A shutter piece has a first side surface which seals a peripheral portion of an outer skin material above an inner material, a second side surface which is located below the first side surface and contacts the outer skin material earlier than the first side surface so as to centrally gather the outer skin material toward a location above a center of the inner material, and a third side surface which is located below the first side surface and defines a portion of a pyramid-like space above the inner material when the peripheral portion of the outer skin material is sealed by the first side surface.

To provide a shutter piece in a food shaping device that is capable of opening and closing an enclosure surrounded by a plurality of shutter pieces, the shutter piece including a flexure allowance part between a rotation center position of a shutter piece and a distal end part of the shutter piece to allow flexure of a distal-end side portion of the shutter piece in the opposite direction from a closing opening direction during a closing operation of the shutter piece, in which the flexure allowance part is constituted by a slit, a cutaway part, or a hole, and the flexure allowance part includes a flexure-amount adjustment mechanism to adjust the amount of flexure of the distal-end side portion of the shutter piece.

Method of producing optical element forming mold and optical element forming mold

An extruding apparatus for food materials having a filling material and a wrapping material extrudes and envelops the filling material with the wrapping material. An internal cylinder supplies the filling material while a concentrically arranged external cylinder creates an annular space for extruding and enveloping the material supplied. The wrapping material is fluidized by a fluidizer accommodated in the annular space. A driving mechanism is sealed from the fluidizer and drives the fluidizer in the annular space. The driving mechanism is driven by a transmission mechanism. A storage space section near the seals prevents wrapping material from penetrating the driving mechanism.

Apparatus for producing food products in two layers

An electrochromic device and a method for manufacturing the same, which device at least comprises a pair of opposed transparent substrates provided with a pair of opposed transparent electrodes therebetween; and an oxidative coloring electrochromic layer, a layer comprising an oxidative coloring electrochromic material and a metal oxide, a transparent ion conductive layer, and a reductive coloring electrochromic layer provided between the pair of transparent electrodes. Thereby, an electrochromic device can be provided, which device exhibits high optical transmittance during discoloring and shows excellent response speed and repeated-durability when being driven at high contrast ratio.

An electrochromic device and a method for manufacturing same, which device has at least a pair of opposed transparent electroconductive layers, a first transparent ion conductive layer provided between the pair of opposed electroconductive layers, a second transparent ion conductive layer adjacent to the first ion conductive layer, a reductive coloring electrochromic layer adjacent to the second ion conductive layer, wherein the first transparent ion conductive layer is formed in an atmosphere containing water vapor and the second transparent ion conductive layer is formed in an atmosphere containing oxygen. Thereby an electrochromic device can be provided, which device exhibits excellent durability when being driven at a high contrast ratio and high resistance to such environments as high temperature and humidity.

Electrochromic device and method for manufacturing the same

There is provided an electrochromic device comprising a pair of transparent substrates facing each other, a pair of transparent electrodes facing each other between the pair of transparent substrates, and an electrochromic layer and a transparent ion conductive layer sandwiched by the pair of transparent electrodes, wherein at least the electrochromic layer and the transparent ion conductive layer are coated with a resin in a state that carrier precursor in the electrochromic layer and in the transparent ion conductive layer is ionized. As a result, film breakage of the electrochromic device and peeling off of the sealing resin and the sealing substrate are prevented, thus improving the durability of the electrochromic device.

A two-wavelength antireflection film includes a substrate and an alternate film. The alternate film consists of alternately laminated layers of a low refractive index material and an intermediate refractive index material, in order from a light entrance side to the surface of the substrate. The low refractive index material is at least a member selected from the group consisting of MgF.sub.2, SiO.sub.2, BaF.sub.2, LiF, SrF.sub.2, AlF.sub.3, NaF, a mixture thereof and a compound thereof. The intermediate refractive index material is at least a member selected from the group consisting of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, LaF.sub.3, NdF.sub.3, YF.sub.3, a mixture thereof and a compound thereof.

A process for producing a magnetic recording medium includes coating a nonmagnetic substrate with a magnetic paint and applying a rotating magnetic field for orientation to the raw fabric with magnetic paint in a yet unsolidified state on the substrate, in which a magnetic field is applied to the above raw fabric so that the magnetic lines of force may pass from the back face to the front surface or from the front surface to the back surface of the raw fabric before application of the rotating magnetic field for orientation, thereby effecting preliminary orientation.

A process for preparing a magnetic recording medium by coating a magnetic coating material on a non-magnetic support and then drying the above magnetic coating material, which comprises imparting a magnetic field to said magnetic coating material with a magnet which rotates with the rotational surface at an angle of 5.degree. to 30.degree. relative to the surface of said support prior to drying of said magnetic coating material on said support.

Process for preparing magnetic recording

A disk-form magnetic recording medium having a minimized change in output on an output envelope is produced by a process which comprises coating a nonmagnetic substrate with a magnetic paint and applying a magnetic field for orientation to the magnetic paint in a yet unsolidified state on the substrate moved in a direction. The magnetic field for orientation is made stronger in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the coated substrate than in the moving direction. The directional change in magnetic field for orientation is provided, e.g., by a plurality of magnetic poles having different magnetic powers or disposed with increasing angular spacing in a direction leaving the moving direction of the substrate, or by an electromagnet supplied with a positionally varying current.

The disclosed erasing apparatus is capable of erasing a signal recorded on a magnetic recording medium from individual recording tracks one by one over an erasing width wider than the width of each recording track. A magnetic head receives an erasing signal from a generating circuit that generates an erasing signal including a sustained oscillation of low frequency outside of the frequency band of a recorded or reproduced signal and a subsequent attenuating oscillation of a frequency higher than the frequency of the sustained oscillation.

A large relative aperture objective lens having three lens groups of positive power with said three lens groups being all moved forward to effect focusing from an infinitely distant object to close objects. The three lens groups, being named from front to rear, 1st, 2nd and 3rd lens groups successively, have the amounts of forward movement of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lens groups made progressively smaller. Accordingly, good stability of aberration correction throughout the extended focusing range is achieved.
