An electromagnetic relay including a housing, a cover, an adhesive which is interposed between a side part of the housing and an inner surface of the cover and which secures the housing and the cover, and a projection which is formed in at least one of the side part and the inner surface. The adhesive is filled in a gap between the side part and the inner surface.

An ozone producing apparatus includes an ozone generator for generating ozonized oxygen, an adsorption/desorption tower for adsorbing and storing ozone from the ozonized oxygen, and an ozone desorbing device for desorbing adsorbed and stored ozone for supply, wherein the apparatus further includes an oxygen gas supply tank for supplying oxygen to the adsorption/desorption tower at the time that desorption is started and an oxygen gas flow rate adjusting valve for adjusting flow rate of the oxygen gas to, be supplied. Ozone injection can be made definite, and the apparatus is economical in the aspect of both initial and running costs. It presents great effects of preventing slime adhesion and can also limit generation of oxidants even when applied to sea water.

Ozone producing apparatus

An ozone supplying apparatus comprising an ozone generator for generating ozonized oxygen from raw material oxygen, an adsorption/desorption device for adsorbing and storing ozone from ozonized oxygen and desorbing the ozone, and an ozone desorbing means for desorbing the adsorbed and stored ozone for supply, the apparatus being arranged to return oxygen to the ozone generator after desorbing ozone therefrom by the adsorption/desorption device, and to desorb and supply ozone from the adsorption/desorption device, wherein the adsorption/desorption device includes at least one ozone storing portion filled with an adsorbent, and a liquid storing portion for filling a temperature medium to an outer peripheral surface of the ozone storing portion.

Hydrogen peroxide in a hydrogen peroxide reservoir is supplied to an effluent. Ozone gas generated in an ozone generating apparatus is delivered through branched piping to two ozone supplying points and is supplied to the effluent. The ozone and the supplied hydrogen peroxide react to generate hydroxyl radicals. The hydroxyl radicals react with the materials in the effluent to decompose and remove them.

Method for ozone treatment using a mixture of ozone and hydrogen peroxide

An ozone producing apparatus comprising an ozone generator for generating ozonized oxygen, an adsorption/desorption tower for adsorbing and storing ozone from the ozonized oxygen generated by the ozone generator, and an ozone desorbing means for desorbing the adsorbed and stored ozone for supply, wherein a reducer storage for storing reducer therein is connected to the adsorption/desorption tower through a switch valve which is opened when the ozone producing apparatus is under an abnormal driving condition. A method for preventing biofouling in a cooling water system wherein ozone of high density is intermittently injected into a circulating line of a cooling water system in which cooling water is made to circulate in a closed system which includes a cooling tower and a heat exchanger. There is further disclosed an apparatus for preventing biofouling in a cooling water system, comprising an ozone generator for producing ozone, an ozone reservoir for temporarily storing the produced ozone, and an ozone injector for injecting the stored ozone into a circulating line of a cooling water system. Biofouling can be economically and reliably prevented.

Method and apparatus for preventing biofouling in cooling water system

An ozone supplying apparatus comprising an ozone generator, an adsorption/desorption device for adsorbing and storing ozone from ozonized oxygen, and an ozone desorbing means, the apparatus being arranged to return oxygen to the ozone generator after desorbing ozone therefrom to desorb ozone from the adsorption/desorption device and to perform treatment of an object by mixing the ozone with fluid. Ozone producing apparatus utilizing feedback control from ozone density

An ozone storage system which allows energy required for producing and storing ozone to be reduced and which supplies ozone as stored to an ozone consumer stably in continuation. The system includes an ozone generator (1) for generating an ozonized oxygen gas from an oxygen containing gas by using electric energy, an adsorption/desorption tower (4) including an adsorbent for adsorbing ozone from the ozonized oxygen gas and desorbing apparatus for desorbing ozone from the adsorbent, a circulation pipe (L1) for feeding back the oxygen containing gas to the ozone generator after adsorption of ozone in the tower, an ozone discharging apparatus (11) for discharging ozone desorbed from the tower, an ozone concentration controlling apparatus (14) for adjusting an amount of ozone extracted through the ozone discharging apparatus to thereby supply an ozone containing gas containing ozone substantially at a predetermined constant concentration to an ozone consumer (15), and a low-temperature processing unit (20) for separating oxygen from air to feed an oxygen gas to the ozone generator (1).

Ozone storing method and ozone storage system

In a plant cultivating apparatus for cultivating plants by using an artificial light source, partition walls having a high light reflectance are arranged in a cultivation area to divide the cultivation area into small spaces and in each small space a light-reflecting plate is arranged, and the distance between an artificial light source and a plant is narrowed to irradiate the plant with a light having a low illuminance. In accordance with a preferred embodiment, there is provided a plant cultivating apparatus comprising sets of pallets which have plants placed therein and are arranged in rows in a growing chamber where environmental conditions which are artificially controlled and which are moved in a direction radial to the row direction in accordance with the growth of plants, wherein all the peripheral surface of the growing chamber are covered with a reflecting plate having a high light reflectance. Low-illuminance artificial light sources for emitting a light of a low illuminance are arranged so that the distance between the light sources and plants are small, and the spaces between the rows of pallets are 1.1 to 1.5 times the spaces between plants provided when plants are closely set to such an extent that adjacent plants do not overlap each other.

Plant cultivating apparatus

A method of plant cultivaton and growth acceleration includes enclosing the plants within a reflective chamber, controlling the CO.sub.2 concentration within said chamber so as to be at least 200 ppm, and irradiating the plants substantially omnidirectionally with a light intensity of approximately 3000 lux, while stably regulating the ambient temperature, relative humidity and nutrient supply.
