An ophthalmologic apparatus is provided, which is capable of more securely supporting left and right cheekbone portions of a subject in accordance with the size and shape of the subject's face allowing the subject to respond orally where the positions of the subject's eyes are fixed. The ophthalmologic apparatus includes a forehead contact portion coming into contact with the forehead of the subject, and a cheek contact portion coming into contact with the cheeks of the subject. The cheek contact portion includes a first cheek-contact body that supports one of the cheeks of the subject, a second cheek-contact body that supports the other one of the cheeks of the subject, and an opening/closing mechanism portion that opens and closes in a horizontal direction the first cheek-contact body and the second cheek-contact body in a direction of coming close to each other and a direction of separating from each other.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises eye information obtaining portions, each of the eye information obtaining portions corresponding to each of subject eyes of a subject and configured to obtain information on each of the subject eyes; imaging portions, each of the imaging portions corresponding to each of the eye information obtaining portions and configured to capture a subject eye image of each of the subject eyes; a reference calculator configured to obtain a three-dimensional reference position in each of the subject eye images captured by each of the imaging portions; an inclination calculator configured to obtain inclination information indicating inclination of relative positions of the subject eyes from the obtained three-dimensional reference positions in the subject eye images; and a notification portion configured to notify the obtained inclination information.

An ophthalmic apparatus capable of selectively performing a first imaging mode in which imaging of a subject's eye is performed in a first state where an attachment unit is not attached, and a second imaging mode in which imaging of the subject's eye is performed in a second state where the attachment unit is attached. The ophthalmic apparatus includes: an operation unit; an attachment state determination unit to determine whether or not the attachment unit is attached; a correspondence determination unit to determine whether or not the correspondence between the imaging mode designated by a use of the operation unit and an attachment state of the attachment unit obtained by the attachment state determination unit is appropriate; and a controller to perform control for prohibiting imaging in at least the designated imaging mode when the correspondence determination unit has determined that the correspondence is not appropriate.

A cam faceof a camhas a shape depending on the distribution of the light amount in the cross-section of reference light LR. When the camis rotated by a stepping motor, an abutmentmoves following the displacement of the cam facewith the rotation of the cam. A light-blocking linkrotates about the axis of rotationwith the movement of the abutment. A shieldmoves in a first direction with the rotation of the light-blocking linkto change the shielding region of the reference light LR. A light-blocking platecan shield the reference light LR from a second direction different from a shielding direction (first direction) by an attenuator. The light-blocking plateis moved by a drive mechanismand changes the shielding region.
