In an adsorption-type refrigerating apparatus, an adsorber includes therein an adsorbent having a temperature-dependent characteristic in which an amount adsorbed in an adsorption step is larger than an amount adsorbed in a desorption step, even when a vapor pressure rate in the adsorption step is equal to or lower than a vapor pressure rate in the desorption step. Therefore, even when the cooling temperature of outside air for cooling the adsorbent increases, a sufficient cooling capacity can be obtained. In addition, a difference between the amount adsorbed in the adsorption step and the amount adsorbed in the desorption step can be made larger.

Adsorption-type refrigerating apparatus

Heat is absorbed from a first heat emitter and a second heat emitter is cooled by an adsorption type refrigerator operating by that absorbed heat. When the amount of emission of heat of the first heat emitter exceeds a predetermined amount of heat, the heat absorbed in the heat medium by a first heat collector is discharged to the outside air by an outdoor unit without being supplied to the adsorbent of the refrigerator. On the other hand, when the amount of emission of heat of the first heat emitter falls below a predetermined amount, the heat medium which had been supplied to a first heat exchanger for heating the adsorbent is switched to return to the first heat collector without flowing to the outdoor unit.

A wiring system of indication instrument for vehicle includes a transverse member disposed inside the indicating instrument to extend in a transverse direction of the vehicle, a wire-integrated cluster disposed inside the indication instrument and an electric distributor box disposed at an end of the transverse member. There is provided an air guide duct for a vehicle, the air guide duct connected for communication with an air conditioner unit provided in a passengers' room in a vehicle, the air guide duct adapted to pass and guide temperature regulated air supplied from the air conditioner unit, the air guide duct comprising a first base body constituting one duct half, the first base body including a mounting part for allowing a wire element of an electrical component system to be contained along the air guide duct, and a second base body constituting the other duct half, the second base body covered over the first base body to define an air flowing space therebetween, the second base body including a cover piece which laterally extends from the duct, wherein the mounting part containing the wire element is so constructed as to be covered with the cover piece.

In a vehicle cockpit module assembly having at least an air conditioner disposed inside a dashboard, a protrusion piece for determining an arrangement position of an air-conditioning unit of the air conditioner within the dashboard is provided at the air-conditioning unit. A front load support portion for supporting a front side load of the air-conditioning unit is constructed by a drain pipe of the air-conditioning unit, and a rear load support portion for supporting a rear side load of the air-conditioning unit is constructed by rear foot ducts of the air-conditioning unit. Accordingly, in the cockpit module assembly, the air conditioner can be stably supported in the vehicle.

The present invention integrates a blower unit into a vehicle dashboard and of reducing blower-vibration transmittance to a steering unit. In a vehicle, at least a reinforcement member having a steering support portion and an air conditioner are disposed inside a dashboard, at least a portion of a blower unit of the air conditioner is fixed to a side bracket for fixing the reinforcement member to a vehicle body. Further, the blower unit is integrally mounted inside the dashboard via the reinforcemnt member. This manner can attain both of realizing the modulization that the blower unit is integrated into the vehicle dashboard and of reducing the vibration transmittance from the blower unit to the steering support portion via the reinforcement member.

An automotive air conditioner which conditions air making use of radiation of heat of a condenser and absorption of heat of an evaporator effectively. The evaporator 207 and the condenser 203 are disposed in a duct 100. A bypass passageway 150 is provided sidewardly of the condenser 203 in the duct 100, and a flow rate of air bypassing the condenser 203 is controlled by pivotal motion of an air mixing damper 154. Another bypass passage is provided sidewardly of the evaporator 207 in the duct 100, and a flow rate of air bypassing the evaporator 207 is controlled by pivotal motion of a bypass damper 159. Air is conditioned to an optimum blown out air temperature by varying the cooling rate at the evaporator 207 and the heating rate at the condenser 203 and is blown out to a room of an automobile from spit holes 141, 142 and 143. An outside heat exchanger is provided outside the duct 100, and a flow of refrigerant is changed over suitably among the outside heat exchanger 202, the evaporator 207 and the condenser 203 to perform cooling operation, heating operation, dehumidifying operation, dehumidifying heating operation and defrosting operation.

An automotive air conditioner which conditions air making use of radiation of heat of a condenser and absorption of heat of an evaporator effectively. The evaporator 207 and the condenser 203 are disposed in a duct 100. An condenser disposed in a duct has a heat exchanging section in which heat exchange is performed between refrigerant and draft air. The heat exchanging section is divided into an upper stream area portion, a middle stream area portion and a lower stream area portion, and a temperature sensitive tube of a subcooling control valve is held in contact with a refrigerant passageway which interconnects the middle and lower stream area portions. The subcooling control valve adjusts the opening of a throttle portion thereof so that the subcooling degree on the upstream of the lower stream area portion where the temperature sensitive tube contacts may be a predetermined value (2.degree. to 10.degree. C.).

A vehicle is provided with both an electric motor and an internal combustion engine for operating the vehicle. The vehicle is further provided with a duct for discharging air into a cabin of the vehicle for controlling the temperature of the air as discharged. A heater core is arranged in the duct for heating the air passing through the duct. A sensor 9 is provided for detection of the temperature of the cooling water of the engine. When the vehicle is operated by the electric motor, the heat taken from the engine cooling water is supplied to the heat exchanger for heating the air passing through the duct when the temperature of the engine cooling water is higher than a predetermined value.
