There is provided a wheel motor device including a hydraulic motor unit. The hydraulic motor unit includes a hydraulic motor main body, a motor shaft, a motor case and a port block. The port block includes a motor surface to which the motor case is connected, a pump surface to which a pump case surrounding a hydraulic pump main body is detachably connected so as to form a pump space for accommodating the hydraulic pump main body, and a pair of operational fluid passages fluidly connecting between the hydraulic motor main body accommodated in the motor space in a state of being contacted with the motor surface in a sliding manner around its axis line and the hydraulic pump main body accommodated in the pump space in a state of being contacted with the pump surface in a sliding manner around its axis line.

Wheel motor device

A fluid passage member includes a pump mounting surface onto which a hydraulic pump having a rotary axis is mounted; first and second kidney ports opened at the pump mounting surface; a first fluid extraction port outwardly opened and connected to the first kidney port; a motor mounting surface onto which a hydraulic motor having a rotary axis is mounted so that the rotary axis of the hydraulic motor is parallel to the rotary axis of the hydraulic pump; third and fourth kidney ports opened at the motor mounting surface; and a second fluid extraction port outwardly opened and connected to the third kidney port.

Hydraulic steering transaxle and hydraulic driving vehicle

A transaxle (), having a hydraulic drive unit () and a pair of left and right wheel support units (L andR), is suspended from a vehicle frame so as to be turnable around a turning-center axis oriented in a fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle. The hydraulic drive unit () comprises: a pair of left and right hydraulic motors (L andR) having respective left and right horizontal motor shafts (); a center section () formed therein with an oil passage for hydraulically connecting at least one of the hydraulic motors to a hydraulic pump, the center section having motor attachment surfaces onto which the hydraulic motors are attached; and a pair of left and right axle casings (L andR) containing the respective hydraulic motors and supporting the respective motor shafts. The pair of wheel support units (L andR), supporting respective left and right travel wheels (L andR), are joined to respective outer ends of the left and right axle casings, and drivingly connected to the respective motor shafts ().

Hydraulic transaxle

A hydraulic transaxle comprises a transaxle casing for supporting left and right axles, a pair of hydraulic motors disposed in the transaxle casing so as to drive the respective left and right axles, hydraulic ports provided in the transaxle casing so as to fluidly connect the pair of hydraulic motors in parallel to a common hydraulic pump, and a system for restricting or canceling differential rotation of the pair of hydraulic motors.

Hydraulic transaxle and vehicle comprising it

A hydraulic transmission comprises a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, which are mounted onto a center section to be fluidly connected to each other through a closed fluid circuit formed in the center section. A neutral valve is connected to the closed fluid circuit. The neutral valve is fitted into an outward opened end of a vertical slanted oil hole of the closed fluid circuit. Alternatively, the neutral valve is fitted into an outward opened end of a straight oil hole having an opposite outward opened end into which a charge check valve is fitted.

Hyrdaulic transmission

There is provided a working vehicle having first and second hydraulic pump units operatively driven by a driving source and arranged away to each other in a width direction of the vehicle. In the working vehicle, each of the first and second hydraulic pump units includes a pump body; a port block formed with an oil passage for supplying/discharging an operating fluid to/from said pump body; a pump case connected to the port block so as to define a pump body accommodating space for surrounding the pump body; and a pump shaft for rotatably driving the pump body, the pump shaft having an input end operatively connected to said driving source. A drain port for opening the pump body accommodating space outward and a charge suction port for drawing in an oil from an oil tank in order to supply a charge oil to a hydraulic circuit fluidly connecting with the corresponding hydraulic motor unit are provided respectively in first and second assemblies formed by the corresponding pump case and port block. The drain port is provided on a wall surface other than an opposing wall surface facing each other of the wall surfaces of said first and second assemblies when arranging the first and second assemblies so that the input ends of each pump shaft are directed in the same direction.

Hydraulic pump unit, hydraulic pump set, and working vehicle

There is provided an axial piston device that includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a cylinder block, and a piston. The housing includes a housing body opened at a first end thereof and a plate disposed at the first end of the housing body. The rotary shaft is rotatably supported about an axis by the housing body and the plate. The cylinder block is rotated together with the rotary shaft and is accommodated inside the housing. The piston is accommodated in the cylinder block in slidable a manner in an axial direction. Furthermore, the plate is provided with a pair of first oil passages having first ends communicating with a discharge port and a suction port of the cylinder block and second ends opened to the surface of the plate, and a drain oil passage for allowing at least one of the first oil passages to communicate with an oil sump. The drain oil passage is provided with a rotary valve which can selectively switch a shutoff position at which the drain oil passage is shut off and a communication position at which the drain oil passage is communicated.

Axial piston device

A pump system has a base unit and a pump unit. The base unit includes an input part operatively connected to a driving source and a plurality of output parts to which power is transmitted from the input part. The base unit is capable of being mounted to a support member. The pump unit includes a plurality of pump shafts respectively driven by the plurality of output parts, a plurality of hydraulic pump bodies respectively driven by the plurality of pump shafts, and a plurality of pump cases for respectively surrounding the plurality of hydraulic pump bodies, the pump unit detachably connected to the base unit. The pump shafts are connected to the corresponding output parts by connecting the pump cases to the base unit.

Pump system and pump unit

A pump system includes a housing, an input shaft, a pump shaft; a hydraulic pump body, a PTO shaft, a power transmission gear train, and a PTO clutch mechanism. The housing has a narrow gear accommodating space surrounding a region including a mesh point between the first and second transmission gears of the power transmission gear train, a PTO clutch accommodating space which surrounds the PTO clutch mechanism and which is fluidly communicated with the gear accommodating space, and a pair of first and second suction/discharge ports which communicate the internal space of the housing with an outside of the housing. The first suction/discharge port is arranged within the gear accommodating space so as to be positioned in an opposite side to the PTO clutch accommodating space with the mesh point between the first and second transmission gears interposed therebetween.

Pump system and axle-driving system

A transmission mechanism and a pressure oil supply system therefor are provided for use in work vehicles provided with a work device externally of the body of the vehicle at longitudinal one side thereof, the transmission mechanism being simple in construction and serving to shorten the overall length of the vehicle while holding a transmission shaft interconnecting a PTO shaft and an input shaft for the work device close to a horizontal. A work vehicle provided with a work device in front of the vehicle body comprises a transmissiondisposed between a differential gear unitand an HSTand providing a travel cooperative mechanism, a PTO shaft projecting from the housing of the HST, and a PTO cooperative mechanism disposed in the housing for dividedly deriving power for the PTO shaft from the travel cooperative mechanism for the transmission of the power. The HSTcomprises a hydraulic pumphaving a pump shaftfor receiving an input at its rear end, and a hydraulic motorhaving a motor shaftfor delivering a front wheel driving force and a rear wheel driving force from the front end and rear end thereof, respectively.

Transmission mechanism for vehicles having HST and pressure oil supply system therefor

There is provided a neutral valve structure applied to at least one of a pair of operation fluid lines in an HST, including: a valve body slidable in the axis line direction so as to take a closing position where the corresponding operation fluid line is liquid-tightly closed and a releasing position where the corresponding operation fluid line is released to a low-pressure area; and a biasing member for urging the valve body toward the releasing position on one side of the axis line direction. The valve body includes: a closing-side pressure-receiving portion for receiving the hydraulic pressure of the corresponding operation fluid line so as to press the valve body toward the closing position on the other side of the axis line direction against the urging force of the biasing member; and a releasing-side pressure-receiving portion for receiving the hydraulic pressure of the corresponding operation fluid line so as to press the valve body toward the releasing position on one side of the axis line direction along with the biasing member. The closing-side pressure-receiving portion has a receiving pressure area larger than that of the releasing-side pressure-receiving portion.

Neutral valve structure

A tractor of the present invention can reduce a manufacturing cost of a lift arm support body. The tractor is configured such that a lift arm is mounted on an upper portion of a transmission casing by way of a lift arm support body, the lift arm is hydraulically controllable by a hydraulic control valve by way of a hydraulic circuit body, and the hydraulic circuit body and the hydraulic control valve are fixed to the transmission casing as bodies separate from a lift arm support body.

Tractor

There is provided a pump unit including a plurality of hydraulic pump bodies disposed in parallel to each other, a plurality of pump shafts respectively supporting the plurality of hydraulic pump bodies in a relatively non-rotatable manner and a pump housing accommodating the plurality of pump bodies and supporting the plurality of pump shafts in a rotatable manner around respective axis lines, wherein each of the plurality of pump shafts has at least one end extending outward from the pump housing so as to form an input end.

Pump unit

There is provided a hydraulic fluid supply structure including: a discharge line fluidly connected to a discharge port of a hydraulic pump body and regulated to have a first pressure value; an external hydraulic fluid extraction line for supplying the hydraulic fluid to an actuator for raising and lowering a working machine, the external hydraulic fluid extraction line being fluidly connected to the discharge line through a resistance valve; a PTO hydraulic fluid line for supplying the hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic operating type clutch mechanism for engaging or disengaging power transmission to the working machine, the PTO hydraulic line being fluidly connected to the discharge line through a throttle valve and regulated to have a second pressure value lower than the first pressure value; and a PTO switching valve interposed in the PTO hydraulic fluid line so as to turn ON/OFF the supply of the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic clutch mechanism. The PTO switching valve is configured to block a primary side line, out of the PTO hydraulic line, positioned on the upstream side from the PTO switching valve, when the supply of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic clutch mechanism is turned OFF.
