It is an objective of the invention to provide a Ni-based superalloy cast article exhibiting the corrosion resistance compatible or superior to the conventional ordinary precision cast articles and reducing the cost than the conventional ones while maintaining the mechanical properties compatible to the conventional ones. There is provided a Ni-based superalloy cast article including: 12.1 to 16 mass % of Cr; 4 to 16 mass % of Co; 3 to 5 mass % of Al; 2.1 to 3.3 mass % of Ti; 3.5 to 9 mass % of W; 1 to 2.4 mass % of Mo; 1.2 mass % or less of Nb; 0.005 to 0.05 mass % of B; 0.03 to 0.2 mass % of C; more than 0 mass % and 0.005 mass % or less of O; and the balance being Ni and impurities.

There is provided a regenerated member of a nickel-based alloy member for use in a turbine. The nickel-based alloy member is in a used condition. The regenerated member is a nickel-based alloy cast article including a &#x3b3; phase as a matrix and a &#x3b3;' phase precipitating in the &#x3b3; phase in a volume fraction of equal to or more than 30 vol % in an operational environment of the turbine. In a microstructure of the regenerated member, no recrystallized grains of the &#x3b3; phase are present. And, when a GROD value of crystal grains of the &#x3b3; phase of the used part undergone the solution/non-recrystallization heat treatment step is measured by electron back scattering diffraction analysis, the GROD value is equal to or more than 0.4&#xb0; and equal to or less than 0.6&#xb0;.

The present application provides a synthetic spilanthol flavor composition that includes (2E,6Z,8E)-N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide. The synthetic spilanthol composition can also contain, and at least one of (2E,6E,8E)-N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide and (2E,6Z,8Z)&#x2014;N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide, the (N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide being present in amounts effective to impart a salivating or tingle effect while reducing the perception of off notes, as compared to the off-notes perceived upon consumption of natural spilanthol (e.g. spilanthol obtained from jambu oleoresin). Methods of increasing salivation and/or providing a tingling sensation upon consuming an orally consumable product that include adding to the product a synthetic spilanthol flavor composition are also provided. Synthetic spilanthol flavor compositions can be added to orally consumed products, such as, but not limited to, foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or therapeutic compositions, oral personal care products, gums (e.g. chewing gum or bubble gum), candy or lozenges.

Provided is an amide ester that is useful as an intermediate manufacturing product for an aroma compound such as spilanthol or the like. Also provided is a spilanthol manufacturing method using said amide ester. High-purity spilanthol can be manufactured by reacting an amide ester represented by general formula (1) with a basic compound. (In the formula, Rrepresents a C1-6 alkyl group or a phenyl group that may be substituted with a Calkyl group, a Calkoxy group, or a halogen atom; Rrepresents a Chydrocarbon group; and the wavy lines represent cis configurations, trans configurations, or a mixture of the two configurations.)

Method for manufacturing spilanthol and intermediate manufacturing product therefor

A laminate of the present invention comprises a plating-target material including a layer-A, that is subjected to electroless copper plating and has a surface roughness such that an arithmetic mean roughness Ra measured at a cutoff value of 0.002 mm is less than 0.5 &#x3bc;m. The 90&#xb0; anti-peeling adhesive force of the layer-A is 1.0 N/25 mm or less. Furthermore, the layer-A includes a polyimide resin having a siloxane structure formed by polymerizing a diamine component having a structure represented by Formula (6) in a content of 5 to 95 mol % based on the entire diamine component. A sheet containing the layer-A has an elongation modulus of 1.8 GPa or less. The plating-target material of the present invention has a high adhesiveness to an electroless plating film formed on its surface, even if the surface is not so rough, and it is possible to favorably form electroless plating on the entire surface. Accordingly, the plating-target material and laminate of the present invention is suitably applicable to manufacturing of a printed-wiring board and the like.

The present application provides a synthetic spilanthol flavor composition that includes (2E,6Z,8E)-N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide. The synthetic spilanthol composition can also contain, and at least one of (2E,6E,8E)-N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide and (2E,6Z,8Z)-N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide, the (N-(2-methylpropyl)-2,6,8-decatrienamide being present in amounts effective to impart a salivating or tingle effect while reducing the perception of off notes, as compared to the off-notes perceived upon consumption of natural spilanthol (e.g. spilanthol obtained from jambu oleoresin). The present invention relates to thermosetting resin compositions which are suitably used for manufacturing circuit boards, such as flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs) and build-up circuit boards, and to multilayer bodies and circuit boards manufactured using such thermosetting resin compositions. A thermosetting resin composition contains a polyimide resin component (A), a phenol resin component (B), and an epoxy resin component (C). The mixing ratio by weight (A)/[(B)+(C)] is in a range of 0.4 to 2.0, the mixing ratio by weight being the ratio of the weight of the component (A) to the total weight of the component (B) and the component (C). By using such a thermosetting resin composition, it is possible to manufacture multilayer bodies and circuit boards which are excellent in dielectric characteristics, adhesiveness, processability, heat resistance, flowability, etc. A thermosetting resin composition contains a polyimide resin (A), a phosphazene compound (D), and a cyanate ester compound (E). The phosphazene compound (D) includes a phenolic hydroxyl group-containing phenoxyphosphazene compound (D-1) and/or a crosslinked phenoxyphosphazene compound (D-2) prepared by crosslinking the phenoxyphosphazene compound (D-1), the crosslinked phenoxyphosphazene compound (D-2) having at least one phenolic hydroxyl group. By using such a thermosetting resin composition, it is possible to manufacture multilayer bodies and circuit boards which are excellent in dielectric characteristics, processability, heat resistance, and flame retardance.

The present invention provides a laminate having a two-layer or three-layer structure including a non-thermoplastic polyimide film and a thermoplastic polyimide layer provided on one or both of the surfaces thereof, the surface of the thermoplastic polyimide layer being surface-treated; a laminate including a polymer film and a layer provided on one or both of the surfaces thereof, the layer including a polyimide resin composition comprising a polyimide resin with a specified structure and a thermosetting component; and a resin film and a laminate including the same which provided one, at least, of surface having a Ra1 value of arithmetic mean roughness of 0.05 &#x3bc;m to 1 &#x3bc;m measured with a cutoff value of 0.002 mm, and a Ra1/Ra2 ratio of 0.4 to 1, Ra2 being a value measured with a cutoff value of 0.1 mm. These laminates can provide a printed circuit board with excellent adhesiveness, on which a micro-wiring circuit can be formed.
