There is provided a high pressure sealing apparatus including: a top adapter including a packing receiving recess having an inverted V-shaped section; a bottom adapter including a packing supporting wall having an inverted V-shaped section; packing members each having an inverted V-shaped section, and interposed between the top adapter and the bottom adapter; and backup rings each having an inverted V-shaped section, and alternately overlapped with the packing members. The packing members are made of hard synthetic resin. A deformation allowing gap is formed on at least two facing walls of a top wall or a bottom wall of the packing member, and a bottom wall of the top adapter, a top wall and a bottom wall of the backup ring, or a top wall of the bottom adapter to be closed owing to compaction force in an axial direction X.

High pressure sealing apparatus

A high pressure homogenizer segmentalizes material made of minute solid or the like by passing suspension liquid including the material to a small diameter orifice at high speed under high pressure. An injection valve of the high pressure homogenizer includes: a fixed member having a material introducing passage therein; and a movable member disposed rotatably, swingably, or pulsatingly opposite to the fixed member in an axial direction of the fixed member. The orifice of the injection valve is made of a fine gap in a radial direction disposed between an end face of the fixed member facing an end of the material introducing passage and an end face of the movable member disposed at an end of the movable member opposed to the fixed member. The orifice communicates with a material processing passage via a ring-shaped collision wall.

Injection valve of high pressure homogenizer and injection valve unit of the same

The present invention is a high pressure homogenizing apparatus and a method for dividing a fine solid material or fibrous cellulose of chemical, medical, and resin products in suspension as a dispersion or emulsification, or dividing by crushing cell membranes of fungi with high efficiency. The apparatus is free from valve damages to simplify maintenance and control. The high pressure homogenizing apparatus to finely divide a raw material in suspension includes a high pressure homogenizing device having an orifice, a raw material receiving passage connected to the high pressure homogenizing device, a processing piston, and a processing recess disposed in a receiver. A front end of the processing piston is inserted into the processing recess with a pressure intensifier and a volume compression inside the processing recess pressurizes the suspension in the processing recess to lead the suspension into the raw material receiving passage for dividing the raw material.

High pressure homogenizing apparatus and method thereof

The present invention relates to a high pressure homogenizing apparatus and a method thereof for finely dividing a fine solid material or fibrous cellulose of chemical, medical, and resin products in a suspension as a dispersion or emulsification, or finely dividing by crushing cell membranes of fungi with high efficiency. The apparatus of the present invention is free from damage of valves so that its maintenance and control become easy. The high pressure homogenizing apparatus to finely divide a raw material in the suspension includes a high pressure homogenizing device having an orifice, a raw material receiving passage connected to the high pressure homogenizing device, a processing piston, and a processing recess disposed in a receiver. A front end of the processing piston is inserted into the processing recess with a pressure intensifier and a volume compression inside the processing recess pressurizes the suspension in the processing recess to lead the suspension into the raw material receiving passage for finely dividing the raw material.

A method of producing cement mortar mouldings is provided. Cement mortar material is supplied onto a lower mould. The lower mould is then brought into a vertical alignment with an upper mould. The lower and upper moulds are pressed to each other to compress the cement mortar material which is, in turn, dehydrated by suction means. While maintaining the suction, the lower mould is separated from the upper mould to leave a moulding on the upper mould. This mould is placed on a conveyor for later processing. An apparatus for producing cement mortar mouldings is also provided. The apparatus comprises upper and lower moulds, suction means, mould actuating means, and conveyor means. The suction means is provided in association with the upper mould to assure both dehydration and holding of the molding manufactured from the compressed from the moulding material.
