The present technology is to provide an image sensor capable of enhancing the security of biometric information and lowering the risk of information leakage. An image sensorincludes: a biometric information acquisition unitthat acquires biometric information; a storage unitthat stores reference information to be compared with the biometric information; and a biometric authentication unitthat performs biometric authentication by comparing the biometric information with the reference information. The image sensorfurther includes an encryption processing unitthat encrypts biometric authentication information that authenticates a living organism.

A communication apparatus of the disclosure includes: an authentication section that performs personal authentication of a user through BAN (Body Area Network) communication prior to data exchange with a communication peer for predetermined processing; and a communication section that performs the data exchange with the communication peer for the predetermined processing in a case of success of the personal authentication.

Disclosed herein is a wireless power feeding system, including: a power feeding apparatus including a wireless power transmitting grid transmitting an electric power for wireless power feeding, and a first wireless communication grid carrying out wireless communication; and a power receiving apparatus including a wireless power receiving grid receiving the electric power fed thereto from the power feeding apparatus, and a second wireless communication grid adapted to communicate with the first wireless communication system in a wireless manner, the power receiving apparatus serving to feed the electric power thus received to a power source circuit.
