An electrified vehicle includes a floor panel, a battery case, a frame that that supports a suspension, and a brace. The brace is fixed to the frame by a first fixing portion situated on a right side of the vehicle with respect to a middle line. The brace is fixed to the frame by a second fixing portion situated on a left side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace is fixed to the battery case by a third fixing portion situated on the right side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace is fixed to the battery case by a fourth fixing portion situated on the left side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace includes a first plate and a second plate which is fixed to the first plate and covers a recessed portion.

Electrified vehicle

An automobile suspension includes a side rail extending in a front-rear direction of a vehicle body, a lower arm, and a bracket linking the lower arm to the side rail. A front end of the side rail and a rear end of the side rail are linked to a frame of the vehicle body, and the side rail curves such that a middle of the side rail is lower than at least one of the front end and the rear end. The bracket includes a pair of side plates that supports a shaft of the lower arm and is joined to a side face of the side rail, and an upper plate that links the side plates and is joined to an upper face of the side rail.

Automobile suspension

A vehicle includes a body including a front compartment and a subframe configured to support an installed part disposed in the front compartment. The body includes a first counterface that inclines downward in a rearward direction of the vehicle. The subframe is attached to the body from below. The subframe includes a second counterface facing the first counterface of the body. The second counterface is inclined downward in the rearward direction of the vehicle. At least one of the first counterface and the second counterface includes a portion inclined rearward toward an inner side in a right-left direction of the vehicle.

Vehicle

An electric powered vehicle including a traction motor is disclosed. The vehicle may further include a body including a cabin and a front body; a subframe mounted at a lower portion of the front body and supporting a suspension along with the front body; and a battery unit mounted a t a lower portion of the cabin and configured to supply electric power to the traction motor. The subframe may include a side rail extending in front-rear directions of the electric powered vehicle and is secured to a rail mount portion of the body at a rear end of the side rail. The battery unit may include a bracket projecting in a front direction of the front-rear directions and is secured to the rail mount portion of the body at the bracket.

Electric powered vehicle

A vehicle disclosed herein may include: a vehicle body including a front compartment; a drive disposed in the front compartment and configured to drive a wheel; a plurality of brackets attaching the drive to the vehicle body; a stabilizer extending in a right-left direction of the vehicle in the front compartment and connecting a left front suspension and a right front suspension to each other; and a plurality of bushes attaching the stabilizer to the vehicle body, wherein the plurality of bushes may include a first bush located frontward of the drive, the plurality of brackets may include a first bracket located rearward of the first bush, and at least a part of the first bracket may be located above the first bush.

A vehicle may include: a body; a suspension member mounted at a front lower portion of the body, the suspension member comprising a front crossmember extending in a width direction of the vehicle; a first bracket projecting from the front crossmember toward a front portion of the vehicle, the first bracket comprising a first hole; a radiator comprising a first positioning member at a lower portion of the radiator, the first positioning member corresponding to the first hole and penetrating the first hole; and a second bracket secured to a lower surface of the first bracket, the second bracket comprising a second hole with which the first positioning member is engaged. A diameter of the first hole may be greater than a diameter of the first positioning member, and A secured position of the second bracket in a horizontal direction relative to the first bracket may be adjustable.

A vehicle front structure includes a first bumper reinforcement, a pair of right and left front side members respectively disposed on a vehicle rear side of outer portions of the first bumper reinforcement in a vehicle width direction, an apron upper member, a first crash box interposed between the first bumper reinforcement and the front side member, a cross member coupling together front ends of the pair of right and left front side members in the vehicle width direction, and a high-voltage component disposed on the vehicle rear side of and at a distance from the cross member. The first crash box is configured to undergo compressive deformation when a load equal to or larger than a predetermined value is input from the first bumper reinforcement.

Vehicle front structure

Provided is a vehicle front portion structure including: a right and left pair of front side members that are disposed on both vehicle width direction sides of a vehicle body front portion and extend along the vehicle front and rear direction; a cross member that is disposed between front end portions of the right and left pair of front side members and interconnects the front end portions in the vehicle width direction; a front-wheel-drive motor that is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the cross member; and a radiator that is disposed on the vehicle rear side of the cross member and on the vehicle front side of the motor and extends along the vehicle width direction and the vehicle up and down direction.

Vehicle front portion structure

A vehicular energy absorption structure includes a hollow tubular energy absorption body made from a fiber reinforced resin, an opposing face (e.g., an attachment plate) that is provided facing an axial direction end portion of the energy absorption body, and against which the energy absorption body is crushed from the axial direction end portion during a vehicle collision, and a guide section (e.g., peripheral wall, ribs) that projects from the opposing face and that is disposed in an interior of the energy absorption body. The guide section includes an abutting section (e.g., abutting walls) that contacts a wall of the energy absorption body from the inner side of the wall during the vehicle collision, the abutting section being separated from the opposing face by an opening in the axial direction of the energy absorption body.

Vehicular energy absorption structure

A vehicle body framework structure includes an elongated hollow framework member and a reinforcement member disposed within the hollow framework member, the reinforcement member including a first contact portion that contacts a first internal face of an opposing pair of internal faces of the framework member, a second contact portion that contacts a second internal face of the opposing pair of internal faces, and a coupling portion that couples the first contact portion to the second contact portion. At least one slit is formed in at least the second contact portion and the coupling portion of the reinforcement member, the slit extending from an end portion on the second internal face side of the reinforcement member toward the first internal face side of the reinforcement member and having a depth that is greater than or equal to one fourth of a spacing between the pair of internal faces.
