A plurality of rotational members which comprise an inner shell and an outer shell rotatable relative to each other and in which a soluble film is fixed to the inner periphery or the outer periphery of one of the shells, the shell with the soluble film fixed thereto is the shaping mold of a molding machine for molding the other shell, and a plurality of rotational members comprising an inner shell and an outer shell are molded through the soluble film, whereafter the soluble film is dissolved and removed.

Method of manufacturing a plurality of rotational members

A lens barrel includes a stationary tube secured to the inner side of a stationary lens barrel member with a given space kept between them, and a motor disposed within the space. A helicoidal surface is arranged along the inner circumference of the stationary tube to be in screwed engagement with the helicoidal surface of a lens-carrying frame arranged to carry lenses which are shiftable in the direction of their optic axis, and a connecting member extends to the inner circumference of the stationary tube to cause the rotation of a rotary tube which has a toothed part engaging the output gear of the motor to be transmitted to the lens-carrying frame.

A built-in motorized lens mounting includes a fixed tube, a zoom actuating ring axially movably supported relative to the fixed tube, a focusing lens holder movably supported at least in the axial direction relative to the zoom actuating ring, an electric motor fixedly secured to the zoom actuating ring, and a driving power transmitting system using the rotation of the motor as a drive source to move the lens holder axially relative to the zoom actuating ring.

Adjustment apparatus for a lens barrel comprises a built-in driving motor; an output gear which is arranged with have its rotation shaft parallel to the optical axis of the lens barrel and to transmit the rotation of the driving motor; a lens driving device which has a transmission gear engaging the output gear and is arranged to shift the lens of the lens barrel in the optical axis direction by using the rotation of the driving motor as a drive source; and an adjustment cam ring which has a tapered cam part and is rotatable around the optical axis. The tapered cam part abuts on the rotation shaft of the output gear. Back-lash adjustment between the output gear and the transmission gear can be accomplished by moving the position of the output gear by rotating the cam ring around the optical axis.

Adjustment apparatus for a lens barrel with built-in motor

A lens barrel having a fixed outer tube, a distance scale window formed in the outer peripheral surface of the fixed outer tube, a focusing ring which is disposed inside of the fixed outer tube and which is capable of moving in the direction of the optical axis and rotatable about the same, a focusing mechanism for moving the focusing ring in the axial and peripheral directions, a distance scale ring facing the inner periphery of the distance scale window and supported such as to be only rotatable about the optical axis, the distance scale ring having distance scale marks formed on its outer peripheral surface, and an interconnecting mechanism for interconnecting the focusing ring with the distance scale ring. The interconnecting mechanism turns the distance scale ring in response to the turning movement of the focusing ring about the optical axis. Simultaneously, the focusing ring moves in the direction of the optical axis without axially moving the distance scale ring.

A holding member for holding an optical member is made of plastic material, and provided with at least two fit portions on the inner diameter surface thereof in such a way as to project toward the optical axis and also to determine the holding position of the optical member. The holding member further includes a resilient portion at a position of almost equal distance to both fit portions to hold the optical member by pressing it against the fit portions.

A lens barrel includes a hollow rotary ring rotatable about the optic axis which is disposed within the hollow of a hollow fixed cylinder with a bearing interposed therebetween, a moving cylinder movable in response to rotation of the rotary ring which is disposed within the hollow of the rotary ring, a vibration wave motor which is disposed between the diametrical directions of the fixed cylinder and the rotary ring, and a rotor which is substantially secured to the rotary ring.

A lens mounting having an actuator drivingly connected to a movable sleeve in which is fitted a stop member for controlling harmful rays of light, whereby a cam for controlling the axial movement of the stop member is provided in each of the movable sleeve and a fixed sleeve in which the movable sleeve is fitted.

A lens moving device having an axially movable or rotatable sleeve fitted in a fixed sleeve, helix-like camming slot and groove formed respectively through the wall of the movable sleeve and in the inner surface of the fixed sleeve, and a guide pin radially extending from a lens cell into a cross point of the slot and groove, whereby the side edges of each of the helix-like camming slot and groove are made tapered surfaces, and the guide pin in the form of a singlet member or a plurality of concentric members is shaped to a truncated cone in contacting portions with the tapered surfaces of the slot and groove.

The adjustment of inclination or tilt of a lens cell containing a focusing lens or a lens for zooming with respect to an optical axis is carried out by a cam provided between the cell and a movable sleeve in which the cell is fitted.

A lens moving device having a longitudinally elongated guide slot in a sleeve axially movable along with an actuator, and a protuberant lug formed in a body tube and extending into the guide slot, with an engagement member fitted in both a penetration hole provided in the body tube and the guide slot to thereby assure operative connection between the protuberant lug and the slot over the entire range of axial movement of the movable sleeve.

A lens mounting mechanism including a fixed tube, a lens holder, a movable sleeve in which the holder is fitted and responsive to operation of an actuator for axially moving the holder, an intermediate sleeve having a guide slot for controlling the movement of the holder in cooperation with the movable sleeve and an adjusting sleeve, the intermediate and adjusting sleeves lying between the fixed tube and the movable sleeve. The adjusting sleeve is rotatable relative to the fixed tube but is restrained from axial movement. By rotating the adjusting sleeve, the axial position of the intermediate sleeve can be finely adjusted.

Lens mounting mechanism

A zoom lens mounting capable of focusing beyond the usual range of object distances towards close ups in a particular region of the zooming range has a control member which changes its position depending upon the relative position of a focusing actuator to a zoom control cam member or vice versa, wherein the aforesaid focusing actuator and the aforesaid cam member are each provided with an area subject to constraint with the aforesaid control member and an area not subject to the constraint.

A mechanical mounting for a zoom lens in which a range of angles of rotation of a focusing actuator and a range of angles of zoom actuator are limited by a common stopper member.
