The retreaded tire includes cushion rubber for retread, a base tire, and precured tread rubber formed of at least one rubber layer, and is characterized by: the aforementioned cushion rubber for retreaded tires being formed from a rubber composition containing specific quantities of a highly reinforcing carbon black of at least HAF grade, and natural rubber and/or synthetic polyisoprene rubber; the 100% modulus (A) of the rubber layer (A) that comprises the aforementioned cushion rubber for retread being at least 3.0 MPa and less than 6.0 MPa; and the outermost layer (B) of the aforementioned base tire and the innermost layer (C) of the aforementioned precured tread rubber being formed from a rubber composition containing specific quantities of natural rubber and/or synthetic polyisoprene rubber.

Provided are a rubber composition suitable for cushion rubbers of retreaded tires in which tread rubbers of tires such as truck and bus tires (TBR) and aircraft tires are replaced for reuse, and a rubber composition which is suitable for adhesion carried out by interposing the rubber composition between vulcanized rubber members and covulcanizing them in a tire prepared by adhering separately vulcanized rubber members and which is excellent in a productivity. The rubber composition is characterized by comprising 0.3 to 2.5 parts by mass of aldehydeamines, 0.1 to 1.5 part by mass of at least one compound selected from a group consisting of tetra(2-ethylhexyl)thiuram disulfide, 1,6-bis(N,N'-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane and 1,6-bis{N,N&#x2032;-di(2-ethylhexyl)thiocarbamoyldithio}-hexane, and 0.1 to 2.5 parts by mass of a thiazole type vulcanization accelerator based on 100 parts by mass of a rubber component.

Rubber composition

The present invention concerns controlling a potential used to form an electrostatic image for image formation. According to the invention, an electrostatic latent image is formed on an image bearing member using, for example, a potential stored in a memory. The potential of the latent image is detected, and if the potential is not within a specified range, the potential is controlled (i.e., changed) to form another latent image with the changed potential. The latent image is then developed and the density of the developed image detected. In one embodiment, the amount of developer to be replenished is then controlled based upon the detected density and a target potential value, where the target potential value is determined and set based on the detected density and the potential used in the potential controlling step. In a related embodiment, when a result of the potential obtained after termination of a normal image formation process is out of a designated range, potential control is performed after termination of a next normal image formation process.

An electrostatic capacity-type pressure sensor includes a diaphragm support body, first and second lids, a fixed electrode, a coupling member, an electrode support member, and a movable electrode. The diaphragm support body is formed into a tube shape. The first and second lids have thin diaphragm portions and thick fixing portions formed integrally with peripheral edge portions of the diaphragm portions and are arranged to face each other by bringing the fixing portions in tight contact with the two end portions of the diaphragm support body. The first and second lids separate the interior of the diaphragm support body from the outside by closing the two end portions of the diaphragm support body.
