A recorded medium player used in, for example, an automobile for playing a compact disk, a cassette tape, etc. including a pivot lever installed near the front face of the player so that a first end of the lever located inside the player turns on a detection switch when a second end of the lever located outside of the player is contacted by a detachable front panel member when the panel member is mounted on a panel holder that is pivotally installed on the front face of the player. The detection switch is turned off so as to switch off the power of the player when the panel member is removed from the panel holder and the second end of the lever is released from the panel member.

A lock structure for a vehicle-mounted type of electronic equipment capable of facilitating the mounting of the electronic equipment on a vehicle and positively locking the electronic equipment with respect to a vehicle. The lock structure includes an equipment lock mechanism, an elastic member for urging the equipment lock mechanism in the direction of a holding section on the side of a vehicle, and an equipment lock release mechanism provided on a handle so as to force the equipment lock mechanism in the released direction when the handle is pivotally moved to a substantially horizontal position.

Lock structure for vehicle mounted type electronic equipment

A multistage pushbutton device used to drive a push switch has a base, a first and second stage pushbutton members and drive members to drive the push switch. The first and second stage pushbutton members have first and second elastic arms respectively connected with the base at the one end thereof and a pushbutton is respectively provided on the other end of the arm. An elastic second arm is longer than said first arm and is placed at the position behind the first arm where it does not overlap the first arm in the back and forth direction and at least the part of said second arm overlaps at least the part of said first pushbutton in the back and forth direction.

Multistage pushbutton device and a method for manufacturing same

A multi-stage push button switch device includes a plurality of first and second push button members fixedly coupled to a base plate. Each first and second push button member includes a button portion having a flexible arm portion extending therefrom. The end of each flexible arm portion remote from the button portion is coupled to the base plate. The flexible arm portions of the second push button members are longer than the flexible arm portions of the first push button members, whereby the button portions of the second push button members are supported at a greater distance from the base plate than the button portions of the first push button members. The first and second push button members have working pieces protruding therefrom and movable in response to a pushing of the associated button portion to push and thereby actuate an associated switch. The switches are disposed relative to the push button members such that those switches associated with the second push button members are at a distance therefrom greater than the distance between the first push button members and the switches associated therewith.

A car electronic device removably mounted in position of a car includes a pivotable handle which is used to mount the device in the car or transport outside the car. The handle may be held to a sitting position aligned with the front face of the device to show it as a continuous part of a fixed member of the device so as to not only improve the appearance of the front face of the device but also establish a psychological antitheft effect.

A car electronic device mounting assembly for mounting a car stereo or other car electronic device in a mounting aperture provided in a car body comprises a rectangular, hollow bracket fixed in the mounting aperture and having an engage hole formed in its side wall, lock claws provided on the car electronic device to engage the engage hole to hold the car device immovable with respect to the bracket, and an unlocking bar configured to resiliently retract the lock claws from the engage hole into the interior of the electronic device to unlock the electronic device from the bracket.
