There is provided a fastener which can be brought into firm engagement with a mounting hole without being affected by a change in thickness of a member in which the mounting hole is provided or a larger or smaller inside diameter of the mounting hole. This fastenerincludes a pin, a metal plate spring memberand a grommet. The plate spring memberhas a base portionand a pair of elastic engagement pieceswhich are opened in their free state and which are closed when pressed against their elastic restoring force. The elastic engagement pieceshave engagement shoulder portionswhich are brought into engagement with the mounting hole, and distal ends thereof are folded to constitute folded portions. The folded portionsare offset widthwise from each other, and engagement projecting piecesare formed on inner sides thereof. Abutment piecesare formed on the folded portionsin positions lying closer to the base portionwith which a distal end portionof the pinis brought into abutment to impart a driving force thereto. Abutment portionsare formed on the abutment pieceswhich convert the driving force applied along an inserting direction of the pininto a driving force applied widthwise outwards of the abutment pieces

Fastener

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a clip including: a flange to be abutting a panel having an attaching hole; and a leg portion to be inserted into the attaching hole. The leg portion includes: an engaging part; and a guide part connected thereto. The guide part include: a distal-end tapered part formed to be gradually reduced in an outer diameter toward an inserting direction of the leg portion; a base-end reversely tapered part formed to be gradually reduced in an outer diameter toward the opposite direction; and a diameter enlarged part formed therebetween to have an outer diameter largest among the guide part. The largest outer diameter of the diameter enlarged part is larger than that of a distal end part of the engaging part.

Clip

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a clip including: a flange and a leg. The leg includes: a pillar portion that vertically extends from the flange; a tip portion provided at a distal end in an axial direction; a rib that outwardly extends from the pillar portion to be connected to the flange and the tip portion; and an elastic engagement piece that extends from a distal end of the rib in a circumferential direction. The elastic engagement piece includes: a rigid portion that is connected to the rib and that is connected to the flange and the tip portion; and a deformable portion that is extended from the rigid portion and that is disconnected from the flange and the tip portion.

There is provided a fastener which can be fixed in a mounting hole in an ensured fashion and which can be removed from the mounting hole in an easy and ensured fashion. This fastenerincludes a main bodywhich is fixed in a mounting hole and a pin member for releasing the engagement of the main bodywith the mounting hole. The main bodyhas a base portionand a leg portion, a pair of elastic engagement piecesare provided on the leg portion, and distal end portionsof the elastic engagement piecesare extended towards an insertion openingin the pin member. A fastening device for fixing a member to be fixed to a fixing member through a screw, the fastening device includes: a top plate portion; and a pair of leg piece portions respectively suspended from the two side edges of the top plate portion, wherein the top plate portion includes two pairs of first elastic securing pieces disposed opposed to each other for defining a first screw hole formed in the screw, and two pairs of regulating pieces respectively interposed between the first elastic securing pieces for defining a first guide hole having a diameter larger than the first screw hole.

Fastening device

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fastener including: a fastener body including: a cylindrical portion having an insertion hole formed therethrough; and a locking portion protruding outward from the cylindrical portion; and an unlocking member inserted into the insertion hole, wherein the locking portion is inserted into an attachment hole of an attachment object from a front side thereof, and exposed from a rear side of the attachment hole, wherein the locking portion has an elastic claw locked to an edge of the attachment hole at the rear side, wherein the elastic claw is elastically reducible in diameter, wherein the unlocking member is movable in a position rearward of the elastic claw, and wherein the locking portion is reduced in diameter when the unlocking member is pushed.

A clipping device including a pin and a grommet, the pin including an engaging groove, an enlarging groove, the grommet including a flange part and a body part, the body part being divided into a plurality of divisional leg portions interposing slits, inwardly directed projections being formed on respective inner faces of the divisional leg portions, wherein the pin is provided with a stepped part on its upper end edge, and a swinging piece which is connected to a side face of the divisional leg portion so as to swing in a horizontal direction is provided in the slit of the grommet, the swinging piece being projected outwardly from the body part of the grommet while it is in a free state, and adapted to be pressed by inner peripheral faces of panel holes when inserted into the panel holes.

Clipping device

A clamp is provided having a synthetic clip and a metal plate spring. The clip includes a pair of side walls opposed each other at a certain distance, engaging shoulder portions each formed at an outer surface of each of the side walls and configured to be engaged with a peripheral edge of a mounting hole of a panel at the time of securing a mounting member to the panel. The spring is attached to one of the side walls of the clip. A press-fitting portion is formed at an inner surface of the other side wall and configured to be pressed against a boss portion of the mounting member. The spring includes a bite-into portion facing the press-fitting portion and configured to bite into the boss portion of the mounting member at the time of securing the mounting member to the panel.

Clamp

A clip has a head part adapted to be contacted with a peripheral edge of a fitting hole in a panel to be fitted, and a leg part adapted to be inserted into the fitting hole thereby to be engaged with the peripheral edge of the fitting hole. The leg part has a post suspended from a center of a lower face of the head part, at least three projections which are radially extended from the post in a diametrical direction and connected to the lower face of the head part at their upper ends, and engaging pieces which are extended from these projections in a circumferential direction to be respectively positioned between the projections. The engaging pieces are connected to the head part at their upper ends, and provided with slits between their circumferentially extended ends and the opposed projections.

A clip for fixing a mounting part with a boss portion provided on and suspended perpendicularly from the back surface thereof to a panel with a mounting hole formed therein, includes: a base body having a U-shaped section and including a pair of mutually opposed side walls; a pair of elastic arms respectively extended from the inner surfaces of their associated side walls of the base; a pair of securing shoulders respectively provided on and projected from the outer surfaces of their associated side walls of the base body; engaging pawl portions engageable with an engaging portion formed in the boss portion; recessed portions provided in one of the inner surfaces of the side walls of the base body and the outer surfaces of the elastic arms corresponding to the inner surfaces of the side walls, and projecting portions provided in the other.

A clamp is provided having a synthetic clip and a metal plate spring. The clip includes a pair of side walls opposed each other at a certain distance, engaging shoulder portions each formed at an outer surface of each of the side walls and configured to be engaged with a peripheral edge of a mounting hole of a panel at the time of securing a mounting member to the panel. The spring is attached to one of the side walls of the clip. A press-fitting craw portion is formed at an inner surface of the other side wall and configured to be pressed against a boss portion of the mounting member. The spring includes a pull-out preventing tongue facing the craw portion and configured to bite into the boss portion of the mounting member at the time of securing the mounting member to the panel.

A clip has a base A having a U shape composed of a pair of parallel sections, and a joining section having flexibility and interconnecting the lower parts thereof, elastic pieces respectively branching from the insides of the parallel sections in the opposed directions, and extending along the parallel sections and the joining section, claws respectively protruding inwardly on the elastic pieces, and step sections having upper surfaces respectively projecting outward from the outer sides of the parallel sections and being inclined obliquely downward.
