A battery unit includes a battery module having electrode sheets stacked along a first direction, and a cooling plate superposed on a surface of the battery module. Each electrode sheet has a coated portion having a surface on which an active substance exists, and an uncoated portion that is located adjacent to the coated portion, and has both surfaces on which the active substance does not exist. The cooling plate has a main plate opposed to the coated portion, and a sensor holder attached to an outer edge of the main plate. A boundary between the coated portion and uncoated portion of the electrode sheet and a boundary between the main plate and the sensor holder on an abutting surface of the cooling plate do not overlap with each other, when viewed along the first direction, in a section in which the boundaries extend in parallel with each other.

Battery unit

A battery pack structure includes a chamber, a cooling duct arranged outside the pack case, and a connector that communicates the chamber and the cooling duct with each other. The connector includes a first opening, which is connected with the chamber in a state of being sealed by a first sealing member, a second opening, which is connected with a cooling duct in a state of being sealed by a second sealing member, a first sealing surface, which is formed in a peripheral part of the first opening and is either a tube-shaped surface or a plane that faces a chamber inlet surface though the first sealing member, and a second sealing surface, which is formed in a peripheral part of the second opening and is a tube-shaped surface or a plane that faces a duct outlet surface through the second sealing member.

An electricity storage device includes: a first battery stack () including a plurality of cells that are aligned in a first direction; a second battery stack (to) including a plurality of cells that are aligned in a second direction different from the first direction, the second battery stack being placed under the first battery stack; and a duct for coolant. The duct is disposed along the first battery stack and is positioned between the first battery stack and the second battery stack.

Electricity storage device and vehicle

An electricity storage device includes a first battery stack (), a second battery stack (to), and a case () that accommodates the first battery stack and the second battery stack. Each of the first battery stack and the second battery stack includes a plurality of cells () that are aligned and the second battery stack is placed under the first battery stack. The supporting member () that supports the first battery stack is placed between the first battery stack and the second battery stack and is fixed to the case.

A vehicle includes a floor panel and an electric storage apparatus fixed to a lower face of the floor panel and outputting an energy for use in running of the vehicle. The electric storage apparatus includes a first electric storage stack including a plurality of electric storage elements, an electronic device used to control charge and discharge of the electric storage apparatus and located below the first electric storage stack in the vehicle, and a case accommodating the first electric storage stack and the electronic device and fixed to the lower face of the floor panel.

A vehicle seat may include a seat cushion movably supported on a vehicle floor bracket, a seat back rotatably supported forwardly and rearwardly on the vehicle floor bracket via a seat reclining mechanism, a connecting mechanism interconnecting the seat cushion and seat back, and a supporting mechanism supporting the seat cushion on a vehicle floor. The connecting mechanism is fixedly connected to the seat cushion and is rotatably connected to the seat back. The connecting mechanism is arranged and constructed such that when the seat back is rotated forwardly, the seat cushion can be moved forwardly and downwardly and that when the seat back is rotated rearwardly from its normal position, the seat cushion can be maintained in place and not be moved.
