A girder block lifting method, which can solve a problem that steel beams are inclined or fallen inward by lifting a heavy material, and a jack-up stage used therefor are provided. The method includes a main beam which can be provided between steel beams being targets of connection with the girder to construct a rigid frame structure, a height adjustment means (gate-shaped base) mounted on a cross beam member being parallel to the main beam and connecting other steel frames for adjusting height to the main beam, a connection beam for alternately connecting the main beam and the height adjustment means (gate-shaped base), and an auxiliary beam for connecting the connection beams. On a frame stage formed by connecting these beams, a plurality of lifting jacks are provided and a lifting sling is hung from upper part of the steel beam to enable jack-up of the girder block.

Girder block lifting method and jack-up stage used therefor

New and useful method of building a boiler frame significantly reduces the use of high load-lifting height crane and improves the operation efficiency despite bad weather. Multiple levels of steel supporting posts, which are established beforehand, are linked together with their top portion by beams and the 9th floor unit is fixed to the posts at an intermediate floor position temporarily. Suspension rods, which are suspended from lifting jacks, are then connected to the 8th floor unit and jacked up, while floor units made for lower than the 8th floor are connected on the ground to form a multi-floor unit. After connecting the multi-floor unit to the 9th floor unit the temporary fixation is released, the multi-floor unit is lifted up, and each floor unit is permanently fixed to the designated floor position repeatedly and respectively.

Method of building a boiler frame

The floor, which became a block, can easily be attached to the designated floor position, so that the reduction of both the construction cost and the construction period are achieved. It is a method of building the plural floors on the part of the boiler cage part, and one floorA is built on a lifting frameput on the ground, and the floorA and the lifting frameare both jacked up by jacks. Subsequently the lifting framewhich separated the floorA is jacking down and returned to the ground. Plural floors are built for lower floor from upper floor one after another by repeating such a series of steps.

The scaffold is assembled to the large component for the boiler supported by a component supporting beam at the ground side before it is attached to a steel frame main-beam. Scaffold lifting/supporting beams interposing coil spaces of a superheaterare suspended on wireslifted down from spaces of a ceiling tube wallbeing a horizontal member of the superheater. The scaffold lifting/supporting beamsare lifted to raise little by lithe within the superheater, and scaffold components are assembled sequentially toward downward. After a required number of steps of scaffolds are assembled, the scaffold lifting/supporting beamsare coupled to the ceiling tube wallto be supported. Finally, the superheateris raised by a lifting means to install to the main-beam.

New and useful method of installing furnace walls for a boiler that does not require dedicated temporary lifting mechanism and reduces the installation work period significantly is disclosed. Method of installing furnace walls of a boiler

An interference with existing structures is prevented at a time of a lifting construction of a boiler module. When the boiler module is lifted from the ground by lifting jacks provided on a steel frame main-beam and made an install construction to the main-beam, lifting jacks enabled to move laterally on the main-beam are disposed at forward and backward thereof to suspend the boiler module. The suspended module is lifted up to the main-beam and installed while changing a suspending position between an interference preventing position with existing modules and a prescribed suspending position by alternately moving the forward and backward lifting jacks laterally.

Lifting construction method and raising/lowering equipment of boiler module

A load balance is adjusted to be appropriate even if shared loads of lifting jacks are fluctuated from an initial setting state caused by cumulative errors of suspending rods. It is a load balance adjusting method of the lifting jack when a lifting module is jacked up by the plural lifting jacks via the suspending rods. The shared loads of the lifting jacks jacking up the respective suspending rods coupled to the lifting module are detected. A height of the lifting jack is adjusted when a fluctuation relative to a setting shared load stored in advance exceeds a prescribed range, to thereby adjust to be the setting shared load.
