A conductive module includes a first conductive member electrically connected to at least one electrode terminal of a battery module, a second conductive member electrically connected to the first conductive member and an electrical connection target, and an accommodation member accommodating the first and second conductive members. The accommodation member includes an accommodation body having a first accommodation chamber that accommodates the first conductive member and a second accommodation chamber that accommodates the second conductive member, a lid body closing an opening of the second accommodation chamber such that the second conductive member does not come out of the second accommodation chamber, and a hinge body rotating the lid body, a first holding mechanism holding a side of the lid body opposite to the hinge body at the closing position, and a second holding mechanism holding the hinge body side of the lid body at the closing position.

Conductive module

A first coupling body is disposed as part of a housing body, has a bottom part, and has a first and a second vertical wall parts. A second coupling body is formed so as to cover a space between the first vertical wall part and the second vertical wall part in the bottom part inside the housing chamber. The holding mechanism includes a first projection projecting from a first end of the second coupling body toward the first vertical wall part side, a second projection projecting from a second end of the second coupling body toward the second vertical wall part side, a first through-hole that is formed in the first vertical wall part, and a second through-hole that is formed in the second vertical wall part, the first end covering the first vertical wall part, the second end covering the second vertical wall part.

Coupling structure of housing members and storage case

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars, each of which connects adjacent electrodes in a plurality of batteries so as to connect the plurality of batteries in series, the plurality of batteries being arranged such that the electrodes thereof are aligned in a straight line, a terminal connected to each of the bus bars; and a casing that accommodates the plurality of bus bars and the plurality of terminals. The casing includes a routing groove configured to route an electric wire in the arrangement direction, the electric wire being to be connected to the terminal. The routing groove includes an absorbing portion formed to be swollen such that a groove width dimension of a part thereof is made larger than a groove width dimension of the other part thereof, whereby the absorbing portion absorbs an extra length portion of the electric wire.

Bus bar module and power supply device

The housing member includes a housing body that houses first and second conductive members, a lid body that closes an opening of a second housing chamber of the second conductive member in the housing body, a hinge body as a living hinge therebetween, and a holding mechanism that holds the lid body in the housing body at a closing position, the holding mechanism includes a first engagement holder having an inserted portion, and a second engagement holder having a claw portion.

Provided is a bus bar module and a power supply device capable of reducing the entire size thereof and improving assemblability thereof. A barrel portion of a voltage detection terminal extends from a voltage detection line housing groove provided between batteries and is connected to an outer end portion of a terminal portion in a Y direction through a connection portion, so that it is possible to ensure a Y direction dimension of the barrel portion while reducing a Y direction dimension of the entire bus bar module and power supply device. This can prevent the voltage detection terminal from being bent in an X direction when being bent in the Y direction when being housed in a bus bar housing portion, thereby allowing improvement of assemblability.

A bus bar module includes: a plurality of bus bar cases each housing a bus bar; a first engagement portion provided to one of the plurality of bus bar cases; a first connecting member having flexibility and connecting the plurality of bus bar cases; a plurality of insulating covers covering openings of the plurality of bus bar cases, the insulating covers including a second engagement portion to be engaged with the first engagement portion; a second connecting member having flexibility and connecting the plurality of insulating covers; and a pair of ribs provided to extend downward from an inner surface of each of the insulating covers located adjacent to each other.

Bus bar module

A power supply device includes a battery cell assembly being an assembly of battery cells each having electrodes, a battery connecting block including a case body including terminal fixing portions connected to each other via flexural deformation portions and a cover fixed to the case body and configured to cover the terminal fixing portions, and lock portions provided to the cover and the case body with intervals in a longitudinal direction. A lock portion other than lock portions located at two end positions in the longitudinal direction is configured to be capable of locking the cover with the case body with a changeable relative lock position of the cover and the case body in the longitudinal direction.

Power supply device

A power supply device () includes a battery cell assembly () being an assembly of battery cells () each having electrodes () and a battery connecting block () including a case body () including an adjacent first and second divided fixing portions () connected to each other via a flexural deformation portion (). The flexural deformation portion () includes a first rising linear portion () having one end fixed to the first divided fixing portion, a second rising linear portion () having one end fixed to the second divided fixing portion, first and second curve portions () bent at the other ends of the first and second rising linear portions () in a direction to come close to each other, and a linear portion () connecting the first and second curve portions to each other.

A fuse cover lockhas a return portion that is inserted through a through hole, which is an engagement portion, so as to be brought into engagement with a step portion. In the return portion that is in engagement with the step portion, an end portion on a side facing a fuse coverin an assembling direction of a fuse holderto the fuse coveris positioned near a circumferential edge of an opening of the through hole.

Fixing structure for fuse holder and fuse cover

A battery pack includes a battery assembly having a plurality of battery cells, a busbar module that includes a plurality of conductors and an insulating member which holds the conductors, a battery control unit provided at an end portion of the battery assembly in an arrangement direction of the battery cells, and an extraction conductor that connects a total electrode terminal connected to the battery assembly to a main circuit terminal of the battery control unit. The extraction conductor has a water escape portion which is located below an imaginary line connecting the total electrode terminal to the main circuit terminal, and an upper end of the water escape portion is formed at a location that is lower than a lower end of the main circuit terminal.

Battery pack

A synthetic resin plate () includes a plurality of accommodating parts () which accommodate at least one of bus bars, terminals, and electric wires which are connected to the terminals, hinges () which make first accommodating parts and second accommodating parts of the accommodating parts () connected and relatively movable, and projecting parts which are provided on the top surfaces of peripheral wall parts of the first accommodating parts, and which abut against parts of the second accommodating parts to restrict the movable ranges in the movable directions of the second accommodating parts relative to the first accommodating pans.

Bus bar module accommodating part structure

A power-supply unit and a bus bar module which can reduce die cost of an insulating cover are provided. Each of the two insulating covers is provided so as to cover both a first receiving portion and a second receiving portion. For this reason, the two insulating covers arranged on a plate and aligned in an overlapping direction of a battery can be formed in the same shape and same size.

Bus bar module and power-supply unit

An electricity storage device includes: a first battery stack () including a plurality of cells that are aligned in a first direction; a second battery stack (to) including a plurality of cells that are aligned in a second direction different from the first direction, the second battery stack being placed under the first battery stack; and a duct for coolant. The duct is disposed along the first battery stack and is positioned between the first battery stack and the second battery stack.

Electricity storage device and vehicle

A wire arrangement body includes: a wire arrangement groove portion of a groove shape that receives one or more wires; a lid portion that is rotatably connected to the wire arrangement groove portion about a first hinge and covers the wire arrangement groove portion so as to seal a groove opening of the wire arrangement groove portion; and a wire drawing piece that is rotatably connected to the lid portion about a second hinge. The wire arrangement body is provided so that a rotation axis of the second hinge crosses at a right angle to a rotation axis of the first hinge.

Wire arrangement body, busbar module and power-supply unit

A busbar module unit includes a busbar module that is made of a resin and retains a plurality of first conductors and two second conductor, a wiring path that accommodates a plurality of voltage detection wires, a terminal accommodating portion that accommodates connection terminals of a power cable, and a cover member that is connected to the busbar module via a hinge portion. The terminal accommodating portion is integrally formed with the cover member. The wiring path is arranged so as to intersect at least one of the connection terminals. The cover member has a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, the first face opposes the wiring path when the cover member is folded back via the hinge portion. The terminal accommodating portion is formed on the second face.
