A power storage device includes a lower case having a bottom portion including an inner surface and an outer surface, one or more power storage modules thermally connected to the inner surface of the bottom portion, and a cooler that is provided on a side of the outer surface of the bottom portion and cools the one or more power storage modules via the bottom portion. The cooler is made of a member having a rigidity lower than that of the lower case. The cooler includes a force exerting portion that exerts a force toward the bottom portion.

Power storage device comprising compressible cooler plate

The power storage device includes a plurality of power storage stacks, a case, and a protective structure that protects a plurality of power storage cells from a load applied to the case in the vertical direction. The case has a bottom wall, a top wall, and a circumferential wall. The protective structure has a cross member, and a load transfer member located on the cross member. The load transfer member has at least one contact portion that is compressible and deformable in an orthogonal direction, and contacts a pair of power storage stacks adjacent to each other in the orthogonal direction when being in a compressed state.

Power storage device

A bus bar module includes: a case extending from a first end to a second end; a bus bar; and electric wires. The case includes first and second electric wire routing groove portions provided in parallel, electric wire passing portions bridged between the first and second electric wire routing groove portions, and an electric wire take-out portion which is provided in the first electric wire routing groove portion and from which the electric wires are drawn toward the second end. At least a part of the electric wires is routed from a position of the second electric wire routing groove portion closer to the second end than the electric wire take-out portion, through an electric wire passing portion provided closer to the one end than the electric wire take-out portion, to the electric wire take-out portion.

Bus bar module

Each cell forming a battery stack has a discharge valve configured to discharge gas in the inside to the outside when an internal pressure increases. A case houses the battery stack. A plate member is provided between each discharge valve and an upper case. The plate member is arranged to overlap with each discharge valve when the battery stack and the plate member are planarly viewed from above.

Battery pack

A bus bar module includes: a case attached to a battery assembly including a plurality of single cells; a bus bar supported by the case and electrically connected to electrodes of the plurality of single cells of the battery assembly; and a plurality of electric wires routed in the case. The plurality of electric wires include: a plurality of voltage detection electric wires connected to the bus bar, and a temperature measurement electric wire connected to a thermistor configured to measure a temperature of at least one of the plurality of single cells. The case includes: an electric wire routing groove portion in which the plurality of voltage detection electric wires are routed, and a thermistor attachment portion to which the thermistor is attached. The thermistor attachment portion is provided in the electric wire routing groove portion.

Thermistor attachment configuration for a bus bar module

A battery pack includes: a cell stack; a first duct and a second duct configured to feed cooling air toward the cell stack; and a housing case. The first duct and the second duct extend in a first direction and are spaced apart from each other in a second direction, the first direction being parallel to a front-back direction of a vehicle in a mounted state in which the battery pack is mounted on the vehicle, the second direction being parallel to a width direction of the vehicle in the mounted state. The first duct is arranged on an outer side of the cell stack on one side in the second direction, and the second duct is arranged on an outer side of the cell stack on the other side in the second direction.

A power storage device includes: a power storage module; a housing case having a housing space formed therein and configured to house the power storage module in the housing space; a cooler arranged in the housing case and configured to cool air sent toward the power storage module; a storage portion configured to store condensation water generated as a result of cooling by the cooler; and an air permeable film configured to allow a vapor generated from the condensation water stored in the storage portion to pass therethrough. The storage portion and the air permeable film are provided in a separated space separated from the housing space. The vapor passes through the separated space and reaches the air permeable film.

A battery pack includes: a plurality of battery modules arranged side by side along a first direction orthogonal to an up-down direction; a housing case configured to house the plurality of battery modules; a wire harness electrically connected to the plurality of battery modules and routed in the housing case; and a reinforcing portion provided within the housing case and configured to reinforce the housing case. The reinforcing portion includes a plate-shaped portion arranged separately from the plurality of battery modules and extending along the first direction. The plate-shaped portion has a lower surface facing the plurality-of-battery-modules side, and an upper surface located on an opposite side of the lower surface. The wire harness is routed along the upper surface of the plate-shaped portion.

A vehicle includes: a floor panel; and a battery pack mounted under the floor panel. The battery pack includes: a plurality of cell stacks; a housing case including a bottom portion and configured to house the plurality of cell stacks; and a plurality of support members provided on the bottom portion and spaced apart from one another. When a front region, a central region and a rear region are defined in a bottom view of the housing case, a ratio of a total area where the support member is provided in the central region to an area of the central region is higher than a ratio of a total area where the support member is provided in the rear region to an area of the rear region.

Vehicle

A battery pack is mounted under a floor panel. A case of the battery pack includes a case tray. On an inner surface of a bottom plate of the case tray, plural internal pack crosses are provided. On an outer surface of the bottom plate of the case tray, plural external pack crosses are provided. An internal pack cross front flange is fastened to an external pack cross rear flange that is arranged in front of the internal pack cross in the vehicle longitudinal direction in a state of matching the external pack cross rear flange in the vehicle longitudinal direction. An external pack cross front flange is fastened to an internal pack cross rear flange that is arranged in front of the external pack cross in the vehicle longitudinal direction in a state of matching the internal pack cross rear flange in the vehicle longitudinal direction.

Vehicle lower structure

A battery pack includes: a plurality of cell stacks; a housing case configured to house the plurality of cell stacks; and a support member configured to allow a rear cross member provided in a vehicle to support the housing case, the housing case including a rear portion directed to a rear side of the vehicle in a mounted state in which the battery pack is mounted on the vehicle, the support member extending in an up-down direction and being fixed to the housing case from an outer side of the housing case so as to face the rear portion.

An in-vehicle battery pack includes: battery stacks in which a plurality of battery cells is stacked with a spacer member interposed between the battery cells; a casing in which the battery stacks are housed in two stages in a vertical direction; and an intervening member that is provided between the battery stacks and bottom portions so as to be interposed between a protruding portion protruding to the bottom surface of the battery stack and a wall of the casing.

In-vehicle battery pack

There is provided a gas piping system for a fuel cell in which a gas pipe is made of stainless steel containing no nickel and is fixed at normal room temperature to a suspension member or a fixing portion through a fixing tool by means of bolts/nuts. The fixing tool is constituted to include a bracket member and an elastic member, and this elastic member is arranged between the bracket member and the gas pipe. Moreover, the fixing tool is equipped with a notched portion such that the fixing tool may be self-ruptured when an excessive external force is applied to a fuel cell stack constituting a fuel cell system.

Gas piping system for fuel cell

A fuel cell vehicle includes: a fuel cell stack for generating electric power by receiving supply of a reaction gas; a humidifying device for delivering an oxidizing off-gas discharged from the fuel cell stack and an oxidizing gas with a water vapor permeable membrane interposed therebetween, and thereby carrying out a moisture exchange between the oxidizing off-gas and the oxidizing gas; and a discharge flow passage for discharging the oxidizing off-gas discharged from the humidifying device to an outside of the vehicle. An oxidizing off-gas outlet that opens toward a front side of the vehicle is formed in the humidifying device. The discharge flow passage is connected to the oxidizing off-gas outlet and is bent in an approximate U shape from a front side of the vehicle to a back side of the vehicle.
