A heat dissipating fin assembly includes a bottom, a plurality of first heat dissipating fins, a plurality of second heat dissipating fins, an inner cover and an outer cover. The first heat dissipating fins extend from an inner end toward an outer end. The second heat dissipating fins are arranged between two of the first heat dissipating fins in staggered. The inner cover is disposed near the inner end and connected to the first heat dissipating fins. The outer cover is disposed near the outer end and connected to the second heat dissipating fins. The inner cover and the outer cover are separated to form an opening, and the dusts entering the heat dissipating fin assembly through the inner end are ejected via the opening. The second heat dissipating fins extend from around the opening to the outer end.

Heat dissipating fin assembly

A heat dissipating apparatus includes a frame, an elastic body, a magnetic member and a coil. The frame has an opening. The elastic body is disposed on the frame, and the frame and the elastic body define a space. The magnetic member is located corresponding to the space and disposed at one side of the elastic body. The coil is located corresponding to the periphery of the space and disposed on the frame. An electronic device with the heat dissipating apparatus is also disclosed.

Fan impeller

A fan includes a housing, an impeller and at least one position-limiting mechanism. The housing has an accommodating space for receiving the impeller. The impeller has a hub and a plurality of blades surrounding the hub. The position-limiting mechanism is located between the top of the blade and the inner side of the housing, and disposed on the top of the blade or the inner side of the housing.

A vibration fan includes a base, an electromagnetic actuator and a blade. The electromagnetic actuator is disposed on the base, and includes a movable magnetic component and a fixed magnetic component. The movable magnetic component reciprocates relative to the fixed magnetic component. The blade is connected to the movable magnetic component.
