To provide a hybrid wheel loader capable of reliably detecting a short-circuited state of a synchronous generator driven by a drive source. The present invention is provided with an MGbeing a synchronous generator driven as an electric generator by an engine and operated as a motor by the electric power supplied from an electrical storage device, an MG inverterhaving a motor current sensorfor detecting motor current flowing through the MGand semiconductor switches, and an HCUfor detecting a short-circuited state of the MG, wherein the HCUdetermines that the MGis in a short-circuited state when the semiconductor switchesof the MG inverterare in an OFF state at gates and when the motor current detected by the motor current sensoris equal to or greater than a specified threshold value.

An electric driving wheel type work vehicle has a traveling motor, an inverter for supplying the motor with three-phase power converted from DC power, a pre-driver circuit for supplying a gate signal to the inverter on the basis of an input PWM signal, a controller for outputting to the pre-driver circuit the PWM signal for controlling the driving of the motor, a parking brake, and a parking brake condition detector that detects the condition of the parking brake. When it is detected that the parking brake has been operated, the pre-driver circuit cuts off the output of the gate signal or the input of the PWM signal to the pre-driver circuit.

An electrolyte discharge pipe () for discharging an electrolyte mist and/or electrolyte injected out of the battery module () at abnormality of the battery module () to an outside of the upper revolving structure () is provided on the casing ().

A multi-series battery control system comprises a plurality of unit battery cell of which unit consists of multiple battery cells connected in series; a plurality of control IC comprising a control circuit for controlling the unit battery cell; a main controller that sends and receives signal to/from the control ICs via an insulation; means for sending an abnormality signal, which represents the existence or the absence of abnormality of the control ICs or the battery cells, to the main controller from the control ICs, responding to the first signal outputted from the main controller via the insulation; and means for searching contents of the abnormality in the control ICs or the battery cells and sending the abnormality contents signal based on the search, to the main controller from the control ICs, responding to the second signal outputted from the main controller via the insulation.

Multi-series battery control system

A power conversion device comprises a power conversion unit of a three phase full bridge type including upper arm switching devices and lower arm switching devices, and a controller that outputs drive signals to these switching devices. This power conversion device forms alternately a first interval in which the upper arm switching devices and the lower arm switching devices are switched to ON for different phases, and a second interval in which, for all phases, either the upper arm switching devices or the lower arm switching devices are switched to ON, according to electrical angle.

Power conversion device

An object of the present invention is to provide a motor control apparatus that can perform an abnormality diagnosis of current sensors and achieve cost reduction. When the outputs from three current sensors, which detect individual phase currents of a 3-phase AC current supplied from an inverter to a 3-phase AC motor, indicate that the sum of the individual phase currents of the 3-phase AC current is greater than a predetermined value, a sensor abnormality judgment unit of a motor control unit judges that one of the three current sensors is abnormal. The sensor abnormality judgment unit identifies an abnormal current sensor, which is one of the three current sensors, and performs calculations in accordance with the remaining two normal current sensors to output the current in the phase detected by the abnormal current sensor.

Motor control apparatus

There is provided an AC motor controller capable of detecting an abnormal state of a motor cable while an AC motor is operating without using a special circuit but using a processor. The AC motor controller includes an AC motor; an inverter for driving the AC motor with a motor current through a motor cable; and a motor current detector for detecting the motor current flowing in the motor cable of the AC motor, in which a processor detects an abnormal state of the motor cable such as an inter-phase short circuit and an open circuit based on the motor current detected by the motor current detector.

A multi-series battery control system comprises a unit battery cell of which unit consists of multiple battery cells, control IC comprising a control IC chip containing a control circuit for controlling the unit battery cell and a cell monitor IC chip for monitoring the voltage of the unit battery cell, and main controller that sends and receives signal to/from the control IC via insulation of which cell monitor IC chip and control IC chip are paired to control the unit battery cell.
