This temperature measuring device includes: a case which has a bottomed tubular shape with a closed portion at one end and an opening at the other end, and in which a temperature sensing part is disposed on the side of the closed portion; an infrared temperature sensor unit in which an infrared temperature detection unit that has a light-receiving surface receiving an infrared ray and detects the received infrared ray and outputs the ray in the form of an electrical signal is disposed opposite the temperature sensing part while being spaced therefrom inside the case; and a connection terminal unit which has in the interior thereof a circuit unit that acquires the electrical signal and that generates temperature information so that the temperature information is outputted to an external device, wherein the connection terminal unit can be disposed at a position spaced from the heat source.

Temperature measuring device

A sensor includes: a sensing module furnished with a sensing function; metal terminals transmitting a sensing signal from the sensing module; an insulating fixing portion holding multiple metal terminals separately; and a resin portion encapsulating the metal terminals and the sensing module and also forming a connector portion from which tip ends of the metal terminals are exposed. Protruding portions of the fixing portion are fit into hole portions of the metal terminals before resin encapsulation in a stage where the metal terminals are bonded to the sensing module, so that rigidity of the metal terminals is enhanced to stabilize the locations thereof.

A sensor device includes a detector portion, plural metal terminals that transmit a detection signal from the detector portion, and a housing portion, which integrally supports the detector portion and metal terminals, formed from resin, leading end portions of the plural metal terminals configuring connector terminals, and the plural metal terminals being disposed with at least one portion thereof aligned when seen from the axial direction of the connector terminals, wherein protruding portions protruding in a direction differing from the axial direction of the connector terminals are provided on the metal terminals.

A magnetic detection apparatus comprises: a magnetic detection section which is obtained by pressing a base including a magnetic detection device, and magnetic field generation means fixed to the base, into a cap so as to integrate the base, the magnetic field generation means, and the cap; and a secondary molding section including an attachment section for attaching the magnetic detection section, and a connector section for extracting a signal detected by the magnetic detection section.

Magnetic detection apparatus

A magnetic detection apparatus can be improved in its product yield. The magnetic detection apparatus includes a resin compact having a the magnet arranged in opposition to an object to be detected for generating a magnetic field, an IC chip with a magnetic detection part built therein for detecting a change in the magnetic field in accordance with movement of the object to be detected, and an IC package in which a lead frame having the IC chip installed thereon is sealed with a resin. A method for manufacturing such a magnetic detection apparatus includes a signal adjustment step for adjusting a signal generated from the magnetic detection part in a state in which the magnetic field is applied to the magnetic detection part to correct a deviation of the signal of the magnetic detection part generated in accordance with a relative displacement between the magnetic detection part and the magnet.

Magnetic detection apparatus with resin infiltration prevention

A magnetic detection apparatus includes a first block, a second block, and an exterior resin covering the first block and the second block. The first block includes a magnetoresistive element for detecting a change in a magnetic field that varies in accordance with movement of a rotating member, electronic components forming a protection circuit against external noise, a first lead frame electrically connected with the electronic components, and a first base in which the electronic components, the first lead frame and the magnetoresistive element are sealed with a resin. The second block includes a magnet arranged in opposition to an object to be detected for generating a magnetic field, a second lead frame electrically connected with the first lead frame and having a connector terminal for outputting an output signal of the magnetoresistive element to an external member, and a second base in which the second lead frame is sealed with a resin.
