A backlight module and a liquid crystal display are provided. The backlight module includes a plastic frame. The sidewalls of the plastic frame have an adjustable length. Each sidewall having the adjustable length includes at least two separated member slidably connected together. The present invention may flexibly set the plastic frame according to the size of the liquid crystal display, and need not specially configure the molds to produce the plastic frames for the different sizes of the liquid crystal display, thereby not only reducing the cost, but also increasing the manufacture efficiency.

The present invention relates to an aluminum extrusion heat sink structure and a corresponding backlight module. The aluminum extrusion heat sink structure comprises a light source connecting portion, a back plate connecting portion and a light guide plate support portion. The manufacture cost of the aluminum extrusion heat sink structure is lower, and the heat dissipation effect is better, so as to solve the technology problem that the volume of a traditional aluminum extrusion heat sink structure is larger caused the cost of the aluminum extrusion heat sink structure and the corresponding backlight module is higher.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) device and a fixing structure thereof are disclosed. The LCD device comprises a backlight unit and an LCD panel. The backlight unit is fixed through a first frame disposed at a side edge thereof, and the LCD panel is fixed through a second frame disposed at side edges thereof. The first frame is provided with a snap-fitting groove mechanism, and the second frame is provided with a snap-fitting mechanism for mating with the snap-fitting groove mechanism to fix the LCD panel. Because the second frame is joined with the first frame through snap-fitting in the LCD device and the fixing structure thereof of the present disclosure, it is unnecessary to use screws for fixing purpose. This makes the assembling process simple, efficient and time-saving, so the production efficiency of the LCD device is increased and the production cost is reduced.

The present invention provides a backlight module and a housing unit structure thereof. The backlight module includes a back plate having a first edge, a second edge, a third edge and a fourth edge. The edges of the back plate are provided with a housing including a plurality of housing unit structures. The housing unit structures have a strip shape or an L-shape, respectively, and are disposed on the back plate by connecting or spacing a distance to each others to assemble into a housing. The backlight module uses an adjustable modular design to adjust the number of the housing unit structures for being suitably applied to various backlight modules with different sizes. Except for reducing the use of material, the development cost and time of the backlight module can be saved.

Provided is a liquid crystal display device including: a base; a liquid crystal display including a plastic frame having a first supporting surface and a second supporting surface; a backlight unit disposed on the first supporting surface; a liquid crystal panel disposed on the second supporting surface; and a plurality of holding components disposed at outer sides of the plastic frame, respectively, for keeping the backlight unit, the plastic frame and the liquid crystal panel in their relative positions to each other; a support frame disposed between the base and the liquid crystal display; and a PCB electrically connected to the liquid crystal display through a wire, and being disposed at a vertical plane of the support frame.
