Provided is an imaging device that prevents glare resulting from light that leaks out from a subject display area of a display section in an OVF mode. A finder device can be switched between the OVF mode and an EVF mode. A subject display area and an information display area are set in an EVFLCD. In the OVF mode, nothing is displayed in the subject display area of the EVFLCD, and an information image is displayed in the information display area. An EVF shutter is set such that the light transmittance of a first area, which corresponds to the subject display area, becomes a low transmittance and the light transmittance of a second area, which corresponds to the information display area, becomes a high transmittance. The first area, which is set at low transmittance, blocks light that leaks from the subject display area.

Imaging device and control method therefor

Semiconductor test program debug device

Maximum and minimum aperture sizes are regulated with regard to a diaphragm in order to secure predetermined optical capability in an optical unit which includes a taking lens and the diaphragm. In normal taking, the diaphragm is used within a normal taking range from the maximum to the minimum aperture sizes. In the present invention, an aperture size which is larger than the maximum size and a size which is smaller than the minimum size (extra aperture size or extra small size) are respectively set at outside the range that secures the capability. The aperture sizes of the diaphragm at outside the specified range are used at least for one of the following: automatic exposure (AE) adjustment, auto focus (AF) adjustment, electronic zoom, displaying a moving image, taking for recording the moving image, and taking under a low resolution by thinning out pixels.

An optical path passing through an object-side lens group is bent at a right angle by an optical device so as to be a vertical optical path. A lens group on imaging surface side for forming an image on an imaging surface is disposed on the vertical optical path. The lens group on imaging surface side moves along the vertical optical path, and has a plurality of movable lens groups at least for zooming. The cam plate moves in a direction perpendicular to the vertical optical path within a plane perpendicular to an optical axis of the object-side lens group and not protruding toward an object side compared with the object-side lens group. A plurality of cam slots are formed on the cam plate. The cam slots are fit to a part of the plurality of movable lens groups. In accordance with the movement of the cam plate, the cam slots move the plurality of the movable lens groups such that zooming and focusing are performed.

Lens device and imaging device

A zener diode is formed in a spacer, which adhered on the semiconductor substrate so as to surround an image sensor, by semiconductor process. A first contact terminal is connected to a CCD output terminal of the image sensor, and a second contact terminal is connected to a ZD ground terminal on the semiconductor substrate. When the ZD ground terminal is connected to ground, the zener diode is actuated. Capacitance components of the zener diode smoothes a waveform of the CCD output so as to prevent an unnecessary radiation noise from generating.

Solid state imaging device

A solid state imaging device is constituted of an image sensor chip, a circuit board, and an electromagnetic-wave absorber formed of copper. The image sensor chip is constituted of a bare chip, a spacer, and a cover glass. First contact terminals are formed on the bare chip, and second contact terminals and GND wires are formed on the circuit board. When manufacturing, the image sensor chip is mounted at a predetermined position on the circuit board, and the first contact terminals and the second contact terminals are connected with bonding wires. The electromagnetic-wave absorber is formed to cover the bonding wires, while its end contacts to the GND wires.

There are disclosed a lens barrel variable in a barrel length between a storage state relatively short in a barrel length and an image taking state relatively long in a barrel length, a camera having such a lens barrel. When the lens barrel is in the storage state, an opening of a lens shutter is opened to enter lens groups into the opening.

Back ends of guide bars that guide lens frames holding lenses are fixed to a base, and front ends of the guide bars are inserted into front end supporters provided on a middle frame. All the ends of the guide bars are supported, and thus the guide bars can stably move the lens frames.

Lens device

In order to make it possible to see both a film accommodated in a film carrier and a film accommodated in a sheath, a carrier holder is rotatably provided in the upper portion of a viewer main body containing an imaging optical system, a CCD and a signal processing circuit, a carrier inlet is formed in the carrier holder, and head covers are mounted on the carrier holder so as to be capable of being opened and closed. The head covers are provided with a lighting lamp. Supporting arms are mounted on both sides of the viewer main body so as to be capable of being opened and closed.
