A pressure reducing valve for gas is provided in which a connecting passage providing a connection between a passage and a pressure action chamber is formed within a valve body, a guide hole guiding movement of the valve body between a spring chamber and a high pressure chamber is formed within a body, a spring linked to a piston and urging the valve body in an opening direction is provided within the spring chamber, and a seal member providing a seal between the high pressure chamber and the spring chamber is disposed between the guide hole and the valve body. This provides a pressure reducing valve for gas that can suppress problems based on a decrease in the temperature of a pressure reducing valve.

A linear solenoid comprising: linear solenoid portion, comprising: a coil; a cylindrical movable core which is attracted toward a fixed core when the coil is energized; and a cylindrical yoke which surrounds an outer circumference surface of the movable core, wherein the movable core has a shaft-less structure, a first plain bearing and a second plain bearing for slidably supporting both ends of the movable core are provided respectively at both ends of a cylindrical yoke along its axis, and the first plain bearing and the second plain bearing are provided to be projected from the inner circumference surface of the cylindrical yoke by a predetermined length T toward the movable core.

Linear solenoid and valve device using the same

An integrated body comprises an upper body, a lower body, and a plurality of valves, and an intermediate plate is interposed between the upper body and the lower body. A plurality of linear solenoid valves are attached to one side surface and a plurality of directional control valves are attached to other side surface on the upper body. The lower body has a plurality of shift valves for shifting a flow of an output fluid output from the linear solenoid valves. Also, the lower body is provided with a plurality of accumulators and an input-output port portion.

Solenoid valve device

The electromagnetic spool valve of the present invention includes a movable linear solenoid section, first and second spools that are coaxially provided in inner space of a valve body so as to switch a state of communication and discommunication among plural ports of the electromagnetic spool valve, a first spring member provided between the first and second spools, and a second spring member provided between a cap member and the second spool. The spring load of the second spring member is set to be greater than the spring load of the first spring member.

A flat electromagnetic actuator includes a solenoid, a shaft at the center thereof, first and second bearings, a projecting supporting part, a movable core having an annular projection, a cylindrical yoke, a coil bobbin, a coil and a cylindrical housing whose top is closed, wherein an axial dimension thereof is shorter than a radial dimension thereof, and wherein the second bearing, the projecting supporting part, the movable core, the annular projection, the cylindrical yoke, the coil bobbin, and the housing are disposed on a same surface perpendicular to a displacement direction of the shaft, and continuously provided in the radial direction.

Flat electromagnetic actuator

A linear solenoid valve includes a solenoid having a coil wound around a coil bobbin, a fixed core, and a movable core for being attracted to the fixed core when the coil is energized, and a valve mechanism having a valve element for selectively bringing an inlet port and an outlet port into and out of fluid communication with each other responsive to a displacement of the movable core. The movable core has a nonmagnetic layer formed on an outer surface thereof and having a predetermined thickness.

Linear solenoid valve

A bottom of a housing has a protruding support extending a predetermined distance toward a movable core, and the movable core has an annular boss extending a predetermined distance toward the housing. The annular boss is disposed in an annular space defined between the bottom of the housing and the protruding support of the housing.

An electromagnetic apparatus includes a solenoid having a movable core for being attracted to a fixed core when a coil is energized, a shaft coupled to the movable core for displacement in unison with the movable core, and a valve mechanism having a ball for selectively opening and closing a passageway between an inlet port and an outlet port in response to the displacement of the shaft. The movable core has a nonmagnetic layer formed on an outer surface thereof and having a predetermined thickness.

Electromagnetic apparatus

A valve device including a valve chamber having an inlet port at one end and a valve seat at the other end; a valve housing containing the valve chamber; the valve chamber accommodating a spherical valve element which performs opening and closing operation to the valve seat, and a valve spring which urges the valve element in a closing direction; and a push rod which penetrates a center hole of the valve seat and pushes the valve element in an opening direction. A cylindrical valve guide member is fit into the valve chamber, the cylindrical valve guide member including a plurality of guide projections on an inner peripheral surface to guide opening and closing operation of the valve element. Grooves between the plurality of guide projections serve as passages providing communication between the inlet port and the valve seat.

A normally open hydraulic control valve includes: a linear solenoid unit; a spool driven by an output force of the linear solenoid unit to move forward; a valve body in which the spool is fitted; and a return spring for biasing the spool in a retreating direction. The valve body includes: a reaction force oil chamber for introducing hydraulic pressure, which presses the spool in a direction against a biasing force of the return spring, from the output port; and a damper oil chamber which suppresses vibration of the spool. The damper oil chamber is adjacent to the reaction force oil chamber with the third land portion of the spool therebetween. A slide gap which leaks and supplies oil from the reaction force oil chamber to the damper oil chamber is provided between the third land portion and the valve body. Thus, it is possible to quickly supply the oil to the damper oil chamber at the early stage of the operation without restriction on the arrangement, and to prevent delay in operation of the damper oil chamber.

Normally open hydraulic control valve

A damper device for a hydraulic control valve includes: a valve body; a damper oil chamber to which one end surface of a spool is faced; an oil reservoir chamber which is adjacent to the damper oil chamber with a partition wall therebetween; and an orifice provided in the partition wall to allow an upper portion of the damper oil chamber to communicate with the oil reservoir chamber. The damper oil chamber and the oil reservoir chamber are disposed in the valve body. The oil reservoir chamber is constructed by closing an opening of a recessed portion formed on an undersurface of the valve body with a top surface of the support member for supporting the valve body. In order to work the orifice in the partition wall by drilling from the opening of the recessed portion, an axis of the orifice is disposed to pass through the opening of the recessed portion. Thus, it is possible to eliminate need for post-treatment after working the orifice, thereby reducing the cost.

Damper device for hydraulic control valve

In a liquid pressure control system including a spool-type control valve mounted between a liquid pressure source and an actuator in such a manner that an output liquid pressure from the liquid pressure source is controlled in accordance with a thrust exhibited by a linear solenoid, a manually operated valve is disposed in a valve housing of the control valve to have an operational axis parallel to an axis of the linear solenoid. The manually operated valve is capable of blocking the communication between the actuator and the control valve and bringing the liquid pressure source into communication with the actuator to bypass the control valve. Thus, the supply of a liquid pressure to the actuator can be secured in any abnormality of the control valve, while enabling a reduction in size of the system in an axial direction of the control valve.

Liquid pressure control system

A solenoid valve includes a coil assembly accommodated in a solenoid housing having an end wall at one end thereof. A stationary core is magnetically coupled to the end wall and inserted into one end of a center bore, and a movable core opposed to the stationary core is inserted into the other end of the center bore. A yoke plate opposed to the other end of the coil assembly is coupled to the other end of the solenoid housing, and a collar made of a non-magnetic material adapted to guide the axial movement of the movable core is inserted into the other end of the center bore through a central portion of the yoke plate. A rod operatively connected to the movable core is connected to a valve member accommodated in a valve housing connected to the solenoid housing. In such solenoid valve, in order to facilitate the processing and assembling of the collar, the movable core and the rod and to provide a reduction in cost, the valve housing is provided with a guide for guiding the axial movement of the rod, and one end of the rod is put into coaxial abutment against the other end of the movable core.
