wings and between the body and the frame. The operating module is disposed in the housing to move relative to the printing region and the frame, and the operating module includes a pair of catching arms. After the catching arms are inserted into the first gaps, the operating module moves in a first direction to carry the cylinder on the catching arms, and then moves in a second direction to move the cylinder out from the frame.

A three-dimensional printing device including a main body having a reference side and a support side, a plurality of driving units disposed on the main body connecting the reference side with the support side along an axis, a carrying unit including a plurality of axial connection portions, a plurality of sensing units disposed on the reference side and respectively corresponding to the axial connection portions and a control unit coupled to the driving units and the sensing units is provided. The carrying unit is assembled on the driving units and driven by the driving units to move between the reference side and the support side. Each sensing unit detects that each corresponding axial connection portion arrives at the reference side and accordingly produces a termination signal, and the control unit synchronizes operations of the driving units according to the termination signals.

A three-dimensional (3D) apparatus including a processing unit, a base and a printing head is provided. The processing unit is configured to read and process digital 3D model information. The base is coupled to and controlled by the processing unit. The base includes a plurality of heating regions. The processing unit is configured to selectively heat at least one of the heating regions according to the digital 3D model information. The printing head is disposed above the base. The printing head is coupled to and controlled by the processing unit to dispense a thermal melting material layer-by-layer on the heated heating region to form a 3D object related to the digital 3D model information.

A printing head module includes a bracket, a plurality of printing heads, a pivot shaft, a wiper unit, and a control unit. The bracket includes a plurality of through holes. The printing heads are parallelly aligned with each other, each of the printing heads a nozzle for extruding the modeling material. The pivot shaft connected to the bracket is adapted to rotate the printing heads to a target position. The wiper unit includes a holder, a plurality of wipers, and a wiper opener. The holder is connected to the pivot shaft to be rotated with the bracket and the printing heads. The wipers rotatably connected to the holder and disposed correspondingly to the openings. The wiper opener is disposed at the target position to interfere with the wiper rotated to the target position, so as to drive the corresponding wiper to rotate to the opening position.

Printing head module

The printing head module includes a bracket, a plurality of cartridges, a first piston, a pivot shaft, and a control unit. The bracket includes a plurality of through holes. The cartridges coaxially aligned with each other, each of the cartridges includes a leaning portion and contains the modeling material and a nozzle for extruding the modeling material. The leaning portion is leaning against the bracket when the cartridge is located at the printing position. The first piston is configured to slide along an extensional axis of the cartridge and drive the cartridge to move toward the printing position. The pivot shaft is connected to the bracket and adapted to rotate the cartridge to a working location. The control unit is coupled to the pivot shaft and the first piston for controlling the first piston and the rotation of the bracket.

Rotational printing head module having muti-cartridge

A paper-feeding device and a multi-functional printer are provided. The paper-feeding device includes a base, a driving axle, a position-limiting element and a retaining element. The base has a first assembling portion. The driving axle, the position-limiting and the retaining elements are all in the base. The position-limiting element has a second assembling portion and two position-limiting portions on radial directions of the second assembling portion between the inserting portion and the body. The retaining element includes a swing frame, a paper-separating element and a spring. The body of the swing frame is located between the two position-limiting portions. The first and second pivoting portions coaxial and connect the body are pivoted respectively to the first and second assembling portions. The inserting portion of the paper-separating element is sheathed by the body and the separating element leans against the driving axle.
