An expansion valve with an improved vibration isolation mechanism includes a valve body, a valve element, a biasing member that biases the valve body toward a valve seat, an actuation rod that contacts the valve element and presses the valve element in a valve opening direction against a biasing force of the biasing member, and a vibration isolating spring that suppresses vibration of the valve element. The actuation rod is inserted into an actuation rod insertion hole in the valve body. The vibration isolating spring includes a leg spring having a base portion and a plurality of leg portions extending from the base portion. The leg spring is arranged in the valve chamber such that a center axis of the leg spring is non-coincident with a center axis of the actuation rod insertion hole.

Expansion valve

It is an object of the present invention to provide an expansion valve with an improved ring spring. Accordingly, in the present invention, the expansion valve includes a valve body including a valve chamber, a valve element disposed in the valve chamber, a biasing member configured to bias the valve element toward a valve seat, an actuation rod that presses the valve element in a valve opening direction against a biasing force of the biasing member, and a ring spring disposed between an outer circumferential surface of the actuation rod and an inner circumferential surface of the valve body. The ring spring includes a ring portion, at least three elastic protrusion portions that protrude inward from the ring portion and contact the outer circumferential surface of the actuation rod, and at least one outward protrusion portion that protrudes outward from the ring portion and contacting the inner circumferential surface of the valve body.

An expansion valve is provided with a valve body including an inlet hole through which a refrigerant flows into a valve chamber, and a valve hole through which the refrigerant flows out of the valve chamber; a valve element configured to adjust an amount of the refrigerant flowing through the valve hole; a power element that is mounted to the valve body and configured to drive the valve element via a valve rod; a first vibration isolation spring provided in the valve chamber and configured to prevent vibration of the valve element; and a second vibration isolation spring that is in contact with the valve rod and configured to prevent vibration of the valve element.

A valve piece urging member urges a valve piece toward a valve closing side, at which an opening degree of a restriction passage is reduced by the valve piece. An actuation member exerts a drive force against the valve piece in a direction of moving the valve piece toward a valve opening side, at which the opening degree of the restriction passage is increased by the valve piece. A vibration limiting member limits vibration of the valve piece in a direction, which intersects with the axial direction, by generating an urging force for urging the valve main body at a location between the valve main body and the valve piece. When the valve piece is moved beyond a predetermined displacement position toward the valve opening side, the valve piece releases the urging force of the vibration limiting member.

Pressure reduction valve

A power element has a closed space provided between a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm. An interposing member is interposed between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm. Accordingly, a size of the closed space can be optionally determined in accordance with a shape such as a thickness of the interposing member. Therefore, limitations on the size of the closed space due to a shape of the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm can be reduced. Accordingly, limitations on the size of a fluid enclosing space due to a shape of a diagram can be reduced.

When a power element expands in a direction of a uniaxial center, a diaphragm is pressed, in the direction of the uniaxial center, against a pressing portion of a lid member fixed to a body unit. A holder member of the power element is displaced away from the pressing portion as the diaphragm further expands outward in the direction of the uniaxial center. Displacement of the holder member in the direction of the uniaxial center is transmitted to a spherical valve, thereby increasing or decreasing an opening degree of the spherical valve. Accordingly, it is not necessary to dispose a member which may cause complicated processing work for an expansion valve between the holder member and the spherical valve, e.g., a member which needs complicated welding processing work.

A vehicular air conditioning control device that detects an outside air temperature, and calculates the time for the evaporator blower to continue to blow after the engine has been shut off, in an air conditioning system where the compressor is powered by the engine. After a given elapsed time, the control device restarts the blower fan, issues an engine startup request, and initiates refrigerant circulation by the compressor.

In an evaporator unit for a refrigerant cycle device, an evaporator is connected to an ejector to evaporate refrigerant to be drawn into a refrigerant suction port of the ejector or the refrigerant flowing out of the outlet of the ejector. The evaporator includes a plurality of tubes in which the refrigerant flows, and a tank configured to distribute the refrigerant into the tubes or to collect the refrigerant from the tubes. The ejector is located in the tank, and the nozzle portion is brazed to the tank to be fixed into the tank. The tank may be a header tank directly connected to the tubes or may be a separate tank separated from the header tank.

The internal heat exchangeris provided which exchanges heat between the refrigerant of low pressure and the refrigerant of high pressure, and the pre-load adjusting mechanism of the expansion valveis abolished. Due to the above structure, the refrigerant flowing into the expansion valveis cooled in the internal heat exchanger, and enthalpy of the refrigerant flowing into the evaporatoris reduced. On the contrary, the refrigerant sucked into the compressoris heated. Accordingly, a difference in enthalpy between the refrigerant at the inlet and the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator 6 can be made large, and the heat absorbing capacity of the evaporatorcan be enhanced, and further it becomes possible to give the degree of superheat to the refrigerant sucked into the compressor. Therefore, even if the pre-load adjusting mechanism is abolished, the vapor-compression-type refrigerating machine can be stably operated.

A temperature-type expansion valveincludes a valve housinghaving a first passageinto which a high pressure refrigerant flows, a second passagethrough which a low pressure refrigerant flowing to an evaporatorflows, and a throttle passagecommunicating the first passagewith the second passage; a valve bodyhaving a valve membervarying a sectional area of the throttle passage; and an operation rodfor driving the valve bodyin the interlocking arrangement with a displacement memberundergoing displacement in accordance with a pressure difference between a saturation pressure corresponding to an outlet temperature of the refrigerant of the evaporatorand an evaporation pressure of the evaporator; wherein a slide holecommunicating with the throttle passageand accommodating the valve bodyis formed in the valve housing; and the valve membermoves inside the slide holein the interlocking arrangement with the operation rodto thereby adjust the sectional area of the throttle passage. Construction can be simplified and the number of components can be decreased.

Temperature-type expansion valve

A refrigerant cycle system includes a first heat-exchanging portion for condensing gas refrigerant discharged from a compressor, a gas-liquid separator into which all of refrigerant after passing through the first heat-exchanging portion and a part of gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor are introduced, and a second heat-exchanging portion for cooling and condensing refrigerant flowing from the gas-liquid separator. Because all of the condensed refrigerant from the first heat-exchanging portion is introduced into the gas-liquid separator, a passage area of a gas refrigerant introduction passage for introducing gas refrigerant from the compressor into the gas-liquid separator can be set relatively large. Therefore, a dimension difference of the gas refrigerant introducing passage in manufacturing is not greatly affected to an adjustment of a liquid refrigerant amount in the gas-liquid separator.

Refrigerant cycle system

A stick-shaped ignition coil includes a center core, a primary and secondary coils arranged on the radially outer side of the center core, a metallic outer core arranged on the radially outer side of the primary and secondary coils, an upper case connected to the upper end of the primary and secondary coils, and at least one positioning portion formed on the radially outer periphery of the upper case. The upper case and the positioning portion are at least partially received in the plughole. The positioning portion is in proximity to or makes contact with the inner periphery of in the plughole in the radial direction of the plughole. Thus, the ignition coil can be properly positioned in the plughole formed in a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine.

A refrigeration cycle for a vehicle air conditioning system allows the refrigerant-to-refrigerant heat exchanger to exchange heat between a high-pressure liquid refrigerant, which is delivered from the sub-cooling condenser and directed to the evaporator, and a low-pressure refrigerant having a liquid and gas phase, which is delivered from the evaporator and directed to the compressor. The refrigeration cycle also allows the amount of the refrigerant circulating through the refrigeration cycle to be adjusted in response to the level of sub-cooling upstream of a throttle hole of a reverse sub-cooling control valve to thereby indirectly control the level of superheating on the outlet side of the evaporator. This provides improvements both in the amount of heat to be exchanged between refrigerants in the refrigerant-to-refrigerant heat exchanger and the cooling performance of the evaporator.

Refrigeration cycle system

The internal heat exchangeris provided which exchanges heat between the refrigerant of low pressure and the refrigerant of high pressure, and the pre-load adjusting mechanism of the expansion valveis abolished. Due to the above structure, the refrigerant flowing into the expansion valveis cooled in the internal heat exchanger, and enthalpy of the refrigerant flowing into the evaporatoris reduced. On the contrary, the refrigerant sucked into the compressoris heated. Accordingly, a difference in enthalpy between the refrigerant at the inlet and the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporatorcan be made large, and the heat absorbing capacity of the evaporatorcan be enhanced, and further it becomes possible to give the degree of superheat to the refrigerant sucked into the compressor. Therefore, even if the pre-load adjusting mechanism is abolished, the vapor-compression-type refrigerating machine can be stably operated.

A first heat exchange unit is for condensing a refrigerant discharged from a compressor. A second heat exchange unit is provided downstream from the first heat exchange unit. A gas-liquid separator, into which part of the refrigerant from the compressor and part of the refrigerant from the first exchange unit flow, is for separating the refrigerants into a gas and a liquid refrigerant to accumulate the liquid refrigerant. The gas refrigerant in the separator is lead to the second heat exchange unit. A primary refrigerant flow path, included in the first heat exchange unit, is for leading the refrigerant to the second heat exchange unit. A branch refrigerant flow path, included in the first heat exchange unit and independently partitioned from the primary refrigerant flow path, is for leading the refrigerant to the separator.
