A platform door system is disclosed. The platform door system has: a platform data transmitting element positioned on a platform for transmitting a platform signal; a vehicle information integrating element, positioned on a vehicle adjacent to the platform, for receiving the platform signal and a vehicle signal corresponding to a door opening or closing status of the vehicle door from the vehicle, and for transmitting a platform-vehicle integration signal; and a platform door controlling element, positioned on the platform, for receiving the platform-vehicle integration signal and for opening or closing a platform door in response to the platform-vehicle integration signal to correspond to the opening-or-closing status of the vehicle door.

Platform door system and method for controlling the same

A cooling structure integrated with an electric motor and a controller includes a shell and a rear water jacket. The controller includes a power module and a control module. The electric motor has a rotor and a stator. The shell, shaped as a cylinder, is to sleeve the stator. The rear water jacket includes at least one assembly hole. The assembly hole is to allow at least one conductive pillar to penetrate therethrough. The rear water jacket, mounted to an axial end of the shell, is furnished with a plurality of rear water-jacket waterways. The stator electrically couples one end of the conductive pillar, while another end of the conductive pillar is connected with the power module.

Cooling structure integrated with electric motor and controller

An integrated power module is provided, which may include a gate driver circuit, a plurality of first metal plates, a plurality of chips, a plurality of second metal plates, and an annular frame. The first metal plates may be parallel to each other/one another, and electrically coupled to the gate driver circuit; at least one of the first metal plates may include a plurality of chip slots. The chips may be disposed at the chip slots; each of the chips may be electrically coupled to one of the adjacent first metal plates. The second metal plates may be parallel to each other/one another, and electrically coupled to the gate driver circuit; each of the second metal plates may be disposed between any two adjacent first metal plates. The first metal plates, the second metal plates, the gate driver circuit, and the chips may be disposed inside the annular frame.

Integrated power module

An output control apparatus of a motor includes a controller formed by having a power device to bridge a motor and a power supply. The controller incorporating the power device provides voltage control modulation during different motor speeds so as to fix the recharging voltage at the DC bus in a specific range without involvement of any voltage converter. It is unnecessary to use additional complex circuits or other DC/DC converters to reduce the voltage recharged from the motor running at a high speed. In addition, space for the apparatus is reduced, and the specification and function of the original controller can be maintained without trading off work in redesigning the motor system.

Output control apparatus of a motor and method for controlling a controller of the same

A modulation method is provided. The modulation method includes the steps of receiving multiple sinusoidal signals, obtaining the maximum value of the sinusoidal signals, obtaining the median value of the sinusoidal signals, and obtaining the minimum value of the sinusoidal signals within a period to generate a difference between the maximum value and the minimum value, generating a difference according to an upper limit and a lower limit of a predetermined comparison value, and comparing the two differences to generate an optimized modulation signal.

Modulation method and control device having the same

A drive device and a drive control method for the electric bicycle are disclosed. The drive device of the electric bicycle is equipped with a power supply/storage unit, a compact motor, an inclination sensor, a brake actuation sensor, a pedal-rotating speed sensor and a drive control module. The drive device performs integrated calculations using the inclination information of the inclination sensor, the brake actuation information of the brake actuation sensor and the pedal-rotating speed information of the pedal-rotating speed sensor, so the drive control modules instructs the compact motor and the power supply/storage unit to quickly enter an auxiliary drive mode for rotating wheels of the electric bicycle, or to enter an energy recovery mode for storing electrical energy generated by the compact motor.

Drive device and drive control method for electric bicycle

The present disclosure related to a control method for a sensorless motor with energy recovery ability, using which duty cycle of a sensorless motor can be changed by the control of complementary switches so as to enable the sensorless motor to switch between a high efficiency driving operation and an energy recovery operation while being activated. Thereby, the conduction loss and the wear and tear to the switches can be minimized while simultaneously enhancing the energy recovery efficiency and thus improving the battery life.

Control method for sensorless motors with energy recovery ability

An adjustable axial-flux disc motor, that is used in a flat space formed at a side or at the center of a wheel center for driving the wheel to rotate. The motor is activated to perform a rotation movement by the interactions of an electromagnetic field formed from the passing of an electric current through the armatures of its stator and a magnetic field resulting from the permanent magnet of its rotator. Moreover, there is a circular air gap sandwiched between the stator base and the rotator base, and the permanent magnet is further surrounded by coils. By adjusting the excitation current of the coils, the magnetic flux intensity can be modulated accordingly, and as the air gap magnetic flux is varied with the relative positioning of the stator and the rotator, the output characteristic of the motor will be varied accordingly.

Adjustable axial-flux disc motor

A reinforcement structure for a disc motor being received in the flat space formed at a side of a wheel center for driving the wheel to rotate as it can be activated to perform a rotation movement by the interactions of an electromagnetic field formed from its stators and a magnetic field resulting from its rotator, comprises: a rib structure, arranged inside a shell housing the disc-like stator for enhancing the structure integrity thereof without causing the thickness thereof to increase and thus maximizing the usefulness of the motor's limited space; and a fixing element, for fixing the stators to the inner side of the motor's outer shell for preventing the stators to be deformed by the magnetic force from the permanent magnets mounted on the rotors while preventing the stators from being attracted by the permanent magnets of the rotors, and thus enabling the motor to operate smoothly.

Reinforcement structure for disc motor

A balanced bridge electric gear-shifting mechanism comprises a signal input stage, a balanced bridge circuit and a signal output stage. The mechanism, by means of inputting different up and down gear signals to enact an analog gear-shifting apparatus to generate different voltage potentials, effectively improves the drawbacks of wrong gear shifting induced by a conventional digital gear shifting apparatus for wrongly touching the up and down shifting gear, so as to reduce the gear-shifting duration, enhance the gear-shifting smoothness, and enhance the system reliability and stability.
