A steering handle device includes a housing to be mounted on a hull, a tube member and a steering shaft. The tube member is rotatable in a forward/backward direction around the tilt shaft relative to the housing. The steering shaft is inserted to the tube member. A steering arm is attached to the steering shaft. The steering arm includes an extending portion extending to an outer side of the housing. A joint member is provided on the extending portion. The joint member includes a connection portion to connect to the steering cable and a support portion to support the connection portion. When the steering shaft is in the neutral position in the rotation direction, the connection portion is located in a position corresponding to the tilt shaft as viewing the housing from the lateral direction.

The system accepts an operation to be carried out to virtually install installation objects on a water surface, acquires positional information about each point, and creates course data of a course passing through areas to be determined on the basis of installation positions of the installation objects in the order of installation. The system installs installation objects as buoys, creates a guide image to be used to indicate a buoy to be passed next and a direction from the buoy to be passed next to a buoy to be passed further next by using the course data while intending the guide image for a user of a boat configured to travel along the course on the water surface, and displays the created guide image on a display unit arranged on a hull of the boat.

A steering handle apparatus for a watercraft provided with a steering shaft comprises a housing attached to the body of the watercraft, a tube member supported on the housing so as to be able to tilt back and forth around a pivot portion and including a gear portion and a guide hole through which the steering shaft is passed, a locking member including a fitting portion movable between a locking position for engagement with the gear portion and an unlocking position for disengagement from the gear portion, and an operating member including a retaining portion for moving the locking member. The operating member is operable between an up position in which the locking member is moved to the unlocking position and a down position in which the locking member is moved to the locking position.
