A packaging bag is formed by bending a laminate film at two portions in parallel to each other such that both end portions thereof are mated to each other and the mated end portions are bonded together so as to provide a tubular body having upper and lower openings, which are sealed by forming upper and lower seal portions, respectively. In such packaging bag, the two bent portionsandof the laminate film constitute side edge portions as boundary portions between a front surface portionand a back surface portionof a packaging bag, the upper seal portionis formed with a rough surface seal open portionformed with aggregation of a plurality of fine recesses formed to an outer layer constituting the laminate film and a plurality of fine through holes penetrating the outer layer so that the rough surface seal open portion is formed to the front surface and/or back surface portion of the packaging bag so as to include one of the side edge portions thereof, and the rough surface seal open portionis formed in the upper seal portionsuch that a lower end of the rough surface seal open portion is apart upward from a lower end of the upper seal portion

Packaging bag

A packaging bag comprises a tubular body obtained by joining opposite ends of a strip film comprising a lamination of oriented and non-oriented films to each other so as to form a longitudinal sealed portion. The tubular body has at opposite sides in its diametrical direction crease portions, respectively, and has at opposite edges in its longitudinal direction lateral sealed portions, respectively. The crease portion has the first tearable zone, which can be torn at longitudinal different positions. The longitudinal sealed portion is located on the back surface side of the bag and has the second tearable zone, which can be torn at longitudinal different positions. The second tearable zone has a length identical with or longer than that of the first tearable zone. The upper edge of the second tearable zone is located in the same level as or above the upper edge of the first tearable zone and the lower edge of the former is located in the same level as or below the lower edge of the latter.

Disclosed are a pouch for containing a material therein, a laminate film for the pouch, and a method for producing the pouch. The laminate film comprises a first plastic layer and at least one second plastic layer on which said first plastic layer is laminated. The first plastic layer is partially subjected to surface roughening treatment prior to the lamination, and surface irregularities are filled with a plastic material of the second plastic layer. In a pouch having substantially rectangular shape, at least one folded portion is provided at a side edge of the pouch. The surface roughened portion is positioned at and around the folded portion and at an external surface of the pouch. In one embodiment, the folded edge is provided at one side of the pouch and a heat sealed portion is provided at the other side edge thereof. In another embodiment, folded portions are provided at both side edges of the pouch and a heat-sealed portion is provided at a rear central portion thereof.
