A functional fabric is formed by bonding a polyester synthetic resin film mixed with carbon black fine particles to a fabric, in which the synthetic resin film is non-porous and has a thickness of 10 &#x3bc;m to 20 &#x3bc;m. The functional fabric is produced by producing a polyester synthetic resin film mixed with carbon black fine particles and bonding the synthetic resin film to a fabric, and the produced functional fabric is entirely or partially bonded to an inner wear or an intermediate clothes to produce clothing.

A method is provided for producing a fiber fabric by preparing a finishing agent treatment liquid having a mixture of first and second particles of titanium oxide having a particle diameter of 150 to 200 nm and 1 to 5 &#x3bc;m respectively, a silver zeolite and a binder resin, immersing a fiber fabric in the finishing agent, thermal drying the fiber fabric and subjecting the fiber fabric to heat treatment to allow the finishing agent to adhere to the fiber fabric.
