A power transmission device includes: a high speed magnet rotor which includes a magnet array which is magnetized in a radial direction; a low speed magnet rotor which includes a magnet array which is magnetized in a circumferential direction; and an inductor rotor which allows magnetic fluxes from the magnet array of the high speed magnet rotor to pass, and the high speed magnet rotor, the low speed magnet rotor and the inductor rotor are concentrically arranged and the magnet array of the low speed magnet rotor is formed such that homopolar surfaces of neighboring magnets face each other in the circumferential direction.

Power transmission device

The inductor type rotary motor of m-phase (m represents an integer of 2 or more) includes a stator in which distal ends of teeth are circularly disposed, and a rotor having an inductor tooth that faces each of the distal ends of the teeth through a constant gap. The stator includes k&#xb7;m teeth (k represents an integer of 1 or more), at least one permanent magnet is disposed at each of the teeth, and adjacent permanent magnets, which belong to teeth adjacent to each other, are disposed in such a manner that different polarities face each other.

Inductor type rotary motor

An interior magnet linear induction motor includes an armature and a line of inductor teeth. The armature includes coils arranged between a plurality of teeth, and the line of inductor teeth is arranged so as to face the armature and includes a plurality of tooth portions arranged at a constant pitch in a linear stroke direction. An end portion of each of the plurality of teeth has a shape such that magnetoresistance of the tooth increases toward the root side. At least one permanent magnet is arranged at an end portion of each of the plurality of teeth and adjacent permanent magnets that are arranged at different teeth are magnetized such that opposite magnetic poles face each other.

Interior magnet linear induction motor

A rotational-linear motion converter includes a cylindrical magnet rotor, a linear rail, a teeth row, and a magnet row. The magnet rotor includes a magnet row magnetized in a radial direction of the magnet rotor. The rail includes a plurality of projecting portions and recessed portions. The teeth row includes teeth and allows a magnetic flux flowing from the magnet row of the magnet rotor to pass between the magnet rotor and the rail. The magnet row includes magnets and is magnetized in an extending direction of the rail in order to align the magnetic flux flowing from the magnet row of the magnet rotor toward the projecting portions and the recessed portions of the rail. In the magnet row magnetized in the extending direction of the rail, the same polarity faces of adjacent magnets oppose each other in the extending direction of the rail.

Rotational-linear motion converter

A moving magnetic field generating apparatus includes a magnet array including magnets disposed at a first pitch such that N and S poles of adjacent magnets in the magnet array are alternated, and first and second magnetic pole piece arrays extending along the magnet array to interpose the magnet array therebetween with a gap from the magnet array. The first and second magnetic pole piece arrays are disposed with a predetermined phase difference therebetween. The first magnetic pole piece array includes first magnetic pole pieces disposed at a second pitch in an array and each having a length enough to face at least two adjacent magnets in the magnet array. The second magnetic pole piece array is configured similarly to the first magnetic pole piece array. One of the first and second magnetic pole piece arrays and the magnet array is relatively moved to the other at a predetermined speed.

Electric apparatus with moving magnetic field generating apparatus

Provided herein is a linear motor in which a back yoke can readily be mounted onto a plurality of linear motor units. The back yoke is constituted from a back yoke assembly including a surrounding portion that entirely surrounds six linear motor units. The back yoke works to form part of respective magnetic circuits of the six linear motor units. The back yoke assembly includes first and second divided assemblies and five partition wall portions. The first and second divided assemblies are each formed by press working a magnetic plate made of silicon steel.

Linear motor with back yoke

An armature of a linear motor includes a plurality of cooling pipe storage holes formed along a longitudinal direction of a core, and a plurality of cooling pipes stored vertically in the cooling pipe storage holes and having a meander shape. The cooling pipes vertically adjacent to each other are arranged such that inlets and outlets of the cooling pipes are alternately connected in parallel to a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet in order to allow a refrigerant to flow in the reverse direction.

Linear motor

At least a rotor fixing portion and a bearing fitting portion are combined to form a hollow rotary shaft. The rotor of a rotary motor portion is fixed on the rotor fixing portion. A thrust radial bearing is fitted on the outer periphery of the bearing fitting portion and a screw nut is fitted to the bearing fitting portion. The rotor fixing portion and the bearing fitting portion are coupled with screw member(s) which are inserted into the hollow rotary shaft from one axial end of the hollow rotary shaft and axially extend inside the bearing fitting portion and the rotor fixing portion. A flange portion of the screw nut is fixed on an abutment portion of the bearing fitting portion in abutment with an end surface of an inner race of the thrust radial bearing that is located on the one axial end side.

Moving magnetic field generating apparatus

A linear actuator that does not require a high assembly precision is provided. A linear actuator includes a motor portion including a rotary shaft, a rotor, and a stator, a first bearing portion that supports a first end of the rotary shaft, a locknut threadably engaged on the first end of the rotary shaft, and a ball screw mechanism including a ball screw nut screwed to the locknut and a ball screw threadably engaged with the ball screw nut. Gaps formed between an outer peripheral portion of the rotary shaft and an inner peripheral portion of the locknut, except a male thread portion formed on the rotary shaft and a female thread portion formed on the locknut threadably engaged with each other, are defined to have respective predetermined sizes.

A linear actuator having an output shaft with a long moving distance is provided. A linear actuator includes a rotary shaft, a motor portion having a rotor and a stator, a ball screw mechanism including a ball screw nut fixed to a first end of the rotary shaft and a ball screw, a casing assembly including a first end bracket and a second end bracket, an electromagnetic brake device including a rotary brake disc, a stationary brake disc, and an electromagnetic coil, and a brake cover for covering the electromagnetic brake device. The electromagnetic brake device has a hollow structure allowing a second end of the rotary shaft to pass therethrough.

A stator for a rotary electric machine with wedge members insertable into slots without being bent or folded is provided. A coupling portion is integrally formed at a non-inserted end portion, which is not inserted into a slot, of a wedge member, the coupling portion extending across an end of a partition wall portion and an end of a block portion. The wedge member and the coupling portion are formed of a synthetic resin material. Two or more coupling portions of two or more adjacently disposed wedge members are integrally formed as a continuous coupling portion.

Stator for rotary electric machine

An airtight-type electric motor capable of reducing vibration is provided. Inside ribs of a pair of end brackets and are respectively fitted into core end portions of a stator core. Outside ribs of the pair of end brackets and are respectively brought into contact against end surfaces of the core end portions of a yoke of the stator core. With this arrangement, the pair of end brackets and are fixed to the stator core, and a housing and the stator core are arranged, without being coupled together.

Airtight-type electric motor

The present invention provides a rotary electric machine, of which the occupied volume can be reduced and which allows a space in an electric apparatus equipped therewith to be utilized effectively. A slot insulatoris integrally formed with a holder mounting portion, a whole or major part of which is positioned on one of end faces of a yokeof a stator core. A lead wire holderincludes a connection holding portionfor disposing a plurality of connections, in which lead-out wires of windings are connected with corresponding core wiresof lead wires, at a predetermined interval so that the connections do not contact with each other. The lead wire holderis arranged so that the connection holding portionis positioned over a part of the windingsand the holder mounting portionwhen the lead wire holder is attached to the holder mounting portion. One end bracket, which faces to one of the end faces of the yoke, is formed with a recess which opens toward both sides in the axial direction thereof as well as opens outwardly in a radial direction of a shaft. The holder mounting portionand lead wire holderare received within the recess when the one end bracket is attached to the one end face of the yoke.
