An infrared heating device that appropriately sets positions of infrared lamps and a radiation thermometer relative to an object to be heated and is easily positioned includes: an infrared irradiator that irradiates infrared rays to an object to be heated to heat the object to be heated; a holding member that holds the infrared irradiator; a radiation thermometer that measures a temperature of a surface of the object; and a pair of laser pointers that irradiate laser beams to the surface of the object from different positions. The pair of laser pointers are disposed to cause the respective laser beams to be coincident in position with each other at one point on the surface of the object when a distance between the surface of the object and the infrared irradiator is a predetermined distance.

Laser and infrared heating device

A gas turbine includes a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine. The compressor, the combustor, and the turbine are arranged along an extending direction of a rotating shaft. The gas turbine also includes a combustor casing housing the combustor and a turbine casing housing the turbine. The combustor casing and the turbine casing are joined to each other via respective flanges thereof projecting toward the outside. The gas turbine further includes a projection part on an inner face of the combustor casing. The projection part projects toward the inside in a radial direction in at least part of a range in the extending direction of the rotating shaft between the flanges and an end of a combustion chamber on the compressor side in the combustor.

An erosion test apparatus includes a combustor configured to obtain a combustion gas by mixing and combusting compressed air and a fuel, and an erodent supply unit configured to supply an erodent to the combustion gas. The erosion test apparatus further includes an accommodation support unit configured to accommodate and support a test piece having a front surface coated through thermal barrier coating, and an accelerator configured to accelerate the combustion gas including the erodent to collide with the test piece.

A gas cooler () which is provided with a heat exchanger (), cools a gas to be cooled, which is introduced from the outside, by performing heat exchange between the gas to be cooled and the heat exchanger, and discharges the cooled gas to the outside. The heat exchanger includes: a plurality of heat transfer fins () which are placed side by side via a prescribed gap therebetween, the gas to be cooled flowing through the gaps; and heat transfer tubes () which pierce through the plurality of heat transfer fins and are provided in a plurality of rows along the direction in which the gas to be cooled flows. The outside diameter dof the heat transfer tubes is 20 to 30 mm.

Gas cooler

An object is providing an electrostatic attraction apparatus and an attracting/releasing method capable of reliably attracting and quickly releasing a glass substrate. An attraction force for attracting a glass substrate is obtained according to the physical properties of the glass substrate. In addition to obtaining an attraction voltage (V(t)) required for obtaining the attraction force, a holding voltage (V(t)) for holding an attraction state and a release voltage (V(t)) for releasing the glass substrate are also obtained (Sto S). Attraction time period (t) is actually measured and if this measured time is different from a preset attraction time (t), the holding voltage (V(t)) and the release voltage (V(t)) are recalculated according to the actually measured attraction time period (t) (Sto S).

Electrostatic attraction apparatus for glass substrate and method of attracting and releasing the same

A coating apparatus is provided in which entrained air flow of an applicator roll and a web is removed and occurrences of misting and coating irregularity are suppressed to thereby realize a uniform coating liquid film and a uniform coating state. A coating apparatus includes an applicator roll arranged to abut on another roll so as to form a nip portion therebetween and to transfer a coating liquid to be coated on a surface of a web passing through the nip portion. The coating apparatus further includes a coater head provided on an upstream side of the nip portion in a rotational direction of the applicator roll so as to supply the coating liquid onto a surface of the applicator roll and a boundary air remover provided between the nip portion and the coater head on the upstream side of the nip portion so as to prevent air from entering the nip portion. The boundary air remover includes a box part having an ejector ejecting an ejector gas on the surface of the applicator roll toward a direction reverse to the rotational direction of the applicator roll and also comprises a blade. The box part is constructed so as to cover a portion of the applicator roll.
