The present invention provides a vulcanized rubber material having improved heat resistance while maintaining ozone resistance of an epihalohydrin rubber, and a rubber composition for vulcanization for producing the same. The invention further provides a vulcanized rubber material and a rubber composition for vulcanization, that can achieve the above objects without using an organonickel compound having a concern about toxicity, or if used, using the same as less as possible. The present invention relates to a rubber composition for vulcanization comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of an epihalohydrin rubber, (b) 0.01 to 0.5 part by weight of a copper salt of dithiocarbamic acid, (c) an acid acceptor, and (d) a polythiol type vulcanizing agent or a polyol type vulcanizing agent, a vulcanized rubber material obtained by vulcanizing the composition, and an automotive rubber part comprising the vulcanized rubber material.

Rubber composition for vulcanization

Disclosed is a vulcanized rubber laminate in which both an unvulcanized epichlorohydrin-based rubber composition layer containing a specific polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound and a specific vulcanizing agent and an unvulcanized fluororubber composition layer containing a specific vulcanizing agent are heated and bonded, whereby, both rubber layers are firmly bonded. A vulcanized rubber laminate in which (A) an unvulcanized epichlorohydrin-based rubber composition layer and (B) an unvulcanized fluororubber composition layer are heated and bonded, wherein the unvulcanized epichlorohydrin-based rubber composition (A) contains: (1) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound having two or more (meth) acryloyl groups in the molecule, and (2) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a triazine-based vulcanizing agent, a thiourea-based vulcanizing agent, a quinoxaline-based vulcanizing agent and a bisphenol-based vulcanizing agent, and the unvulcanized fluororubber composition (B) contains an organic peroxide-based vulcanizing agent.

Vulcanized rubber laminate

The invention provides a vulcanized rubber laminate obtained by firmly bonding an unvulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber layer and an organic peroxide-containing fluororubber layer. The laminate is obtained by thermal adhesion a layer of an unvulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber composition to a layer of an unvulcanized fluororubber composition. The epichlorohydrin rubber composition comprises 1) an unvulcanized epichlorohydrin rubber containing 3 to 15 mol % of allyl glycidyl ether unit, 2) quinoxaline-based vulcanizing agents, mercaptotriazine-based vulcanizing agents or bisphenol-based vulcanizing agents, and 3) 1,8-diazabicyclo(5,4,0)undecene-7 salts, 1,5-diazabicyclo(4,3,0)nonene-5 salts, quaternary ammonium salts, quaternary phosphonium salts, basic white carbons or an alkaline metal salt of higher fatty acid the fluororubber composition comprises an fluororubber and an organic peroxide-based vulcanizing agent.

A composition for epihalohydrin vulcanized rubber excellent in heat resistance while keeping good vulcanization rate and store stability, comprising (a) an epihalohydrin robber, (b) a metal soap, (c) an acid acceptor, and (d) a vulcanizing agent, the composition further preferably containing (e) a fatty acid for suppressing vulcanization, or preferably containing (f) an alcohol for accelerating vulcanization.

A polymer solid electrolyte which is superior to a conventional solid electrolyte in ion conductivity and also superior in processing characteristics, molding characteristics, mechanical strength and flexibility. The polymer solid electrolyte produced by formulating a soluble electrolyte salt compound to a polyether copolymer having an oligooxyethylene side chain and an electrolyte salt compound which is soluble in the polyether copolymer, the polyether polymer being a solid random copolymer having a main chain structure consisting of 5 to 30 molar % of a structural unit of the following formula (1) and 95 to 70 molar % of a structural unit of the following formula (2), and the polyether polymer having a polymerization degree n of an oxyethylene unit of the side chain part of the formula (1) of 1 to 12, a number-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 2,000,000, a glass transition point measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) of not more than -60.degree. C. and a melting calorie of not more than 70 J/g. ##STR1##
