An aseptic filling apparatus of the rotary type comprises an aseptic chamber provided for surrounding a path of transport of containers along with a turntable . An air discharge channel is provided between the turntable and the aseptic chamber . A channel control member is fixedly disposed so as to cover the air discharge channel , and to be opposed to the turntable and the aseptic chamber with the channel positioned therebetween. Seal clearances are formed between the turntable and the channel control member , and a vent clearance is provided between the aseptic chamber and the channel control member . Aseptic filling apparatus of the rotary type

An object of the present invention is to provide a sterilizing liquid remover and a method of removing the sterilizing liquid which can easily remove/dry the sterilizing liquid which remains at the step portion formed by the sealing tape and the web which forms the container's interior side in the packing material web having the sealing tape adhered to its side end portion. Driblets on the surface of the web are squeezed by squeeze rollers disposed such that they can open and close while sandwiching the transfer route of the web W having the sealing tape adhered to its side end portion therebetween, the heated air is blasted at the step portion formed by the sealing tape and the web by the second air knife then the heated air is blasted at the whole width of both faces of the web by the first air knives and the sterilizing liquid is removed. The remaining blown driblets at the step portion can be also removed by the second air knife which can blast the heated air widely and laterally at the step portion.

Sterilizing liquid remover

A container carrying apparatus capable of carrying out containers at high speed with reliability wherein the container is filled with juice, etc. and is manufactured by a filling and packaging apparatus, particularly by a high speed filling and packaging apparatus. The containers are carried out by the container carrying apparatus comprising an intermittent driving container carriage conveyor which nips each container at front and rear portions thereof in a carrying direction while each container having a top and a bottom is carried in an upside down state, and which is movable in a direction crossing at right angles with the carrying direction, a cylindrical guide member extending in a direction crossing at right angles with the conveyor, a guide rod provided in the cylindrical guide member, and a pressing member for discharging containers from the conveyor and pressing containers in the cylindrical guide member.

Container carrying apparatus

There is provided a press capable of solving a new problem of breakage of springs and surely applying the pressure for a long period of time in the lateral sealing process in a high-speed filling and packaging apparatus for manufacturing package containers each having a rectangular shape in cross section and filled with a fluid content such as juice. In the press comprising seal bars and a pair of engaging members which are respectively provided at both ends of the seal bars for producing a sealing pressure when they engage with each other for permitting said seal bars to nip a packaging material web which is filled with a fluid content and formed in a tubular shape, the press employs fluid such as air as a means for advancing a piston rod to which the movable engaging member is secured and a pressure sensor is provided for detecting the change of pressure of fluid in an air supply passage.

Press in a filling and packaging apparatus

A cutting device is provided for securing the cutting of the lateral sealed parts of a tubular packaging material web in the filling and packing machine of a filling and packaging apparatus that manufactures package containers each have a rectangular cross section and are filled with a fluid such as juice, etc. The cutting device includes the tubular packaging material web which is filled with a fluid, a pair of seal bars for laterally sealing the packaging material web, a cutter for cutting the packing material web at sealed parts thereof by a length corresponding to one container, fluid (such as air) pressure serving as a means for giving a biasing force to the cutter in a direction to retreat the cutter, and a pressure sensor capable of detecting a change of the fluid pressure in the supply passage.
