A direction-adjustable jig is capable of translating an artifact between two mutually perpendicular planes in a three-dimensional space. The jig includes a base, a sliding member, and a hinge member. The base has a pair of side walls each having a first guiding portion. The first guiding portion has a lower guiding portion and an upper guiding portion in communication with each other. The lower guiding portion and the upper guiding portion are formed at different height vertically. The sliding member is disposed reciprocatingly on the base and in between the side walls. The hinge member is pivotally connected to the sliding member and has a pair of second guiding portions for engaging the first guiding portions. The reciprocating motion of the sliding member allows the hinge member to rotate above the base and change its direction.

Direction-adjustable jig

A light guide mechanism of a fingerprint recognition plate includes a frame, a light guide plate, first electrodes, second electrodes and light emitting diodes. The frame has a hollow portion and receiving troughs. Each of the receiving troughs forms a first through hole and a second through hole penetrating the frame. The light guide plate covers the hollow portion. The first electrodes are in the first through holes, and the second electrodes are in the second through holes. Each of the light emitting diodes is in the receiving trough and includes a first electrode pin and a second electrode pin. The first electrode pin pierces the first through hole to be connected to the first electrode. The second electrode pin pierces through the second through hole to be connected to the second electrode. The first electrode pin and second electrode pin are exposed from the bottom of the frame.

Light guide mechanism of fingerprint recognition plate

A frame utilized in a fingerprint recognition plate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a light guide mechanism with the frame including the frame with a hollow portion, light emitting diodes, and a light guide plate. The manufacturing method includes: forming a frame containing mixed materials having plastic materials and metallic materials in a manner of injection molding, forming patterns on the frame in a manner of laser engraving, and forming electric conductive portions in the patterns of the frame in a manner of electroplating or electroless plating. The frame is formed with electric conductive circuit. The light emitting diodes are mounted on the electric conductive portions of the frame by surface mount technology (SMT) process. Light rays emitted by the light emitting diodes can be transmitted in the light guide plate. When the frame is formed via the laser engraving process combining with electroplating process, the frame can be minimized.

A light guiding structure for fingerprint recognizing sheet is adapted between a circuit board and a protecting sheet for encompassing an image capture device. The light guiding structure includes a frame, side-emitting LEDs, and a light guiding sheet. The middle portion of the frame is defined as a hollowed portion. Conductive pairs are located on the frame and extended out of the frame to form a first contact and a second contact. The side-emitting LEDs are assembled to the frame and electrically connected to the conductive pairs. The light guiding sheet covers on the hollowed portion. The side-emitting LEDs are assembled around the periphery of the light guiding sheet. The light guiding structure can be directly assembled on the circuit board and encompass the image capture device, and therefore an electronic device can be provided with a fingerprint recognizing sheet having the light guiding structure.

The instant disclosure relates to a manufacturing method of a sound playing assembly for micro-sized speaker. The method includes the following steps: providing a carrier having a strip-shaped grill member; cutting the carrier after it has been transferred into a cutting unit to obtain a trimmed grill member; transferring the trimmed grill member onto a machine plate; and performing injection molding with molten plastic after the trimmed grill member is transferred from the machine plate into a mold by a material handling equipment, in order to form a seat body having a speaker basket surrounding the trimmed grill member, with the speaker basket partially embedded in the grid structure of the trimmed grill member. The trimmed grill member and the seat body are thus formed integrally in providing a sound playing assembly. The assembly can help to improve production yield rate and be mass-produced in an automated process.

Manufacturing method of a sound playing assembly

The instant disclosure relates to a direction-adjustable jig, which includes a base, a sliding member, and a hinge member. The base is topped with a platform having a pair of guide rails. The two guide rails extend in opposite directions and are parallel to each other. The sliding member is disposed on the platform and capable of reciprocating motion. The hinge member is disposed on the platform and pivotally connected to one end of the sliding member. The hinge member is rotatable above the base. The hinge member further has a pair of protruding guide teeth. The guide teeth are perpendicular to each other and insertable into the guide rails. Through the motion of the sliding member on the platform, the guide teeth of the hinge member can be inserted into respective guide rails, such that the hinge member can rotate above the base and change its direction.

An electrical connector is provided to assembled on a circuit board for inserting a connecting member, and includes an insulating body having a cavity, a plurality of first terminals received in the insulating body for connecting with the connecting member, a cap body covered on the insulating body and a set of positioning mechanisms provided for fixing the cap body on the insulating body. Each positioning mechanism has first positioning portions and second positioning portions, so that the first positioning portions are buckled with the second positioning portions. The first positioning portions and the second positioning portions are assembled on the insulating body and the cap body respectively. Under this arrangement, the cap body is securely fixed on the insulating body via the positioning mechanisms, so that the first terminals are not detached from the insulating body.
