Transparent conducting film laminate and processing method thereof

Provided is a transparent conducting film having a preferable optical property, a preferable electrical property, and further, a superior durability of folding. The transparent conducting film comprises a transparent substrate and a transparent conducting layer formed on at least one of main faces of the transparent substrate, wherein the transparent conducting layer contains a binder resin and a conducting fiber, a cut portion of the transparent conducting film has a straightness of 0.050 mm or less. Preferably, the transparent substrate is a resin film having an elongated resin film or cut out from an elongated film, and can be folded in with a folding axis in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the elongated resin film.

Provided is a transparent conducting film having a favorable optical property, favorable electrical property, and almost no in-plane resistance anisotropy. A method for producing a transparent conducting film provided with a conducting layer containing a metal nanowire and a binder resin, comprises steps of: preparing a coating liquid containing the metal nanowire and the binder resin, and coating the coating liquid on one main face of a transparent substrate, wherein, in the coating step, a bar-coat printing method is performed using a bar provided with a groove having a pitch (P) and a depth (H) which satisfy a ratio P/H of 5 to 30.

Method for producing transparent conducting film

Provided is a transparent conducting film containing metal nanowires, the conducting film having a preferable optical property, electrical property, and having almost no in-plane resistance anisotropy. A method for producing a transparent conducting film provided with a conducting layer containing a metal nanowire and a binder resin, comprising steps of: preparing a coating liquid containing the metal nanowire and the binder resin, and coating the coating liquid on one main face of a transparent substrate, the coating step being performed by a bar-coater with a bar which has a bar surface constituted by a material having a friction coefficient of 0.05 to 0.45, wherein when the coating liquid is coated on one main face of the transparent substrate by the bar, a relative moving velocity (coating velocity) V (mm/sec) of the transparent substrate relative to the bar satisfies 2000&#x2265;V&#x2265;350, a groove formed on the bar has a pitch (P) and a depth (H) which satisfy a ratio P/H of 9 to 30, and on the bar surface, the groove is formed to be inclined in a way so that an angle between the longitudinal direction of the bar and a direction that the groove is formed is in a range of 60&#xb0; to 88&#xb0;.

A method for producing metal nanowire of small diameter and long length. In the method for producing a metal nanowire, a first solution containing an ionic derivative and a polyol as a solvent are kept at 80-200&#xb0; C., and a second solution containing a metal salt and a polyol as a solvent is supplied into the first solution so that the ratio between the number of moles of metal atoms in the metal salt supplied in one minute and the total number of moles of halogen atoms in the ionic derivative in the first solution (the number of moles of metal atoms in the metal salt supplied in one minute/the total number of moles of halogen atoms in the ionic derivative) is less than 10. It is preferable that the ionic derivative is a quaternary ammonium halide and the metal salt is silver nitrate.

To provide: a transparent conductive substrate containing silver nanowires and having excellent optical characteristics, electrical characteristics and light resistance; and a method for producing the same. A transparent conductive substrate characterized by comprising: a substrate; a transparent conductive film formed on at least one principal surface of the substrate, and containing a binder resin and conductive fibers; and a protective film formed on the transparent conductive film, wherein the thermal decomposition starting temperature of the binder resin is 210&#xb0; C. or higher, and the protective film is a thermal-cured film obtained using a thermosetting resin.

Transparent conductive substrate and method for producing same

A composition for a protective film for electroconductive patterns, including: (A) a polyurethane containing a carboxyl group; (B) an epoxy compound; (C) a curing accelerator; and (D) a solvent, wherein the percentage of the solvent (D) contained is from 95.0% to 99.9% by mass, and the solvent (D) contains (D1) a solvent containing a hydroxyl group and having a boiling point in excess of 100&#xb0; C., and (D2) a solvent having a boiling point that does not exceed 100&#xb0; C., wherein the content of the solvent (D2) having a boiling point that does not exceed 100&#xb0; C. is 30% to less than 70% by mass of total solvent in total. The composition can be cured by heating at a temperature not exceeding 100&#xb0; C. for a heating time not exceeding 10 minutes.

Composition for forming protective film for electroconductive pattern, protective film for electroconductive pattern, method for producing protective film, and method for producing transparent electroconductive film

Methods for producing a transparent conductive film and transparent conductive pattern having superior in-plane uniformity of resistance, by a printing method of slit coating or roll coating of metal nanowire ink. The methods include applying a metal nanowire ink containing metal nanowires, a binder resin containing more than 50 mol % monomer units derived from N-vinylacetamide, and a solvent, to at least one surface of a transparent resin film and drying to form a transparent conductive layer, the application of the metal nanowire ink to the transparent resin film being application by slit coating or roll coating performed using a transparent resin film and metal nanowire ink with which the advancing angle (&#x3b8;a) of the dynamic contact angle of the metal nanowire ink relative to the transparent resin film satisfies 10.0&#xb0;&#x3c;&#x3b8;a&#x2264;25.0&#xb0;, and the difference (&#x3b8;a&#x2212;&#x3b8;r) between the advancing angle (&#x3b8;a) and the receding angle (&#x3b8;r) is 10.0&#xb0; or higher.

Curable composition and uses thereof

There is provided a method of molding which is capable of more highly precisely molding a molded article to be molded such as a lens than conventional technologies. A molded article such as a lens array and a mold for nanoimprinting is molded by repeating multiple times a transfer step including: a transformation step of bringing a light curable composition containing a compound having a polymerizable functional group and a polymerization initiator into contact with a transfer memberon which a transfer shape portion shaped equally to or reversely to an aspherical lens portionis formed to transform the light curable composition to the transfer shape of the transfer member; a curing step of irradiating at least a transformed portion of the transformed light curable composition with light by a light irradiation unitto cure the light curable composition; and a separation step of separating the cured light curable composition and the transfer member.
