Disclosed is an all-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery excellent in cycle characteristics. The battery may be an all-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery, wherein an anode comprises anode active material particles, an electroconductive material and a solid electrolyte; wherein the anode active material particles comprise at least one active material selected from the group consisting of elemental silicon and SiO; and wherein a BET specific surface area of the anode active material particles is 1.9 m/g or more and 14.2 m/g or less.

All-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide an anode layer with little resistance increase due to charge and discharge. In the present disclosure, the above object is achieved by providing an anode layer comprising: an anode active material including a Nb element, a W element, and an O element; and a solid electrolyte, and an expansion coefficient of the anode active material when charged to 200 mAh per 1 g is 1.4% or more and 5% or less.

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide a stacked battery in which an unevenness of short circuit resistance among a plurality of cells is suppressed. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing a stacked battery comprising: a plurality of cells in a thickness direction, wherein the plurality of cells are electrically connected in parallel; each of the plurality of cells includes a cathode current collector, a cathode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, an anode active material layer, and an anode current collector, in this order; the stacked battery includes a surface-side cell that is located on a surface side of the stacked battery, and a center-side cell that is located on a center side rather than the surface-side cell; and a contact resistance between the cathode current collector and the anode current collector in the surface-side cell is more than a contact resistance between the cathode current collector and the anode current collector in the center-side cell.

Stacked battery

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide a stacked battery in which the unevenness of short circuit resistance among a plurality of cells is suppressed. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing a stacked battery comprising: a plurality of cells in a thickness direction, wherein the plurality of cells are electrically connected in parallel; each of the plurality of cells includes a cathode current collector, a cathode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, an anode active material layer, and an anode current collector, in this order; the stacked battery includes a surface-side cell that is located on a surface side of the stacked battery, and a center-side cell that is located on a center side rather than the surface-side cell; and the surface-side cell and the center-side cell satisfy at least one of: condition i) an elongation rate of the cathode current collector in the surface-side cell is less than an elongation rate of the cathode current collector in the center-side cell; and condition ii) an elongation rate of the anode current collector in the surface-side cell is less than an elongation rate of the anode current collector in the center-side cell.

Disclosed is a stacked battery that can flow a larger rounding current in a short-circuit current shunt part than in an electric element when a short circuit occurs in the short-circuit current shunt part and the electric element in nailing, the stacked battery in which an electrical resistance of a current collector tab of the short-circuit current shunt part is smaller than an electrical resistance of a current collector tab of the electric element.

A sulfide solid electrolyte material having a high Li ion conductivity is provided. A sulfide solid electrolyte material includes Li, P, I and S, having peaks at 2&#x3b8;=20.2&#xb0; and 23.6&#xb0;, not having peaks at 2&#x3b8;=21.0&#xb0; and 28.0&#xb0; in an X-ray diffraction measurement using a CuK&#x3b1; ray, and having a half width of the peak at 2&#x3b8;=20.2&#xb0; of 0.51&#xb0; or less.

Sulfide solid electrolyte material, sulfide glass, solid state lithium battery, and method for producing sulfide solid electrolyte material

A method for preparing a sulfide solid electrolyte material exhibiting Li ion conductivity. The sulfide solid electrolyte material contains an organic compound having a molecular weight within a range of 30 to 300, and the organic compound is present in an amount of 0.8 wt % or less. The method includes: (i) performing mechanical milling to a mixture of a raw material composition and the organic compound to convert the raw material composition to an amorphous state, thereby synthesizing a sulfide glass; and (ii) drying the sulfide glass such that at least some of the organic compound remains in the sulfide solid electrolyte material.

Sulfide solid electrolyte material, lithium solid battery and method of preparing sulfide solid electrolyte material

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a stacked battery that suppresses sneak current caused by an unevenness of a short circuit resistance among a plurality of cells. The present disclosure provides a stacked battery comprising: a plurality of cells in a thickness direction, wherein the plurality of cells are electrically connected in parallel; the stacked battery includes a surface-side cell that is located on a surface side of the stacked battery, and a center-side cell that is located on a center side rather than the surface-side cell; wherein a resistance of the cathode current collecting tab in the surface-side cell is more than a resistance of the cathode current collecting tab in the center-side cell; or a resistance of the anode current collecting tab in the surface-side cell is more than a resistance of the anode current collecting tab in the center-side cell.

A method for producing a solid-state secondary battery system comprising a lithium ion solid-state battery that comprises a cathode, an anode and a solid electrolyte layer disposed between the cathode and the anode, and a controller for controlling charge and discharge voltages of the lithium ion solid-state battery in use, the method comprising: obtaining an anode member from an anode material which contains at least elemental Si particles serving as an anode active material and a fibrous carbon serving as a conductive additive material, and in which the contained fibrous carbon is 4.8 vol % or more, obtaining a battery member by disposing a solid electrolyte member between the anode member and a cathode member and attaching them, and carrying out initial constant current charging on the battery member, at a charge rate of 1.0 C or more, to a voltage higher than a maximum charge voltage controlled by the controller.

Method for producing solid-state secondary battery system

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing an all solid state battery capable of satisfying both of improving capacity durability and suppressing the increase of an initial resistance. The above object is achieved by providing a method for producing an all solid state battery, the method comprising: a preparing step of preparing an all solid state battery including a cathode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and an anode layer, in this order; and an initial charging step of initially charging the all solid state battery, wherein the anode layer includes a metal particle capable of being alloyed with Li, and having two kinds or more of crystal orientation in one particle, as an anode active material, and in the initial charging step, the all solid state battery is charged to a battery voltage of 4.35 V or more and 4.55 V or less.

Method for producing all solid state battery, all solid state battery and all solid state battery system

[Problem] To provide a method for the production of an all-solid-state battery using an alloy-based negative electrode active material in which it is possible to suppress degradation in performance of the all-solid-state battery during actual use while the restraint pressure during actual use of the all-solid-state battery is relatively small. [Solving Means] The method for producing an all-solid-state battery of the present disclosure produces an all-solid-state battery having a battery laminate comprising a positive electrode current collector layer, a positive electrode active material layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a negative electrode active material layer, and a negative electrode current collector layer laminated in this order, wherein the battery laminate is restrained in the lamination direction by an actual use restraint member. The negative electrode active material layer contains particles of an alloy-based negative electrode active material. The method of the present disclosure comprises the steps of, in this order, charging and discharging the battery laminate in a state in which the batter, laminate is restrained in the lamination direction by a manufacturing restraint member and restraining the battery laminate in the lamination direction by the actual use restraint member, wherein when the restraint pressure applied by the manufacturing restraint member at the end of the discharging is a fourth restraint pressure and the restraint pressure applied by the actual use restraint member at the end of the discharging is a fifth restraint pressure, the fourth restraint pressure is greater than the fifth restraint pressure.

Method for production of all-solid-state battery

Disclosed is an all-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery excellent in cycle characteristics. The battery may be an all-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery, wherein an anode comprises anode active material particles, an electroconductive material and a solid electrolyte; wherein the anode active material particles comprise at least one active material selected from the group consisting of elemental silicon and SiO; and wherein, for the anode active material particles, a value A obtained by the following formula (1) is 6.1 or more and 54.8 or less:&#x2003;&#x2003;Formula (1)where Sis a BET specific surface area (m/g) of the anode active material particles; dis a median diameter D50 (&#x3bc;m) of the anode active material particles; and D is a density (g/cm) of the anode active material particles.

A main object of the present disclosure is to provide an all solid lithium battery with excellent capacity durability. The above object is achieved by providing an anode layer to be used in an all solid lithium battery, the anode layer comprising: a metal particle capable of being alloyed with Li, as an active material; and the metal particle has two kinds or more of crystal orientation in one particle.

A sulfide solid electrolyte material having high Li ion conductivity can be obtained by providing a method for producing a sulfide solid electrolyte material that has peaks at 2&#x3b8;=20.2&#xb0; and 2&#x3b8;=23.6&#xb0; in an X ray diffraction measurement using a CuK&#x3b1; ray, the method including steps of: an amorphizing step of obtaining sulfide glass by amorphization of a raw material composition that includes at least LiS, PS, LiI and LiBr and a heat treatment step of heating the sulfide glass at a temperature of 195&#xb0; C. or higher.
