A flow rate measurement device improves the flow rate measurement accuracy without increasing the size of the metering tank. The flow rate measurement device includes a metering tank having a supply port at its upper portion and a discharge port at its lower portion, an on-off valve that opens and closes a flow channel inside the metering tank, a weight measurement unit that measures a weight of the metering tank, and flow rate computing unit that supplies powders and/or grains continuously from the supply port to the metering tank, computes a flow rate of the powders and/or grains multiple times in a temporally-overlapped state on the basis of the weight of the metering tank measured by the weight measurement unit in a state where the on-off valve is closed, and computes an average flow rate of the powders and/or grains on the basis of the flow rate computed multiple times.

A purifier is provided that is capable of uniformly sucking powder in a width direction of the sieve layers even when the purifier is configured to be provided with an air distribution chamber formed as being tapered upward and to have a horizontal cyclone provided above the air distribution chamber. The air distribution chamber is configured of paired inclined surfaces formed as being tapered upward, has a suction passage formed as a horizontal cyclone placed above the air distribution chamber. Also, a plurality of barrier walls are provided in the air distribution chamber in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of sieve layers, the air distribution chamber is sectioned by the barrier walls into a plurality of chambers, and rectifying plates are further provided to the air distribution chamber at a narrow position between the paired inclined surfaces to prevent non-uniformity of suction of powder on the sieve layers.

A break roll machine wherein a timing belt of a differential transmission mechanism can be removed easily and wherein the removal of a roll pack module from a machine frame and the installation of the new pre-assembled roll pack module can be performed easily in a short time is disclosed. A cutout portion is provided to one of a paired tension arms so that the one tension arm is rotatable around a pivot point at an upper portion of the tension arm. As a rotary shaft of an idler pulley is released from the tension arm through the cutout portion, the timing belt can be removed easily. An air cylinder is rotated freely by a first and a second linkage member. An operator can easily access to a bolt located behind the air cylinder only by inclining the air cylinder at any desired direction.

Break roll machine operable with ease in replacement of the rolls

The machine comprises a front door, a roll cover having a main roll cover and a feed roll cover, a first fulcrum axis between the main and feed roll covers, and a second fulcrum axis between the feed roll cover and a frame. The front door has a hinge at the upper portion so that it is kept at a self-supporting state when opened. The main roll cover is foldable on the feed roll cover about the first fulcrum axis. The feed roll cover is swung upwardly about the second fulcrum axis and is finally kept at the self-supporting state with the main roll cover folded on the feed roll cover. Where the front door and the roll cover are kept in their self-supporting states, since a pair of rolls and a stock feeder are fully exposed, the remaining stock accumulated in the machine can be removed easily.
