A deep groove ball bearing includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of balls, and a seal member. An axial cross-sectional width is smaller than a radial cross-sectional height, a thickness of the inner ring is greater than a thickness of the outer ring, and a pitch diameter of the ball is larger than a median diameter between an inner diameter of the inner ring and an outer diameter of the outer ring A radial dimension between an outer diameter of a shoulder portion of the inner ring and an inner diameter of the seal member is greater than the thickness of the outer ring. As a result, width and weight can be reduced, a load capacity can be secured, grease leakage can be prevented, and a service lifespan can be extended.

Deep-groove ball bearing

A cage for a radial ball bearing formed generally in an annular shape and provided with a plurality of pockets with openings arranged in a circumferential direction to rotatably hold a plurality of balls adapted to rotate around a rolling central axis in the pockets, each of the pockets having an inner surface portion which includes a peripheral edge portions along the opening on the peripheral surfaces of the cage and is formed with an axial cylindrical surface having a central axis placed in the rolling central axis of the ball.

In a rolling bearing providing an inner race, an outer race, a plurality of rolling elements and a sealing plate closing an open end between the outer circumference of the inner race and the inner circumference of the outer race, the sealing plate is formed of a synthetic resin in a generally annular shape, the sealing plate including an annular main plate portion and an engaging rim formed along an outer peripheral edge of the main plate portion, the engaging rim having an outwardly opened groove on its lateral side and being deformable elastically in a radial direction of the rolling bearing to engage the engaging groove. Further, the outwardly opened grooved includes a bottom surface which is positioned between a first plane and a second plane that extend outer and inner surfaces of the main plate portion in the radial direction, respectively. The rolling bearing achieves a structure having high sealing performance to prevent the deformation of sealing plate.

The rust preventive lubricating oil of the present invention concerns a base oil and a rust-preventive agent in an amount of 2-20% by weight on the basis of the whole rust preventive lubricating oil, wherein the base oil contains an ether oil in an amount of at least 20% by weight on the basis of the whole rust preventive lubricating oil. The rust preventive lubricating oil can be applied to the surface of raceway tracks of inner and outer rings, cages for bearings, as well as to bearings, to prevent development of rust, to inhibit generation of cage sound, and to obtain good lubricity, while retaining good compatibility with a grease to be later charged.
