A method for fixed connection of a solar cell string includes: stacking a back film, a first solder ribbon, a solar cell, a second solder ribbon and a front film to form a solar cell unit; placing a first press and a second press on the front film such that the first press and second press press the front film and back film, and move together with the solar cell unit; and performing a melting-solidification operation while keeping the first press and second press pressing against the front film. A press assembly and a device are also provided to perform the method.

Method and device for fixed connection of solar cell string, and press assembly

A solar cell string production equipment includes first and second conveying devices, first and second carrying devices, and a transfer device. The first conveying device has a first continuous conveyor belt, the second conveying device has a second continuous conveyor belt, and the first and second continuous conveyor belts can turn and convey in the vertical direction. Back and front films are laid on the first conveying device. The first conveying device can transport the back film on the first continuous conveyor belt to the second continuous conveyor belt. The transfer device can transport the pressing tool from the terminal of the second continuous conveyor belt to the front film on the first continuous conveyor belt. The second carrying device can transport the pressing tool and front film stacked together to the second continuous conveyor belt. A solar cell string production method is further provided.

Equipment and method for producing solar cell string

A method for fabricating a photovoltaic (PV) module, including: (1) covering a polymer material on the side of the crystalline silicon solar cell attached with a solder ribbon followed by heating to allow bonding of the solder ribbon to the crystalline silicon solar cell, so as to obtain a solar cell module; (2) assembling several solar cell modules into a solar cell string, and connecting multiple solar cell strings to form a solar cell array; (3) laying sealing plates respectively on the front and back sides of the solar cell array to form a stacked body; and (4) subjecting the stacked body to lamination achieve an ohmic contact between the solder ribbon and the grid line, and transformation of the polymer material into a filler layer. This application further provides a PV module fabricated by such method, a solar cell module and a solar cell string.
